Professor Misha Haden had been a bit surprised to be asked to help out, he didn't often, but he didn't mind it. Though of course he was feeling a little more tired than usual with the boys keeping him awake. It was nice though, they were adorable. He looked at the two students whose duel he was overseeing. "Let's keep this clean," he said, before inviting them to get started.

The duel begins now. You have 24 hours from this to post your first reply, or face disqualification. Once both duelists have posted, you will have 24 hours from your opponents post to reply, or be disqualified. Ensure that you use the spell list for guidance on age-appropriate spells, and read over the dueling rules and points system. Please also remember site rules apply, including power/god modding. You can find the site rules here. Duels will run until there is a winner or until 6 IRL days have passed, in which case the winner will be chosen by RNG. If you are knocked out or otherwise disarmed/incapacitated, or if you run out of points, you will lose and the duel will end. Have fun!

Spectators are allowed to post in this topic once per competitors post, but are forbidden from directly interfering with the duels. Duelers cannot cast spells at the spectators or face disqualification.

Hinata didn’t know how she won her last duel. Well, she sort of did. She was pretty sure it was luck. She just hoped it hadn’t run out yet as she bowed against her next opponent. As soon as the signal was given, she quickly threw a bat-bogey hex.

June was happy with her two duels. She felt this was the year she would would win. An she had one hufflepuff left to beat. June made an bow smiling at Misha shortly too before pointing her wand. Casting an shielding charm as the hufflepuff made her move. And blocked the spell. Deciding to fire one of her favorites. “ Incendio.” Aiming at her robes.

Hinata had known the spell was coming. She’d seen it used in the last round. Terror had always told her to watch out for patterns in her opponents. But Kael was right, she wasn’t used to opponents that weren’t her usual tutors and she needed to. So she’d known the spell was coming but was a little too late in moving out of the way - her robe catching fire. “Kuso,” she cursed softly in Japanese as she quickly discards her robe on the floor, her uniform underneath coming out singed, small burns on her skin.

As her spell hit the Hufflepuff girl she smiled proudly. Again it was proving usefull. But she wanted to use some other spells too. And continued watching the girl and sending her next spell, an stunning curse her way. June wanted to win and wouldn’t make dumb choices in spells. She wanted powerfull ones.

It felt a little weird to move around in the school uniform without the robe. But it was a little easier. She easily brought a shield up against the stunning spell and fired back a spell. “Reducto!”

The blonde saw the girl blocking her spell. She was not so stupid as Cornelius was, a shame. But she still hated hufflepuffs so when the girl tried to put some powerfull spell in June was on time with her shield making sure she protected herself standing tall. June ignored some older boy yelling something an a language she didn't understood. And quickly fired her next spell back. '' Petrificus Totalus.'' she spoke and send in her way. And build up some speed.
