Y38 Beauxbatons Practice S2

Aramis leant forward, resting his forearms across his broom again as he kept an eye on the chasers.
 
Amelie hummed softly, continuing her search.
 
"I'm fine." Gemma said with a clipped tone before flashing Amelie a bright smile. She would be fine but she knew she'd have to try harder next time.
 
Aramis was glad Gemma had Amelie looking out for her, though he did idly thing it was meant to be the other way round.
 
Gemma was still a little sore but it was fading quickly and she wouldn't let that ruin her focus so easily. She kept looking for bludgers but it seemed like none were around to cause her trouble yet.
 
Amelie smiled softly at Gemma and continued on her search.
 
Gemma was rotated her arm a few more times and was feeling almost as good as new when she saw a bludger heading her way. She raced to meet it and swung the bat and it connected with a crack. She had tried to aim for Hugo again but her aim was off and it went wide, hitting their captain instead. @Édelie de la Mora

Amelie continued her search, enjoying the wind in her hair.
 
Gemma felt a little bad for hitting their captain but it wasn't like she had been trying to hit her. It was all part of the game and she was sure Edelie knew that.
 
Élise zoomed around trying to find more bludgers. There weren't any around so she stuck to protecting their seeker.
 
Gaby caught the quaffle when it was thrown out after Édelie’s attempt went over and turned around to get some distance in.
 
Édelie was just waiting for a good chance to steal the quaffle when she felt a bludger ram into her, knocking her back a few feet. It always hurt worse when you weren't prepared. Shaking it off, she followed Gaby once she caught the quaffle.
 
Gaby had to resist the urge to pass to Édelie, to just toss the quaffle around with her friend for a second, as she moved on back towards the hoops. Once she got close enough she quickly took her shot, glad to see it go through.
 
Edelie was glad to see Gaby make another shot, taking the quaffle when it was thrown back and looping around the group.
 
Amelie glanced to the seekers, pleased to see Gaby doing well. She turned her attention back to the skies and continued her search for the snitch.
 
Edelie took another loop around before tossing her quaffle through the right hoop and did a little victory dance on her broom.
 
Gaby grinned at Édelie’s victory dance, before catching the quaffle again when Aramis threw it back out.
 
Amelie smiled as one of the other chasers danced before resuming her search.
 
Aramis had been sure Gaby was going to pass as she approached the hoops, scrambling and missing the save when she didn't. He threw it back out to Édelie, who he expected to be slower after taking a bludger, missing her shot as well when she came back around to score. Shaking out his shoulders, Aramis grabbed the quaffle again, throwing it back out. He needed to pay more attention, he mused.
 
Gaby headed back towards the hoops after getting some distance in first, not really surprised when Aramis managed to block her shot.
 
Gemma caught sight of another bludger not too far off and raced to meet it. Her it was solid and her aim was true as it flew towards Hugo. She winced slightly as it made contact. Feeling sorry for hitting her friend twice already. @Hugo De Rosier
 
Élise spotted a bludger but it missed and went wide. Too bad, she kept searching for more of them.
 
Aramis was ready for Gaby this time, swooping in to grab the quaffle and throwing it back out with a small, satisfied smile.
 
Hugo scowled at Gemma when she hit him again. She was distracting him from the snitch, and Amelie looked like she was completely at ease. She seemed too relaxed, and it frustrated Hugo that she had found the snitch already. She wasn't even trying!
