Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y45/S1

Santiago missed again.

Aurora did not hit any bludgers.

Teddy circled the pitch looking for the snitch.

Aurora didn’t hit any bludgers, despite her trying to.

Josh quickly got a hold of the quaffle once it was thrown back into play, and circled around the pitch towards the hoops.

Teddy continued to circle the pitch looking for the snitch.

When Josh was close enough to the hoops, he threw the quaffle towards the left hoop, but it didn't sail through...

Rāwhiti thought he saw something out of the corner of his eye, groaning softly when he realised it was just light reflecting from one of his teammates uniforms.

Teddy noticed that Rāwhiti might've seen the snitch, but nothing came of it.

Rāwhiti kept up the search, weaving between the goalposts in case the snitch was hiding.

Despite his aching shoulder from the bludger hit, Soren grabbed hold of the quaffle and started around again.

Aurora was trying to it a bludger and send it towards the seeker, but instead it flew towards the new beater.
@Milo Frogg

Joshua - 1
Teddy - 2
Santiago - 1
Genevieve - 1
Milo - 1

Teddy kept his eyes peeled but couldn't see the snitch anywhere.

Soren groaned when he missed. Dang bludger hit.

Milo might have been imagining things, but after having to dodge a few times he was sure Santiago might be trying to hit him. Well he was going to have to try harder, he thought smugly, right up until a bludger from Aurora shot past Raawhiti and into Milo's back. Milo's eyes streamed and his broom spun for a moment before he gained control, coughing a bit as he caught his breath. This was nothing like when he'd practiced letting Marnie throw basketballs at him.

Aurora did not hit any bludgers.

Teddy watched a bludger hit Milo square in the back. "Ouch, you alright Milo?" Bludgers were the worst thing about Quidditch, while catching a snitch was the best. Teddy went back to looking for the snitch.

Aurora didn't manage to hit anything.

Santiago smirked when Milo got hit again. He needed to pay better attention. He flew around looking for another bludger.

Milo did his best to school his expression when Teddy flew past, nodding gamely. "Yeah, it's whatever, right," he said, voice still a bit strained. Teddy had taken two bludgers already and was still flying straight, so Milo could tough this out fine. No big deal.

Aurora was able to hit another bludger, but once again sent it completely in the wrong direction, hitting Senna instead of who she'd been aiming for.
@Senna Overby
Joshua - 1
Teddy - 2
Santiago - 1
Genevieve - 1
Milo - 1
Senna - 1

Rāwhiti was starting to get antsy in the search for the snitch, picking up speed a little even though he knew he needed to take it slow.

A dry spell broke as Teddy spotted the snitch. It fluttered out from behind the stands and Teddy zoomed for it, eager to catch it before it disappeared again. His outstretched hand closed around the snitch in mid-flight, and he grinned triumphantly as he looped back around still holding the snitch. "How many times have I caught it now? I've lost count." He asked playfully, releasing the snitch to start the whole thing again.

Sen grabbed the quaffle after Soren's shot at the hoops.

Aurora managed to hit another bludger, but her aim was just completely off, and she hit the new chaser.
