Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y43/S1

Monday managed to find another bludger, and aimed for the captain, when the swing was slightly off and went to hit @Michael Watson. Monday was liking the successful hits.​
 
Michael was totally going to hit a bludger at someone but whiffed and it hit him instead. He gave a weak thumbs up to his new co beater, who was totally outplaying him.
 
Hamish continued his search.
 
Michael sent a bludger spiralling off into the sunset. Well, more accurately, just a few meters down the pitch, away from any players.
 
After the young chaser's attempt to score he caught the quaffle after it was tossed back out and began circling back to attempt to score.
 
Savannah spotted a sparkle of gold and chased it for a moment before she was able to catch it. That had to be beginners luck, but she had it in her hand.
 
Xiuying flew alongside Branson as he got a hold of the quaffle.
 
Hamish continued his search.
 
Michael swung his bat, attempting to hit one of the seekers. It missed its target and hit @Crystal Holmgaard instead, somehow. He swore the bludgers had minds of their own. He was glad it didn't hit the seeker who'd managed to catch the snitch, and he called out "Nice one!" to her before looking over to make sure the older girl was okay.

As soon as Branson was close enough he tossed the ball into the hoop and was glad to watch it sail in. he felt a little bad for scoring just as Crystal had been hit with a bludger, but it had made his goal easier.
 
Savannah took a moment to feel glad with her catching it and then let it go. She'd give it a moment before she chased after it again.
 
Michael kind of sheepishly flew off to look for bludgers when he saw Branson score on Crystal right as she got hit. Maybe that was bad timing on his part.
 
Hamish continued his search.
 
Xiuying grabbed the quaffle as it was thrown back in and circled around the pitch towards the hoops again.
 
Rory winced as he was hit by a bludger that he hadn't seen coming, he needed to do a better job of watching his surroundings.
 
Savannah began searching for the snitch again.
 
Branson followed the captain as she circled back to the hoops.
 
When Xiuying was close enough to the hoops, she threw the quaffle towards the right hoops and it had managed to sail through.
 
Michael shadow-batted as he looked for a clear hit.
 
Hamish continued his search.
 
Rory grabbed the quaffle when it was thrown back into play after Xiuying scored and took the hoop towards the other hoops. When he was close enough he aimed at one of the hoops and missed.
 
Savannah continued to search for the snitch.
 
Michael took a deep breath, rolling his shoulders and carefully lining up a shot as a bludger came hurtling towards him. It worked, the bludger flying straight into @Hamish Reid as he had hoped. Well, hoped in the sense of wanting to practice aiming and successfully hitting, not actually wanting to hit his teammate. "You good?" he called, making sure to stay alert.

After Rory failed to score he grabbed the quaffle and began circling back to the hoops.
 
Savannah continued to search for the snitch.
