Quidditch Game: Beauxbatons vs Ilvermorny

Hyun couldn't help but scowl at Adam and his stupid speech as he targeted Hope. When he was finally gone next year it would be a blessing. For now, he kept close to the French chasers, hoping to make a steal.
 
Gaby noticed @Édelie de la Mora close, shouting a quick heads up to her in french before passing the quaffle to her.
 
Aramis smiled as he spotted Gaby passing, glad to see the chasers were keeping up their usual practice strategies for the game.
 
AJ kept his eyes peeled for bludgers, not wanting to stray too far away from Hope.
 
Édelie kept an eye on Gaby and was prepared when she tossed the quaffle her way, easily catching it, swooping under one of the opposing members and continuing towards the hoops.
 
Hope continued her search and hoped that AJ got her back, she wasn’t looking forward to bludgers.
 
Gemma kept close to Hugo and kept watch for more bludgers headed their way.
 
Hugo kept on searching, feeling confident with Gemma close to him.
 
Eli scanned the area for bludgers, then flew after one.
 
Abigail frowned as the girl passed the quaffle to someone else and when she failed to intercept the quaffle. She flew after the older chaser, hoping to steal before she could attempt to score.
 
Gaby grinned when Édelie caught her pass almost effortlessly, shooting after her friend to offer back-up.
 
AJ was having trouble keeping his attention split between watching Hope and pursuing bludgers. He just hoped Eli could pick up the offensive slack for him.
 
Aramis kept an eye on Gaby and Édelie, but was content to hang back and relax until the quaffle changed hands.
 
Édelie thought she had an opening to score, but her attempt failed. Sighing, she rushed back out in the field to play defense.
 
Hope figured it would take long to see any sign of the snitch. She hoped this would not be her last game. If she didn’t won today she would give up quidditch forever.
 
Gaby watched as Édelie's shot got blocked, waiting to see which one of the ilvermorny chasers might catch the quaffle next.
 
Gemma frowned as the seconds ticked by and she hadn't hit any bludgers yet.
 
Abigail grinned when the Beauxbatons girl failed to score, grabbing the quaffle when it was thrown back into play.
 
Eli managed to hit the next bludger, but instead of hitting the seeker the bludger went off course and hit the Beaxubatons keeper. It wasn't as useful for them, but maybe it would give their chasers a better chance.

Hugo grimaced as Aramis was hit with a bludger. It seemed like all his friends were getting hit, but so far Hugo had been spared.
 
Aramis had been drifting near the left hoop when the bludger hit him, coming out of no where. He felt his teeth click together and wheezed, trying to right himself as the Ilvermorny chaser came closer.
 
AJ darted away from Hope as he saw an incoming bludger, knocking it again towards the French seeker. Their beater got in the way again and AJ almost felt bad for her if he wasn't more annoying to have his hit miss its target again. @Gemma Thorne
 
Hope sighted when did the snitch was ever gonna be nice to her.
 
Gemma swore loudly this time and shot a murderous look at the American beater her who hit her again. She was glad she was able to protect Hugo but she would appreciate not being an actual human shield all the time. She spotted another bludger and aimed for their seeker and hit it as hard as she could. It made contact and she shot him a pleased smile before returning to Hugo. @Hope Thompson
 
Édelie saw Gemma get hit again and wished someone would knock the American beater off their broom. "You okay?" she called out while following the chaser who looked like so young. It was weird to be technically an adult while playing with children.
