Y42 Ravenclaw Practice S2

Branson did not enjoy getting hit with the bludger but couldn't do anything about it. He just caught the quaffle with a bit of a groan before setting off to the hoops.

Valeria missed the next bludger she was trying for.

Sefina sucked in a breath when the second bludger hit her. This practice was not going so well where she was concerned.

Sawyer ducked down to grab the quaffle as Xiuying missed her shot, throwing it back out to the chasers. The rest of the team was still working hard and Sawyer was quietly pleased if surprised that he might need to call a time out for everyone to catch their breath sooner rather than later.

As soon as Branson was close enough he threw the quaffle and was very pleased to score.

Valeria went for a bludger and went completely wide.

Michael rolled his shoulders and went back to shadow-batting. He'd always wanted to be a fast bowler but maybe he could at least live out something like his cricketing dreams through batting.

Sefina caught nothing.

Branson grabbed the quaffle when it was thrown back out and it seemed like no one was going for it.

Valeria almost fell from her broom trying to hit a bludger and was frustrated to miss it.

When Branson took possession of the quaffle Rory followed him looking for an opportunity to steal the quaffle.

As soon as bran was close he tossed the ball in through a hoop.

Valeria went for the bludger nearest to her and then missed when she tried to hit it.

Michael did some stretches, stopping to hover for a moment as he assessed the field.

Sawyer figured he should know better to take his eyes off Branson for a second when he had the quaffle, shaking his head fondly as he scored yet again and Sawyer had to go grab the quaffle to throw it back into play. It felt like practice was going well and he tried not to get his hopes up too high about their upcoming match.

When Sawyer threw the quaffle back into play Rory grabbed the quaffle and headed to the other hoops but missed when he took his shot.

Sawyer watched with vague amusement as Rory once again took a shot at the unguarded hoops. He was young enough that maybe he just needed to work on his shots without a keeper in the way, which he couldn't fault him for.

Michael raised an eyebrow at Rory, but looked around for a bludger to hit.

Sawyer shifted on his broom, checking his watch quickly. They were running out of practice time but he was more than pleased with how the team had played so far today.

Lily knew they didn't have a lot of practice time. She did love the sport. Although she was still pretty shy, she did like the wind and participating as a team.
