The upcoming match against Hufflepuff was making Lars a little nervous. They were competing for third place, which didn't seem that important, but it was important to him that they won at least one game. He knew how hard they worked, and coming in last place again would be a huge hit for the team. He and Minnie had gone over strategies, and now they were ready for another practice. Lars had grabbed all the supplies and and waited for the team to arrive. When they did, he cleared his throat a little awkwardly. "Uh, this practice we should focus on our teamwork. Chasers, try passing. Beaters, try to protect. I'll be guarding the north hoops and sawyer the south hoops, alternate in your scoring." He said, glancing at Minnie to see if she had anything to add. "We'll be watching and helping where needed. Good luck." Lars released the balls, then got on his broom and flew to the northern hoops to guard them.

OOCOut of Character:
No arrivals, just get straight to practicing for the upcoming match!

Juniper was hoping that they would do better at this game than last time. If they could at least protect Minnie, there might be a chance of winning. As she took her broom, Juniper went after a bludger.

Minnie arrived at the pitch and smiled at Lars. She felt a little awkward around him, given that she knew that something was going on with Blake but not sure what and obvious she'd punched Blake. But it was fine and she just tried to ignore it. She nodded along with what Lars said and then just flying up into the air and trying to find the snitch.

Hattie was looking forward to this semester of quidditch. She made her way to the quidditch pitch and listened to the small talk that Lars gave them before telling them that they were free to start. Hattie gave a reassuring smile to Minnie before mounting her broom, hoping that her silence didn't mean anything bad. The teen was the first to grab the quaffle, heading towards Lars.

Sawyer had never been the competitive type, but with their last game of the year coming up, he'd rather been hoping they could manage a win, even if he didn't actually get to play. He listened as Lars outlined the practice for the day before mounting his broom and moving over to the South hoops. Hattie had the quaffle, headed towards the other hoops, and Juniper was already gunning for the chasers with some bludgesr, so Sawyer just sat back and watched for now.

Juniper an eye on things as she saw Hattie grab the quaffle, thinking that she might try a keeper to let the chasers get a chance to practice. If anything, she could try to leave the seekers alone since they got hit a lot in the last game.

Sawyer was glad Hattie was heading towards the other hoops so he had time to warm up and get focused before anyone tried to score against him.

Sawyer flexed out his hands as he kept an eye on the quaffle. It hadn't exactly been productive practice, but he was still glad he'd gotten some time on a broom over the holidays.

Juniper flew after a bludger, trying to take a swing and missed, shooting just a bit under before it moved on her. Those tricky things. She flew after it, hoping to at least make contact.

Sawyer took his eyes off the quaffle for a moment to keep an eye on the beaters and the bludgers for a second, still wary after being hit in his last practice.

Juniper caught up with the bludger and took a big swing, aiming it at one of classmates as she made contact. Smirking, she leisurely moved around the pitch looking for her next target. @Ajaccio Skey

Minnie continued in her search for the snitch.

Ajaccio flew up into the air and began following Hattie as she raced to the hoops. He was stopped momentarily as he was hit hard by the bludger, but after the small falter just continued on.

Watching the bludgers lead Sawyer straight back to the chasers when he saw Ajaccio get hit and had to wince sympathetically.

Juniper was minding her own business, distracted by what she would wear to the dance, when a bludger flew past her ear. She chased after it, hoping to get a swing.

As Hattie flew through the air with the quaffle, she flinched slightly seeing her team mates get hit by bludgers. The beaters were really improving. Once the teen caught up to the hoops, she looked around to see who she could pass it to, but upon realising no one was there, Hattie panicked went for it herself. She watched as it went completely off target and sighed.

Juniper caught up with the bludger and whacked it with her bat, aiming it towards the other twin chaser. She grinned as she hit another victim and went about the field, feeling pretty happy with herself. @Teodora Pourroulis

Hattie wasn't able to pass or make her shot, something Sawyer wasn't too surprised about with Juniper raining destruction down on all the other chasers. He kept one eye on the quaffle to see who would grab it next and one eye on Juniper.

Juniper thought she saw a bludger nearby but was just distracted by the quaffle getting passed. She flew around a more empty spot on the pitch for a while to watch the game.

With the chasers having taken a shot at the North hoops, Sawyer knew he'd have to pay attention even more closely now that it'd be his turn to try and block the next one.

Juniper thought about hitting a keeper, but seeing as no one was actually scoring, she didn't know if that would be fair. She flew off in search of more bludgers.
