Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y40 S2

Just as he'd feared, when Bran got close he threw the ball and much to his disappointment he missed.
 
Valeria continued to not hit anything. She was trying and just failing.
 
It seemed like he and Axel were having mixed success today, each having blocked one of two goals so far. Sawyer shook out his hands as he managed to grab Branson's shot, throwing the quaffle back out.
 
Axel could see that the other Keeper was having about the same success as him. He figured that wasn't a bad thing and just resolved to keep paying attention and staying alert.
 
Juniper was glad to see the practice going successfully already, with folks scoring and Hamish already catching the snitch. Hopefully, he could keep up the same energy for their game.
 
Hamish released the snitch and gave it a few minutes to disappear before going after it again.
 
Xiuying managed to grab hold of the quaffle when it was thrown back in and made her way towards the hoops.
 
Branson followed in behind the other chaser that had grabbed the ball.
 
Valeria was increasingly frustrated at having no success.
 
When Xiuying was close enough to the hoops, Xiuying threw the quaffle towards the left hoop this time. She cheered as the quaffle made it through the hoop.
 
After Xiuying scored, Niklaus grabbed the Quaffle again.
 
Nik tried to score but it didn't work out, the keeper caught Quaffle and Niklaus just shrugged his shoulders.
 
Branson grabbed the ball as it was thrown back out.
 
Valeria hit the next bludger she came across but it went completely wide.
 
Hamish continued his search.
 
Branson threw the quaffle at the hoop and was pleased when was able to score.
 
Valeria was able to hit another bludger and it actually hit the keeper instead of the seeker she was aiming for.

Sawyer was glad when he was able to block Niklaus' shot, watching as Branson took the quaffle to the other end of the pitch. His success was short lived when Valeria sent a bludger his way and he hung on his broom for a bit, muttering and groaning till the pain eased up.
 
Finn circled the pitch looking for a good angle, doing his best to keep control of his broom. When he spotted a bludger he shot forward and swung, sighing as the ball flew harmlessly through his teammates.
 
Xiuying grabbed hold of the quaffle when it was thrown back in and made her way towards the hoops
 
Finn flew on, wobbling a little as a sudden breeze hit his broom.
 
When Xiuying was close enough to the hoop, she threw the quaffle towards the right hoop this time. But it didn't make it through the hoop.
