Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y45 S1

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

Hamish kept looking for the snitch

Lucy caught up to a bludger and swung, her bat flying wide of the ball entirely, and by the time she had recovered from the strength with which she had wiffed through the air, the bludger had moved on.

Michael tried not to think about how he was kind of looking forward to his next prefect patrol in order to actually focus on the training.

Audrey swung and missed.

Hamish continued his search.

Monday continued his flight.

Audrey continued her grumbling about not hitting anything.

Michael adjusted his grip on his broom.

Lucy took the quaffle from Rory with a small 'sorry!' and lined herself up for a shot.
Rule 2a

Michael was mildly amused to see chaser-Lucy steal the quaffle, glad she was getting very confident very quickly. "Nice aggression!" he called, preparing himself to block.

Audrey did a roll on her broom which was about as effective as her trying to hit anyone at the moment.

Lucy readied herself, letting go of the quaffle, and unfortunately missed her target, bouncing off the edge of one of the hoops.

Monday did not hit a thing.

Michael was a little fortunate that the throw had been just off as he hadn't quite managed to block. He definitely needed to start up morning jogs again.

Audrey kept looking out for bludgers, wondering if she was just getting tired or the bludgers had had enough of being hit for the moment.

Michael rolled his shoulder as he tossed the quaffle back into play. He would've done some bowling action, but that wasn't going to work too well while balanced on a broom.

Audrey swung at a bludger and watched it not hit anyone at all. She wondered if she could get a bludger through the hoops if they weren't hitting people.

Lucy caught the quaffle Michael had thrown in, and got ready for another shot.

Hamish kept searching.

Michael wondered how best to handle the upcoming game. The beaters weren't having much luck at the moment, but that was a relief for his bruises. Maybe knocking the seeker out wasn't the best idea, tiring them out with bludger hits and not replacing them with a fresh seeker might work. But he would talk to Hamish about it first, see what he thought.

Audrey looked around for a bludger to hit.

Savannah did not catch the snitch.

Lucy went to make a shot but fumbled on her broom, dropping the quaffle. "Oops!" she said, a little bit embarrassed by her mistake.

Lucy gripped her bat as she flew on, trying to roll out the aches in her shoulders.
