Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y48/S1

Audrey lined up a hit, but instead of it hitting any of the older players the bludger instead collided with @Magne Kleos . Sure, she didn't care about sparing the feelings of the younger players - they had to get used to bludger hits, after all. But she wasn't actively trying to hit them, honest.

When Theo was close enough to the hoops, he had missed...

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

Audrey finally did get a bludger to its target, hitting @Lucy Holland with a bludger. Welcome to captaincy, Audrey thought, grimly.

No snitch to be seen.

Annoyed as she was that things weren't going her way, Lucy was.... "pleased"... to see that Audrey wasn't having the same kind of problems. She couldn't help a squeak of pain as the bludger hit her, grimacing slightly. For a split second Lucy considered not being petty, but that thought very quickly escaped her as she chased after the bludger and fired it right back, hitting @Audrey Beauchamp square-on.

Audrey wasn't surprised Lucy hit her right back, and it was a good hit too. She raised her right arm in a lazy sort of salute as she kept a look out for bludgers.

Lilith moved around the pitch, paying attention to her surroundings in her search but the snitch was not snitching to her at least.

Maggie watched as some of the older students kept hitting each other with bludgers and hoped for the same success. She ran up on one and hit it hard, watching as it swerved left, missing everyone that it could have possibly hit.

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

Lilith didn’t catch a snitch.

Maggie rolled up her sleeves and kept at it.

Still no snitch to be seen.

Lucy took up the quaffle, readying herself for a shot.

Lucy tried not to feel smug as she saluted Audrey back, before pulling her broom around to head for another bludger.

The bludgers were harder to come by now, and Audrey's thoughts drifted back to her project rather than on the game.

Lilith did not catch the snitch.

Maggie went afte another bludger and missed.

Lucy threw the quaffle, the shot blocked. Darn, she really wasn't doing as well as she'd hoped.

Lilith didn't catch the snitch.

Maggie frowned when she missed and looked for another bludger - or something - to swing at.

Audrey kept looking for bludgers. What kind of animal had a really powerful swing, she wondered.

Lilith wondered if they forgot to release the snitch, because it was nowhere to be seen.
