Y38 Beauxbatons Practice S2

Édelie was glad to see Aramis actually letting some quaffles through and snagged the ball when it was tossed back out.
 
Aramis sat back some, watching to see where Édelie got to with the quaffle.
 
Amelie continued humming, enjoying the sun on her skin and the wind in her hair.
 
Gemma took a swing at a bludger that was heading towards her. She took a shot but missed, the bludger just grazing the edge of her bat.
 
Amelie scanned the skies, grinning widely as she spotted the snitch. She shot after it, not slowing down enough and rolling as she wrapped her fingers around the little ball. She smiled, holding it out to show Gemma and the captain before releasing it. She took a minute to fix her hair while she waited to give it a chance to vanish again.
 
Aramis could only shake his head with a disbelieving smile when he spotted Amelie has the snitch again.
 
Amelie hummed, idly searching the skies as she flew.
 
Gemma closed the distance between her and Amelie. If she couldn't find any bludgers to hit she would go her best to play defense.
 
Amelie smiled at Gemma as she came over, continuing her search.
 
Aramis pulled his attention away from the other players, reminding himself he should focus on Édelie and the other chasers.
 
how has no one stolen the quaffle lol

Édelie was glad to see the snitch caught again and went after another score, successfully sailing it through the hoop.
 
No bludgers were showing themselves but Gemma didn't mind as it gave her a chance to catch her breath.
 
Aramis tried to move in to block Édelie again, but he misjudged which hoop she was aiming for, stopping to short and getting to watch the quaffle fly through next to him. Shaking his head bemusedly at himself, Aramis grabbed the quaffle, throwing it back out.
 
Amelie hummed softly, continuing her search.
 
Gemma spotted a bludger coming towards them and hit it easily but the shot when way off target and missed everyone.
 
Aramis saw a bludger pass his eyeline, glancing at Gemma, before going back to watching the chasers.
 
Gemma let out a little huff after missing her last shot and wanted to try and make up for it but there were no other bludgers around.
 
Amelie continued her search, humming softly and enjoying the wind in her hair.
 
Edelie snagged the quaffle again after her successful score and headed out into the middle of the field.

Gaby followed after Édelie when she flew off with the quaffle.
 
It frustrated Hugo that Amelie was doing better than him again, and she looked like she was hardly trying. Every time he flew past her she was just humming some tune, like she was having a mid-air picnic and not even trying to find the snitch. So how had she found it twice? It probably helped that she hadn't been hit by two bludgers, though.
 
Aramis drifted slightly to the left, watching Édelie and Gaby flying together.
 
Amelie smiled softly at Hugo as he flew by, continuing to search the skies.
 
Hugo flew a bit lower to the ground and kept scanning his surroundings, still hurting from the two bludger hits.
