Lidiya trudge lightly, carrying the basket as if they weight a ton. Lidiya drops the basket behind a Slytherin she was informed to be Zennon Baros. She picks a thorny, yellow rose from the basket and pokes the Slytherin's back with the long stem. "Baros?"

@Zennon Baros

Zennon was minding his business, looking over a couple of notes from his classes when he felt a weird prick at his back. "Ow!" He jumped out of his seat to turn around and see a girl, about his age holding the pointed end of a rose at him. "Merlin, the heck was that for?" He asked, scrunching up his face as he rubbed the sore area of his middle back. "I assume that's for me then?" She had called him Baros after all.

Lidiya didn't say anything at first, merely nodded and gave up the note that came with it. "Happy Valentine's Day, from the rose killer. Properly dispose the rose once it's good and dead."

Zennon didn’t know what this girls deal was, but whatever. It didn’t really matter to him as long as she gave him his rose without hassle. He took it from her along with the note and laughed. Jake was so silly. He felt a little pang in knowing that Jake wouldn’t know Zennon’s rose was from him, which really was probably for the best to be honest. He was with Sam after all, and even though he’d started to realise that his affection for her were limited only to those he would have for any friend, he didn’t want to hurt her feelings either. Yes, it was best that Jake never found out about that rose. He’d rather keep things as they were anyway, he didn’t know how Jake would react to that information. You couldn’t just tell your best mate you’d had a crush on them for about as long as you’d known them, he’d look like an idiot. Yep, this was for the best. He’d make up some excuse for note sending anything to Jake. He knew he should have sent a yellow one too. “Thanks!” He hadn’t realised how odd he must have looked just standing there staring at Jake’s note until that moment, so this was the best way. “I’ll sit back down now.” He hoped she wasn’t going to want to engage in conversation, he wasn’t sure he had it in him at the moment.

Liddy's nostrils flare, the stupid boy must of not heard her. Curse the volume of her normal voice, perhaps she should repeat herself so he understood. "Remember to properly dispose of the rose. Show some respect for the dead," Liddy spoke a little louder, a little firmer. "It's the least you can do," she turns away immediately carrying on with the deliveries.
