Slytherin Quidditch Team Practice Y40 S1

Celia glanced over at Seamus, relieved that he wasn't having much luck either. Hopefully she would manage to hit someone before either he or Ares did.

Ares watched, amazed as the Slytherin girl kept hitting bludgers through the hoops. He wasn't sure what she was trying to do now and just felt a little confused as he went off to find some bludgers.

Lucie felt a little on edge as the Slytherin beater was hitting bludgers through the hoops. Her job was becoming a lot harder now as she had to avoid the bludgers but try and catch the quaffle. She sighed as Liusaidh scored, and then threw the quaffle back out.

Indi huffed when Liusaidh grabbled the quaffle again before she could get her hands on it. But she kept close just incase stealing became an option.

Ivelisse continued searching.

Ivelisse looked some more.

Indi saw another chance to steal and went for it. She grabbed it out of Liusaidh's hands and raced off towards the hoops.

Celia was surprised to see both bludgers shoot towards her. She pulled into a dive, wincing when she heard the two bludgers crash into each other overhead.

Ares watched with wide eyes as Celia dodged two bludgers at once. Impressive.

Indi had the quaffle now, and so Lucie kept a close eye on her every move, ready to block her shot when it came.

Indi made it to the hoops in what felt like record time but when she threw the quaffle, Lucie managed to catch it before it went in. She smiled tightly at her team mate before flying off to let someone else take it.

Eleanor grabbed the quaffle as Lucie threw it back into play after Indira's missed shot.

When Ares saw a bludger, he beamed and quickly swung his bat back to hit it towards one of the chasers. Unfortunately however, it missed completely, and Ares sighed, frustrated.

When Indi made the shot, Lucie was quick to catch it. She smirked before throwing it out, watching as Eleanor caught it.

It had been a long time since she had hit someone, and Celia hoped it was just a little bad luck — bad luck that hopefully wouldn't extend to their first game.

Indi followed Eleanor as she grabbed the quaffle. She kept her distance for now but wasn't about to give up on a steal if the moment came.

Eleanor circled back around. She threw the quaffle towards the goal post. Lucie was quick to block the shot again. As much as it frustrated her that she hadn’t scored, she was pleased Lucie was doing well as the keeper.

Natalia grabbed the quaffle as it was thrown back into play, tucking it under her arm.
