Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y48/S1

In the absence of the snitch Lilith started to wonder where it got it's name, it wasn't like it was sharing anyone's secrets. After practice was over she'd go to library and see if she could find anything about the name and why it was such.

Audrey would give a far too in depth explanation about the golden snidget if asked. She also tried to reverse sweep a bludger to no avail.

once he was close enough to the hoops, he threw the quaffle towards the left hoop, cheering as it sailed right through!

Magdalene was beginning to wonder if she'd read up any etymology when a bludger came after her. She quickly hit it towards the keeper @Violet Owens-Rosemary

ooc I just find this helpful for me later
Theodore Harper - 1x
Lillith Ives - 2x
Savannah Walters - 1x
Lucy Montague - 1x
Magne Kleos - 1x
Lucy Holland - 1x
Audrey Beauchamp - 1x
Violet Owens-Rosemary - 1x

Audrey kicked her feet underneath her, lazily flying about.

((Thanks for making the bludger tracker Kiersten!! ))

Remembering her role as captain, Lucy pulled back a little from the action for a while to watch her teammates play. She felt like maybe she should be saying some captainy things, telling people what to do, but she didn't really know what captainy things were. Lilith made it easy before long at least, and Lucy cheered and whooped when she watched the younger seeker make her first catch. Eventually Lucy dove back into the fray, not having thought of anything she could add that would be more effective than bludger violence.

Audrey played and missed at a bludger, huffing a strand of hair out of her face.

Theo decided to fly around the pitch a little as he waited for one of the other chasers to get hold of the quaffle

Audrey must have used up all her bludger hitting luck for the moment, she figured.

Lilith didn't catch the snitch, but she kept looking.

Audrey pondered her Potions homework and didn't hit a bludger.

Maggie grinned when she successfully hit someone again and decided to fly a loop around the pitch.

Lili was looking for a snitch and wondering why Professor Odegrad had left, it was a shame she hoped the new Transfiguration professor was as good and nice.

Lilith felt her pulse rise as she caught a glimpse of gold on the other side of the pitch, she dove right towards it but it disappeared again and the second year let out an annoyed huff before continuing to look for it once more.
