Felicity was surprised when Lucas just out and told her what was going on, lagging behind on her broom before catching up. "It's okay, I just have an eye for these things," she told him sympathetically, dropping back again as Lucas made another shot at goal, but not before making some meaningful eye contact with Mykaela.
 
Flick was definitely going to have get more details from Lucas about the whole boyfriend thing later, not mention talk about it more with Mykaela, but for now she at least tried to hunt down a bludger, realizing it'd been a hot minute since she'd landed a hit.
 
Jia continued her search.
 
Not seeing either of the other chasers nearby, Lucas grabbed the quaffle again, keeping an eye out for @Abigail Martin so he could toss her the ball.
 
Mykaela was trying to gesture Felicity that they totally had to talk about it later, before she shot after a bludger.
 
Felicity grinned as she gained on a bludger, smacking it hard and watching as it sailed across the pitch. She'd forgotten about the whole aiming thing again however and she let out a sympathetic hiss when it smacked into their keeper @Yoo Hyun Ki. "Oh shoot, I gotta stop doing that," she said sheepishly.

Abigail composed herself and moved closer to the other chasers, though she didn't even look in Hyun's direction.
 
Mykaela was aiming for Micha again but instead it went off course and hit Felicity. "Sorry!" She shouted, the first person in the practice that she apologized to for hitting. At least now they were even on this. @Felicity Sweetwater
 
Micha kept looking for the snitch.
 
Felicity let out a yelp as a bludger hit her, intending to wave off Mykaela's apology but only managing to grimace. So that was what that felt like. Ouch, not fun.
 
Micha rubbed the back of his neck as he continued to search. He wondered if he would find it one more time before practice ended.
 
Felicity was starting to get tired out. Practice had been fun when she was hitting things and chatting with Mykaela but now her energy was flagging and she was ready for a break. "So do we like get at a half-time or something?" She called to no one in particular, brushing her hair from her face.
 
It didn't seem like they would be stopping in the immediate future, even for a break, so Felicity sighed and adjusted her bat in her hand, letting herself take a lap for now to catch her breath.
 
Micah couldn't find the snitch anywhere.
 
Lucas flew back around and threw the ball, making a goal easily.
 
Jia continued her search
 
Felicity let herself hover for a moment, hoping maybe a bludger would come to her instead.
 
Felicity tried not to let any frustration show on her face when she finally took a swing at one of the bludgers and missed again. She knew she was new to this, but she was convinced she could do better.
 
Tired but determined, Flick chased after the bludger she'd missed earlier, swinging at it hard. She was gratified when it shot off straight into their other seeker @Jia Warren just as planned. "I meant to do that!" She announced excitedly, trying to ignore the ache in her arms. Maybe this beater stuff wasn't that hard after all.

Feeling confident after her last hit, Flick shot after another bludger, swinging at it just as hard. Except this time she kind of forgot about the aiming thing, grimacing as it launched into @Hyun Ong Hae . "Whoops," she said sheepishly, ducking away on her broom.

After a little more time, Hyun blew his whistle to get everyone's attention. "Okay guys, that's all the time we have for today. Thanks all for showing up and we'll get in touch for some more details for our match against Bauxbatons." It had been a pretty good practice, even if he was feeling somewhat guilty about how he had treated Abigail. But, in the end, he supposed it might have been the only way to talk to the girl to actually get the message across.
