Lauren tried to avoid Aonghas. She really liked him as her friend, but she just could not face him. She had slept so worse, she thought it would be better while being on Hogwarts again her home. But she had nightmares lately and woke up in the middle of the night. She didn't want anyone to know she looked for a place where she could be alone. And people would leave her alone. She just needed to sleep a bit. Nobody would miss her at lessons. Lauren walked towards the second floor and had been walking around some time to see where she could be left alone. The blonde had found a place in her adventure last year and pushed open the door of one of the abandoned classroom. It was all empty and that was what she needed. Lauren walked towards one of the places in the front and went sitting down. She took her bag and put it on the table. Now she had a pillow, and she layed her head onto it. The blonde sighted for a moment. What was she doing? Her father had ruined everything. She didn't even felt happy on Hogwarts now. She liked it here so much, but she could just not enjoy it now. She felt at her side for a moment the bruise hurted really much. How long could she keep up with all the lies? But what did she had to do? Nobody would believe her. Nobody even cared of her? There was no adult that would help here. They were all the same, and stupid. She could not trust them for sure. Lauren closed her eyes for a moment. The silence right now was all she needed.

Tyler didn't understand why Hogwarts was so boring. It was supposed to be a magical school, but once the first newness had worn off he had just been bored most of the time when he had free time. He usually spent time hanging out with Blake, but the other Slytherin was often busy with Quidditch or other stuff, and Tyler just sort of wandered the castle looking for something fun to do. It was pretty pathetic, but it wasn't his fault there weren't any sport teams besides stupid Quidditch. Such an overrated sport. With his hands stuffed in his pockets, Tyler walked around in a bad mood. He still had to get back at Lily for slapping him, and could only hope that rumor hadn't spread. He didn't think many people had seen it, but it was still embarrassing. If he ran into her, he would really have to get her back. Tyler stopped as he passed an abandoned classroom and saw a flash of blond hair through the slightly open door. He peeked inside, but quickly realized it wasn't her. Instead, it was some other Hufflepuff girl. "Are you trying to sleep here?" He asked, looking through the gap in the door. "What, you couldn't find your bed?"

Lauren just rested her head on the table and when she closed her eyes all things she worried about seemed to be going away. It was peacefull, she sometimes wondered if she would sleep forever if it would be better for everyone. Her father made her feel that way for sure. Lauren moved her head for a moment to lay pretty good. Her eyes towards the front of the empty classroom, she didn't noticed someone peeking inside. But than she heard someone talking, just almost when she found a bit of rest. The blonde sighted heavy, why did people just didn't left her alone! It was obvious that she wanted to sleep right? And yeah she had a bed, but she wasn't alone there too and she could not sleep in there. She didn't even turned her head around and screamed. '' GO AWAY! I was trying to sleep. And now you woke me.'' Lauren said irritated. But when the boy asked if she couldn't found her bed she felt more irritated even. Was he trying to make fun of her or something. She turned around and looked angry at him. '' Shut your mouth.. stupid snake.'' Lauren said irritated when she saw it was a Slytherin. Just what she needed.

Tyler wasn't sure what he had expected from the girl, but the way she was screaming at him definitely hadn't been it. He took an involuntary step back, and then got annoyed with himself. He stepped forward again, not intimidated by some girl. "Who is stupid enough to try sleeping on a desk?" He asked her, frowning. "Please tell me you didn't actually forget how to get to your common room, I didn't think Hufflepuffs were that dumb." He snorted at her bad insult, then crossed his arms and leaned against the door frame. "This isn't your personal room, you know. I can be here if I want."

Lauren put her head on the desk again after she screamed at the boy. She hoped it would be enough for him to go away. The hint was clear right? She didn't want to speak to him, who ever he might be. She didn't noticed the boy taking a step back and than forward again. It was silent for a moment so she closed her eyes again and sighted. But than she heard the same voice going on and calling her stupid. She opened her eyes directly and turned around. She was used to be getting those names, but she would not let people call her like this on school too. The way he stood there with his arms over eachother, feeling like he was something bossy and all didn't felt good at Lauren. And saying that Hufflepuff were dumb. Lauren felt paranoid for a moment. Did her father send someone to make her feel worse or something? Was this a test? But she would not let people talk to her that way. It made her blood boil. Lauren didn't even thought for a moment of what was the best to do. She was furious! She could not use this. And on the other hand she could perhaps?

Lauren looked mad at the boy and didn't sat that far away from him. Since she usually choose a table in the back when she went to a class and this time too. Since it was just easy to reach when she had walked in. '' STUPID? You call me STUPID?!'' Lauren said raising her voice in angry way. She stood up from her table fast before throwing her bag away and always knew she was fast. She had been sneaking at home a few times from her father, as she ran away. There was not much needed to make the blonde angry these days. It was just a matter of time before the bom would go off. She quickly walked over to the boy and gave him a hard push. Calling her like that! She saw an image of her father laughing at her and it made her mad. This reminded her off all the insults. '' SHUT YOUR MOUTH! GO AWAY! GO AWAY!'' Lauren said angry and grabbed her wand to point it at him a bit intimidating.

Tyler had thought the girl wouldn't get even angrier, but clearly she had some problems. The boy's eyes widened in shock as the girl yelled at him, and then started to approach him at an alarming rate. He meant to move away from her, but she caught up with him quickly and shoved him. "Actually." He said, glaring. "I called you dumb." With that, he shoved her back. But then she had her wand drawn and aimed at him. Tyler held up his hands, his gaze on the wand. "You're not seriously going to curse me for saying something?" He asked her, stepping back more until his back hit the wall. "You'll get in a ton of trouble." He warned her. "I'll yell for a teacher." He was trying his best to sound calm, even if the girl with her wand pointed at him made him very nervous.

Lauren could not think clearly right now. Her head was just full of trouble and negativity, about herself, about this place and about her home what didn't felt like it at all. Before she knew it she stood there and had pushed the boy, from who she didn't even knew his name. But she was gonna find out soon. He was making things worse now for himself, and she figured who was the dumb person now here. After she had pushed him he did the same at her and Lauren lost some balance but kept standing. '' WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?'' Lauren than yelled at him. She could not talk normal anymore. It was just completly out of hand. She felt her hands shaking out of anger. So quickly irritated she was. When the boy had touched her that was just the worst feeling and made her even mad. So she still pointed her wand at him. Nobody could touch her. She hated it! She saw the boy walking backwards to the wall and she had him now. And he could yell all he wanted she didn't cared. Lauren looked at the boy angry and still pointed her wand. '' Go on than! YELL. I don't care!'' Lauren said challenging. She was not afraid of him. He had to leave her alone, he could not call her names like that. Not when she finally had found some rest. Lauren had dark rings under her eye, and felt tired. But she found some energy with anger. Lauren was so lost in her anger, that she didn't noticed how much she looked like her father right now. So quickly angry and agressive. But that was her example at home, she didn't knew otherwise. And she copied it now without even realising it. The blonde was not dumb, she didn't paid a lot of attention in classes this year or last years but she knew spells from last year. She was kind of good at charms that was the only thing she sometimes tried to do her best for. Lauren pointed her wand again quickly. '' Slugulus Eructo!'' She than said and looked at the result from the spell.

Tyler had hoped that the girl would at least calm down a little. Surely she realized she was being insane, right? He wondered who on earth had given him the idiotic idea that Hufflepuffs were nice. Clearly, they were just crazy. He wished she hadn't backed him into a wall. He wanted to run, but couldn't do so without turning his back on her wand, which he didn't want to do. She told him to yell for a professor, that she didn't care. He opened his mouth to do that, but then hesitated. It would make him look weak, weak and stupid. He couldn't let anyone see him being threatened by a girl. He wouldn't live it down. There was no guarantee only a professor would show up to help him. He could draw a whole crowd of students, and then his reputation would be trashed. He regretted his hesitation the moment he saw her wand pointed at him again and knew she would curse him. The curse hit him full on, he had his hands up after all and his wand was safely in his pocket. Tyler had started to yell at the last moment, but was cut off by the spell hitting him. The Slytherin doubled over, and to his horror, puked a slug onto the girl's shoes.

This is now open for anyone to join!

Since that day in Brightstone, Agnes had been doing everything she could to ignore the boy who'd tried to talk to her. She still didn't understand what he was even looking for when he tried to befriend her, or at least that's what she was told he was trying to do, but she was hesitant to believe anyone's intentions were truthful these days. As the third year was walking along the second floor corridor, she could hear a little commotion up ahead, and intrigued she'd set about investigating what all the shouting was for. Someone clearly wasn't having a good day, but was there really a need to be so vocal about it? She peered round the corner and sighed when she realised Tyler was behind it all, as though that was surprising. What was strange however was that the girl that was shouting, whoever she was, very much seemed in agreement with Agnes that Tyler would put himself in a position where he wasn't wanted, something she'd experienced herself on a couple of occasions.
She was about to leave the pair to their squabble, and turn to continue on to the common room, when she noticed that the girl pulled out her wand and aimed it towards the boy. It was one thing to argue, but after her own father would use various methods to get her and her family to do things they perhaps didn't want to do with threatening means, she knew first hand that using that on another student was completely out of bounds. Tyler didn't even seem to be able to retaliate as his own hands were empty, but Agnes pulled her wand out instinctively, aiming it at the blonde. She was a moment too late. Just as the other girl got out her incantation, so had she, "Expelliarmus," she called out, but watched as Tyler was hit square in the chest with a spell of his own. She wrinkled her nose up as he proceeded to vomit on the girls shoes, but it wasn't exactly the consistency she would usually have expected. "Are you insane?!" she was now shouting to the girl, taking long strides towards the couple that had been arguing.

Lauren fired the spell toward the boy and it it him. The boy had yelled and now people would hear them sure. But Lauren didn't cared, the boy had interrupted her. And she couldn't help it. She could not think straight anymore. Blinded by anger and she had succeeded with her spell. And before she knew it a slug got onto her shoe. But she didn't cared too. Her mother and Gabriella would sure scream, but while looking at the boy she just staired at him with anger. But it wasn't funny at all. Lauren felt better now, that she had learned the boy a lesson. Hopefully now he would not dare to call her names like that anymore. The blonde saw a girl coming in and her wand flew out of her hand. Lauren frowned and looked at the girl, who was calling her insane. Was there another one insulting her? '' SHUT UP.'' Lauren than screamed at the girl and runned towards her wand on the ground to collect it. She was quick again and wanted to have something to defend herself. She felt suddenly naked without her wand. Just like when her father stood in front of her and she had nothing to do against him. The blonde than pointed her wand at the girl while being low on the ground. '' I AM NOT INSANE!'' Lauren than reacted again. She still couldn't talk normally. She was ready if the girl would fire again. If she wanted slugs she could get them too.

Tyler wasn't really in a position to do much else but retch. He felt disgusting as a fresh wave of slugs overcame him, and he puked them out on the ground. He was aware of Agnieszka coming to his rescue, which he was a bit surprised by. But he was grateful. He heard Lauren was yelling at her and insisting she wasn't insane. He wanted to argue, but speaking too much seemed like too much of a risk. He reached blindly for Agnieszka, still hunched over. He tugged on her sleeve. "Hospital wing-" He got out before another slug escaped. Tyler groaned and closed his eyes. "Leave her, she's crazy." He added quickly before putting a hand over his mouth. This felt horrible and he wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Oh, he hoped the nurses could reverse this quickly. And he could tell them who had done it. Agnieszka would be his witness. He was going to get Lauren in so much trouble.

Agnes caught Tyler’s arm as he threw up another slug, grimacing at the thought of it. If he wasn’t there and telling her he needed to go to the hospital wing, the Slytherin may have stayed to argue with her more, but since Tyler couldn’t do a whole lot right now she felt slightly compelled to take the annoying boy to the nurses. “You are so going to pay for this,” she glared at the Hufflepuff, tucking a second arm under the boy to help him up. She had no idea what the fight was even about but this girl was out of order using a jinx like that on another student. The blonde still had her wand pointed directly at them, and without her hands free she couldn’t exactly defend them now if she needed to. She didn’t think antagonising the girl would end up well for either of them, so she turned her attention to Tyler, “Why is it always you, huh?” She asked, not expecting him to actually answer as she tried to help him out.

Landon's mind was busy. He had just come from the library, a couple of borrowed books tucked under his arm as he made his way down the staircases to head back to the greenhouses. He didn't ever think there was this many stairs going up. As he made it to the second floor he stopped in his tracks as he heard yelling coming from a nearby room. Walking further down the corridor to inspect, the man curiously walked through the opened door of the abandoned classroom, eyes wide as he noticed one of his own Hufflepuff students with their wand out and two Slytherin students also in the room, one of which was puking slugs. Usually Landon did not like to get students into trouble, no matter what house they were in, but he had never walked into something so intense before. "Hey, so what's happening here?" he asked in his best attempt to sound both casual and stern at the same time. He raised his eyebrows at the Hufflepuff, hoping she could answer.

Lauren felt her hand still shaking. This girl was making things worse. And calling her insane was not the best option there. It only made Lauren more angry. This reminded her of home, and now here on school it was just as worse people calling her names like that. The boy dared to call her crazy again and she pointed her wand. '' DO YOU WANT MORE SLUGS?!'' Lauren than yelled at Tyler. He had to continue with this or she would try another spell. The blonde looked angry at the girl. She was now helping Tyler. The blonde was ready to fire another spell when she heard a adult voice behind her but still pointed her wand to the two slytherins. The man behind her seemed familliar. Lauren didn't really paid attention to professors and other adults around the school. Didn't even bothered to remember their names. But she now saw who it was her head of house. And she didn't even cared. Lauren looked angry at Tyler and than the other girl and looked at the professor than. Not saying anything. But just staring angry still.

Tyler was glad that he managed to get Agniezska to leave the girl alone so he could go get help at the hospital wing. He didn't feel like he was likely to get there on his own. He was also strangely grateful to her for threatening this Lauren girl for him, even if it was a bit annoying he couldn't say something himself. It was difficult, with the slugs. He groaned when a professor approached, leaning on Agnes. He wanted to leave, but now he had to wait until Professor Carter gave a go ahead. He decided to help it along, and forced up the next slug with a face of disgust. It landed on the floor. Then he looked at Professor Carter. "She did this." He gasped out. "I need to go to the hospital wing." He said every sentence really quickly, as he feared talking for too long would cause more slugs to come up.

On the way to the door, Agnes looked up to see a professor had wandered into the mix. Wasn’t that the Hufflepuff head of house too? She nodded as Tyler did his best to explain, but she couldn’t ignore the squeals still coming from the other girl behind them. “DONT EVEN TEMPT ME,” she turned to shout back to her over her shoulder. If the girl was to try any more spells on them, the third year wouldn’t hesistate to retaliate and they’d both be in a worse off position. “Professor she’s CRAZY. She just used a charm to jinx Tyler.” As fun as standing around chatting was, she knew the Slytherins needed to get down to the hospital wing, “Can we go?” She urged, eyebrows raised high as she wanted professor Carter to dismiss them. Perhaps they’d be called back later but right now there were bigger issues at hand.

Landon was not surprised when the Hufflepuff student paid no attention to his presence. He frowned however at Tyler who tried to speak in between vomiting slugs. He really wanted to know the whole story but knew that the boy needed to seek medical attention quickly. The man nodded at Agnes, knowing she just wanted to get out to help her friend. "Of course you can go." he told them, giving them a slight smile. "But, please, go straight there and nowhere else, and let me know how it goes." Landon knew that the boy would be alright and he trusted the pair to head straight to the hospital wing without his supervision. After all, he was sure Tyler wouldn't want to be vomiting slugs any longer than need be. He then turned back to Lauren, frowning slightly as he took one step towards her. "Is everything alright?" he asked her gently, knowing eventually he should be able to get something out of her.

Tyler was relieved when the professor gave them permission to go to the hospital wing. He turned with Agnes, leaning on her as they left. He scoffed as he hard in the background the professor ask Lauren if she was alright. As if she was the victim here. But he supposed he should have expected no less from the Hufflepuff head of house. He was glad to be leaving that behind, and was grateful to Agnes for supporting him, literally, on his way to the hospital wing.

Lauren looked at Tyler and the slytherin girl as they spoke to the professor. Lauren had her wand next to her and felt her hand shaking. She never felt so angry before. But it didn't helped that she almost fell off because of how tired she was. Tyler still spoke and the slugs looked still funny to her. But she didn't felt like smiling now. But than the slytherin girl was acting annoying too. Calling her crazy again. '' SHUT UP! NEXT TIME YOU WILL GET SLUGS TOO. '' Lauren said angry and pointed her wand to the girl and than down again since she could not hold her hand straight up it shook out of anger. Didn't cared that the professor stood there. Lauren was not crazy. She hated that word. And she felt more angry than ever. People calling her names like that. She suddenly didn't want to be here anymore. Hogwarts wasn't nice anymore, now she had nothing to look forward too anymore. Lauren saw the two slytherin's leaving as they could. She looked angry and was prepared of getting punishment now. Perhaps that was what she aimed for after all. To get some attention even if it was in a bad way. But she didn't want the professor to talk to her. Lauren turned around and walked to her bag. Putting her wand into her pocket. The professor now asked her if she was doing alright. What did he think! Lauren frowned and turned around shortly. '' NO. What do you even care!?'' She than said and turned to her bag again.
