Yes I like Stormy Weather

(( Okaay :p ))

"No, I just want my war paint," Harri said laughing but scooping down to pick up somemore mud, "The question is do you want some more?" she asked, mischiviously.

'no, not really'Alex answered smiling before chucking the mud at her.

Harri was about to replie to his comment when she felt mud splatter all over her, "Thanks Alex, reallly appreciate that," she said sarcastically, but her face stretched into a grin as she chucked the mud in her hand at him, "Ooops, my hand slipped," she said laughing and wiping some of the mud off of her arms.

Alex laughed at her comment before getting a faceful of mud back. He wiped it from his eyes before laughing again at her innocent comment. He walked up to her, circling her. 'It's ok, I understand completely'he answered, laughing. He kicked the puddle of water in her direction.

"Aleeeex," Harri moaned as he kicked water at her, she had already jumped back as the cold water touched her exposed skin, but now she walked forward and kicked some of the water at him. "You are soo immature," she joked grinning, knowing that if anyone saw them they would think they were extremly immature for finding enjoyment out of this.

Alex turned his face away from the water that hit him. He smiled. 'Look whos talking,' Alex replied before jumping in the puddle creating a big splash. He didn't mind that he was now a drowned rat again.

Harri laughed, jumping back once more as he splashed in the puddle, "I think you got yourself more wet then you did me," she said laughing, she ran to the next puddle along, the rain was still falling causing the puddle to ripple here and there, it look almost to pretty to destroy. Almost. She jumped in it making a huge splash, "This reminds me of when I was little," she said, remembering herself, in her blonde haired days, splashing in puddles in London, a brightly coloured mac on and a tiny umbrella. "Good times," she sighed happily.

Alex laughed. 'Exactly'Alex said running over to her puddle to splashed her. Instead he slipped on a leaf that had fallen on to the mud. 'Whoa'he said, stopping himself on Harri by skidding into her.'Sorry'he said before splashing into the puddle anyway. 'There was a big leaf there'he added smiling innocently.

Harri felt herself being dragged down and landing straight into a puddle, "Sure there was," she said shaking her head and flicking water from the puddle she was sitting in, at him, "What is it with you and leaves?" she asked laughing and pulling herself up. "The seem to have a thing for you," she joked winking.

Alex laughed. 'There was, honestly'he said lookign round for it before pulling it out of the mud and showing it to her, smiling. Alex laughed before gettign what she meaning. 'hey,'Alex said throwing mud back at her. 'That is not funny'he complained.

Harri laughed as he pulled out the leaf, "Oh but it was funny," she said laughing, and brushing off the new mud he had thrown at her, "Come on, I think a walk in the rain is in order," she said, holding out her arm for him to link, "Let the mud wash off naturally," she said winking.

Alex rolled his eyes, getting himself up. yet again, he was now covered in mud again. 'Oh definetely'Alex agreed, in a posh tone. He linked arms with her and laughed at her wink not sure what she meant by it.

Harri laughed at his posh tone, "Whats better Scotland or here?" she asked curiously as they began to walk, she was careful about her footing hoping she wouldn't slip on the muddy surface as the rain continued to fall.

Alex smiled before thinking of a joke. He stared at her suspiciously, strokign an imaginary beard. 'It seems to m?e that the case involves a certain someone by the name of Hariet Turner aka Harri asking another certain someone about the two schools, AM i right or am i right? Now why on earth would you like to know that Miss.Harri? You're not thinking of anything..suspicious are you?'Alex joked, playing a detective before smiling.

Harri laughed at Alex's impression of a detective, "No of course not Mr. Alex, I think your just being very suspicious," she said grinning, "I was just curious to know, but if you'd rather with hold such vital information...." she said laughing.

Alex laughed. 'Yeah, it's not the school, it's just stuff outside of school, old stuff that I don't want to be near anymore.'Alex answered smiling.

"So this is like a fresh start?" Harri asked, slightly confused about what he had said.

Alex smiled' Yeah, though it hasn't been htat much of a fresh start'Alex said, joking at th end.

"Well then you better start making it a fresh start," Harri said punching his arm playfully. "And what a better way for a fresh start, then for the rain to wash away any stupid pasts?" she said sticking her arms out and allowing the rain to wash over her, all the while laughing.

Alex smiled weakly as Harri stood with her arms out in the rain. eh looked up at the rain letting it drench him more. 'If only life was that simple, he thought sadly knowing he couldn't return to Hull or anywhere he had been before in the next couple of years. The rain came down heavier suddenly, so people could only see a couple of metres infront of them. Alex thought of Harri's last words she had said and smiled, thinking of all the memories of the past days to do with Haden. Tears fell from his eyes but were undistinguishable from the rain. He stood there, smiling widly and still looking at the sky, even when thunder struck. That was the storm now.

Harri looked up as a roll of thunder echoed around them, she skipped back over to Alex, "There going to be lightening soon," she mumbled shaking her head. "You look happier," she commented with a big smile as she saw the smile on his face. The thunder continued to rumbled but she didn't want to go inside just yet. The rain was getting heavier, coming down in sheats now making it hard to see.

Alex laughed. 'Just state the obvious ehh,'Alex said back to her sticking out his tongue. 'Do you want to go back inside?'Alex asked wondering.

"Whats wrong with that?" Harris said laughing, "No," she said shaking her head, "You can go if you want to though," she said smiling, she would stay outside for a little while longer. The rain felt nice on her skin and she loved the sound of the storm.

'No, I was just asking'Alex said before lying back onto the wet grass, staring at the sky. The clouds feeling the way he felt now, the same as the weather. He smiled softly.

"Oh okay," Harri said smiling as he laid down, "I thought you were trying to get clean," she said shaking her head and sitting cross legged on the ground. "It never usually rains this much," she commented looking at the bucket loads of rains coming down.
