Leda was not having the best day. After witnessing Professor Pendleton face plant the floor and getting into a disagreement with a Gryffindor prefect, the second year had proceeded to head down to the Dungeons in search of Olive, with a new acquaintance in tow. Angry at the inability to speak, the moment her sister removed the hex from her mouth, the red head proceeded to quickly spill out everything that had just taken place, barely pausing for breath between each sentence. Once the tales were told, she wasted no time in turning away and back out of the Dungeon, not even waiting for a response from the Potions professor. Leda knew she just had to tell someone what happened, but it wasn't enough until Mervyn knew too. "Come on," she nudged to Zennon, hoping that as another witness and housemate he'd back up her theories, not that she had reason to believe Mervyn didn't trust her stories.
Eventually the reached the corridor outside the common room, and hammering on the portrait with her fist and ignoring the cries from the woman in the frame, Leda waited impatiently for her best friend to come back out. "I mean, how dumb is it, that a Professor would ignore me like that." she was telling the Slytherin, thinking back to how Professor Matthias had refused to remove the jinx on her herself. She was terrible at her job, and obviously hated children.
