Landon was excited for his next rose delivery, mostly because he hadn't had a chance to catch up with this professor since she started teaching. He always wondered how his students were once they left school, it was always bittersweet to see them go, but it always delighted Landon to see them again teaching. As he climbed the steps to the Astronomy Tower, he really hoped she would be there. After all, his knees weren't getting any younger. With his basket of roses gripped tightly in his left hand, he knocked on the door firmly with his right.

@Professor Adorah Zumwalt

Adorah was in her office grading when she heard a knock on the door. She got up from her desk chair and walked over to her doorway, unsure if she had a meeting with a student she'd forgotten or if she just had an unexpected visitor. When she opened it, she was greeted by the face of one of her colleagues. "Hi, Professor. What can I do for you?"

Landon beamed as Adorah promptly answered the door. "Greetings, fellow professor!" he exclaimed. He couldn't help but be excited to be talking to her as a colleague and to see her so grown up. "I've come here to deliver you a rose. Happy Valentine's Day!" He reached into his basket and pulled out a bright red rose with a note attached. He held it out to her.

Red Rose said:
To my love,

What more to say than I love you very much and I'm so glad we found the same passion which leds us spend even more time together. And we work out that way, that's not much couples who can do that.

I love you and want to protect you forever.

Noel

Adorah smiled as Landon greeted her but was surprised to see a rose in his hand. She had forgotten all about rose deliveries, even though she'd sent one to Noel. The woman opened the note after taking the rose and read it, bringing her hand to her lips as a pensive gesture. Noel was so thoughtful and always knew what to say, and even as a writer, Adorah had a hard time expressing her personal feelings on paper. Adorah looked up at the professor who'd delivered her rose. "Thank you. Happy Valentine's Day," she replied in a friendly manner before heading back in her office.

Landon beamed at his colleague's reaction to the rose. The best part about delivering roses was seeing the reactions, and this one didn't fail to disappoint. He was very happy to have spread the love and romance on the special day. "You're very welcome! Happy Valentine's Day!" he exclaimed, before turning around to head in the opposite direction to deliver more roses.
