Slytherin Quidditch Practice S1/Y48

Kanako thought she had a good hit lined up but fumbled it at the last moment.

Horror hovered around his goals, waiting to see if anyone else would get past him.

Terror followed after the chaser who had the quaffle.

Ignatius did not catch the snitch.

Sybil flew towards the hoops and really tried to push her speed as much as she could. With one last duck around a team mate she tossed the quaffle and cheered quietly for herself as it went through.

Ignatius had to try harder because the girls were succeeding and he wasn't.

Kanako didn't hit a bludger.

Ignatius thought he saw a glint of gold, but it disappeared as quick as it came.

Kanako managed to hit a bludger, but instead of going for the seeker it pivoted instead to another player. @Vanity Mettlestone

Sayuri grabbed the quaffle taking it for a loop

Ignatius must have looked pathetic enough that the bludger took pity on him to swerve away to Vanity. Not that he'd think that himself, of course.

Enoch continued to flit between the two younger chasers who had the quaffle.

Sayuri really needed to adjust to this stupid injured arm, she thought as her throw was still a lot slower than she would have liked, the captain saving it easily.

Ignatius was struggling but he couldn't show it too much.

Swing and a miss from Kanako, but she was still pleased she'd at least struck twice so far.

Ignatius really hoped he'd find the snitch soon.

Enoch caught the quaffle when it was tossed back out after the chaser didn't score.

Honestly, thought Ignatius, the snitch was terribly rude and ought to respect his name. But alas, thinking that didn't make it appear.

Sayuri flew after Enoch.

As soon as Enoch was close enough he attempted to score but the shot went wide.

Sayuri grabbed the quaffle and went around the pitch

Kanako thought she had this one, but nope, the bludger did a swerve at the last second as though purposefully avoiding Kanako's bat. How rude, she thought.
