Liusaidh enjoyed halloween a great deal, the opportunity to get dressed up and be silly was great fun. She arrived at the great hall and this time around she had dressed as a princess, she was wearing a nice, fancy one of a kind dress and a crown upon her head. She had definitely put more time into this costume, but didn’t have heels on, she was wearing a dress that would allow her to move quickly and freely and she was very keen to just be able to have fun. She skipped her way into the room and went immediately to the snacks, that was always her first place to go as her mind took in who was there and figure out who she should go annoy since she was definitely going to annoy someone. She grabbed a few biscuits and began eating them as she looked around.

Skylar had come to the Halloween Feast by herself this time, not part of a group costume like last year. She had decided she’d do something nice and simple this time, and chose to dress up like she’d be going to the beach, so she had a simple white skirt on, a pale blue shirt and her hair was wavy and partially braided, with a small flower tucked behind her ear. She was happy with how it had turned out, even though it wasn’t a typical halloween costume, but at least it was comfortable.

She glanced around to see if she could spot someone she knew, but didn’t see them amongst the crowd of people all in different costumes, so she walked over to the drinks and snacks table, wondering whether she’d pass someone she knew on the way there. Sure enough as soon as she approached she spotted Liusaidh, a girl who was in her year and who she’d talked to at one of the Yule Ball’s she’d gone to. She wasn’t the worst... but she certainly wasn’t as nice and easy to talk to like Harper or Blake were. But seeing as she couldn’t spot any of her other friends and didn’t want to be alone all night she reluctantly made her way over to her, wondering whether she’d regret it soon. “Hey Liusaidh!” She greeted her as she got closer. “I like your costume!” She said with a smile. It was true that it was nice, although it was a bit over the top and girly for her liking, but it wasn’t like she’d say that to the other girl’s face anyway.

Estella was excited for this year's Halloween feast. She had gone as a group with her friends last year and it had been a really fun experience for her that she definitely didn't regret, especially since she was able to go as the pink power ranger. This year however she decided to go as something a little more traditional, but still wanted to make it pretty. A possessed doll was what she chose as she could wear a cute little dress with a pink bow and long socks, and style her hair to make it puff out. It was a lot of fun for Estella to dress up and she couldn't wait to show off her outfit.

The Hufflepuff wandered into the Great Hall, keeping an eye out for her friends. She knew they were attending the event, but they left much before herself and so she unfortunately wasn't able to leave with them. It didn't take long before Estella made up her mind however, as she spotted a couple of classmates standing near the snacks table. One of them looked really good, whilst the other looked more like she was ready to go to the beach, which it definitely wasn't even the weather for. Nonetheless, she beamed as she made her way over. "Hey! You girls look stunning. Pink really suits you." Estella said, gesturing to the Slytherin's pink dress. It really did look good, and Estella wish she had a dress like that of her own. She took some biscuits from the snacks table as she admired some of the Halloween themed cupcakes next to them.

Liusaidh glanced at Harper, "Thanks," she said to the compliment with a sweet tone. She knew she looked good in this dress, her mum had bought it especially for her. She was looking at Skylar's costume and thought it looked fine, "What are you supposed to be?" she did ask, since she wasn't sure what exactly she was supposed to be. She glanced at the other girl who arrived, someone she knew less than Skylar who was wearing an odd costume but had the good sense to compliment her first. "Thanks!" she replied, "What are you meant to be?"

(OOC: It's Skylar not Harper :teehee:)

Skylar smiled as Liusaidh took the compliment without much of a sarcastic remark like she'd expected. "Oh um I'm dressed like a 'beach girl' I suppose!" she said with a small laugh. She hadn't known exactly what she wanted to dress up as, but she'd loved beaches ever since she was little so she had just decided to go with this. It was simple and comfortable, and besides, she hated all the gruesome costumes like zombies or creepy vampires and skeletons. She smiled as another girl approached them, someone she didn't know. She'd seen her around and was in a few of her classes but they'd never really properly talked. Her costume was a bit creepier than Skylar would have liked, but it seemed like she'd put a lot of effort into it, so she made sure to compliment her on it. "Hi! Your costume looks really good too!" she said with a smile. Glancing around she wondered whether the other girls would want to join her in some of the games she saw were set up. She spotted an area where you could go bobbing for apples, and one with a grindylow piñata. "Do you guys want to try out some of the games?" she asked with a grin, hoping they could have some fun together rather than just stand by the snacks table all evening.

The girls seemed happy that Estella had complimented them, and they even complimented her back. "I know, right? I'm meant to be a possessed doll, but I also wanted to look kind of cute. I'm really good at that." the girl bragged, taking another biscuit from the table. They were very good, and she wondered if the house elves made them. The third year was about to go and see if she could find her friends when the Gryffindor suggested that they go and play some games together. Estella was glad that someone other than Rose, Tilly and Ana Sofia wanted her company, and so she happily obliged. "Of course!" she exclaimed. "They all look kind of scary though... which one did you want to try out first?"

Seraphina hadn't really attended any of the dances or feasts before to celebrate the holidays. She didn't have anyone to go with, and large groups made her nervous. But this year, she had had a humourous idea for a costume, and she had to show it off. Making her way into the feast, she walked around, trying not to trip on her skirt, as she wasn't really used to wearing dresses. She noticed Liusaidh nearby and thought about going over, but then she saw everyone around was in a dress of some sort. And actually looked pretty. Picking at her teeth, she walked over to the Slytherin and then noticed one of the girls was actually her roommate. Skylar wasn't the worst of them, but she still wasn't Seraphina's favorite. She faced Liusaidh and scrunched up her face a little, almost like she was in pain. "Hi."
