Y38 Beauxbatons Practice S2

Gemma saw a bludger coming at them out of the corner of her eye and without hesitating she swung at it. It connected with a solid crack as she decided to give Hugo a break and aimed for Elise. The bludger connected with her target and she couldn't help but be pleased. @Élise Moreau
 
Gemma was still cracking heads (or bludgers) and Aramis watched, amused, from his spot near the hoops.
 
Gaby was still a little disappointed they had lost against ilvermorny, even more so because it had been Édelie's only shot whilst being captain. She listened to what her friend had to say, feeling a little sting at the emphasis that she'd not be around anymore next year. She grinned when Édelie managed to score right away, shaking her head when she got her hands on the quaffle again. Gaby caught the quaffle when Édelie's second attempt had been blocked and turned around to get some distance in before circling back towards the hoops.
 
Gaby circled back to the hoops, watching as her shot got blocked.
 
Hugo tried to stay as far away from Gemma as possible, she was dangerous during practice. He looked around for the snitch at the other end of the pitch.
 
Édelie was glad Gaby took the quaffle this time around and tried to give her an encouraging smile when she failed to score. The seventh year snagged the quaffle again, looping around.
 
Amelie continued her search, humming softly..
 
Gemma was almost caught off guard by another bludger but she hit it away just in time. She was trying to aim it at Hugo again but it went way off course and hit Gaby instead. @Gabrielle Perrault
 
Aramis was able to block Gaby's shot as she circled around, throwing the quaffle back out to Édelie
 
Hugo got the feeling Gemma had been trying to aim for him, and he was almost glad it had hit someone else instead. He still didn't see the snitch anywhere, though.
 
Édelie was glad to see Gemma getting in some good hits and went to score again, watching Aramis block it.
 
Aramis was feeling pretty good about himself. He'd missed his first save sure, but now he wasn't doing too badly. He grabbed Édelie's next shot, giving her a shrug and a smile before throwing the quaffle back out.
 
Édelie waited to see if one of the other chasers would catch the quaffle once Aramis threw it back in.
 
Gemma was pleased with her performance so far during practice. She kept close to Amelie for good measure but she was confident she could block anything that came their way.
 
Aramis hung back around the back of the hoops, doing a slow loop as he waited for the chasers to approach again.
 
Édelie prepared to chase after her other teammates while keeping an eye on the other members in case they needed anything.
 
The bludgers seemed to be avoiding Gemma now, but she wasn't complaining as she stretched her arms to be ready for when the next one came.
 
Watching Édelie keep up with chasers, it was weird to think she'd be gone next year. Aramis mulled the thought over as he stayed drifting by the hoops.
 
Gemma twirled her bat aimlessly as she looked out for bludgers.
 
Édelie dove in and stole the quaffle from the chaser posessing it. She looped around so she'd have more of a chance to fly in and around folks.
 
Amelie continued her search, humming softly.
 
Aramis snorted, amused as Édelie managed to steal the quaffle before heading back his way.
 
Amelie was really wondering if she was just working on beginners luck last time. She sighed and continued her search.
 
Aramis moved to hover near the center hoop, trying to guess which one Édelie might aim for.
 
Gaby winced when she got hit by a bludger, rubbing her arm for a few seconds before realizing Édelie had managed to snatch the quaffle again and chasing after her. She stuck close to her friend, looking for an opening to steal the quaffle. When she saw one she swooped in, taking the quaffle before grinning at her friend as she made off with it.
