Landon always enjoyed the Electives Fair. It was interesting to see where some students would go and what classes they ended up taking the next semester. He also enjoyed organising the event, especially since he didn’t have any other contribution to it as Herbology was not an elective. It made him feel like he was doing something helpful, and he loved that feeling.

The man set up in the courtyard as usual, and levitated a large banner at the entrance that read “Second Years - Welcome to the Electives Fair”, just in case they weren’t sure where to find it. He put the tables out for the professors so that they could set up their stalls. He hoped that there would be a lot of students attending the event. After all, it was all for them, and it was a good way for them to get to know the electives before choosing them.

As people started to arrive, Landon smiled and greeted them all. He was sure it was all going to turn out perfect.

Minnie walked into the courtyard with all the things she needed. She loved teaching Arithmancy and was more than ready to try to encourage more students to do it. She got herself ready, guides about what arithmancy was, what roles it could lead to, information about the curriculum. Things that she hoped would interest kids to it.

Frannie was a little clueless when it came to what electives she might take next year. There were just so many, and none particularly stood out to her. Then again, she didn't really understand what each class was about. Muggle Studies was kind of self explanatory, but a class like Arithmancy was something she was less familiar with. Frannie decided to take the time to learn a little bit more about each course before she signed up and walked up to the woman at the Arithmancy table. "So, Arithmancy is about numbers, right?" she asked. @Professor Minnie Calida

Kaysi wasn't sure what electives she would be taking, so she was pretty eager to walk around and hear from the professors. She stopped at the Care of Magical Creatures table and began to look around.
