Eva knew she couldn't have lost it. It would be embarrassing if anyone read it. Eva rarely lost anything, especially precious things like her secret diary. That was what she was looking for. She'd searched for it in the dorms, but no one had seen it. If someone saw it and took it to read out of curiosity, Eva would hex them. Literally. No one ever saw that, she doubted even her brother knew she had one. It was personal and she didn't like others finding out about her personal life. She even forgot why she had one in the first place.

Knowing that it was useless looking in the dorms, Eva decided to look around the castle, maybe ask around. She was hoping she'd just misplaced it - because she never lost anything and she wasn't used to the feeling of missing something. The one time she was searching for it she couldn't find it. It was just her pure luck. Eva was going to try every level. So far though, nothing. She'd checked the first floor and now she was walking along the second floor corridor, peering in every corner and sighing every time she couldn't see the familiar outline of her diary.

She passed a classroom, and when she had second thoughts about it she looked left and right, not spotting anyone watching her and unlocked the door with her wand before opening the door and slipping inside. Maybe she'd left it in this classroom, she'd come here once or twice before when she wanted some alone time. Still, Eva was without the small book and she cursed under her breath. Where on earth could it possibly have disappeared to?

Therese had done her walk in the gardens like every other morning when she had time. She enjoyed all the flowers and plants and liked to draw something. She hadn't done it in a while and reminded herself at her first weeks at Hogwarts, where she met a few people complimenting her drawing. She never had made a drawing of the inside of Hogwarts and now she had some free time so it was possible. Ofcourse the Swedish brunette liked to be around people but with drawing she liked to be alone, she could focus on what she wanted to capture. So Therese wanted to search for a nice spot where she could draw. She walked down the halls and decided to make a walk out of it. It was good for her and perhaps she would meet new people. Therese wasn't afraid of talking to people, it didn't matter how old they were or if they were younger. When she arrived at the second floor she walked pass the corridor. Therese looked around if she saw something that she could draw, it had to be something what she could show to her siblings and parents. Her siblings would join Hogwarts too one day and she could show them some pieces with her drawing.

Therese wasn't a person that would enter zones that were off limits but perhaps there were the pretty stuff hidden. She decided to open some doors to see what was behind them. And if she would run into a professor she could explain honestly what she was searching for. When she arrived at one door she saw it was open and decided to see if someone was in. When she slipped in she noticed a girl, she seemed older than she herself was. Therese had never seen her before, she figured she wasn't in Hufflepuff.
'' Hi there.'' she said friendly with smile. She took a closer look at the girl and saw she didn't looked very happy. '' Is everything alright?'' Therese asked curious at the girl and walked further into the classroom.

Eva had forgotten about the open door of the classroom as she searched for it, figuring her wand was useless when it came to looking for something she could just do it herself. She sighed. Nothing, still. She turned around when she heard someone ask if everything was alright. Eva was about to retort with a sarcastic comment when she realised it was a younger student. Great. She forced a smile. "Hello. Actually, not really. You haven't seen a notebook anywhere around have you? It's blue and looks very old," she explained to the younger girl, moving to the next part of the classroom at the back. If this girl had seen it, she'd have to interrogate her on it. And see if anyone else saw it, too. Because if they had, someone was going to be in trouble. Eva then wondered what the girl's motives were, if she had any. She could've just been asking, but she didn't know her. In Eva's experience, being nice to everyone didn't always mean that the other person would be kind to you. She was too preoccupied with finding the diary than anything else though, so she'd worry about the girl later if - when - she found her belonging.

Professor Kingsley was glad to see a new name beside hers on the patrol list for this week. She didn't often get around to speaking with her colleagues, so busy she was with her house and personal life. Landon had been in employment at the castle for some time, but Cyndi couldn't remember ever having spoken to him. "At least it's been relatively quiet so far" she said, slightly relieved. It wasn't yet curfew, but still there had been no fights to break up, no injuries, nothing. The woman sent a silent prayer that the rest of the patrol would pass just as quietly.

Landon loved to be on the patrol list. It gave him an opportunity to explore the castle whilst still doing his job at the same time. This time he was set out to patrol with the Head of Gryffindor and he was glad to be able to do it with someone else. It made him feel less lonely and he was always one to welcome company. "Yes, no children about as far as I can see!" Landon exclaimed, eager to start conversation with his colleague. But it seemed that Landon had jinxed himself as he noticed a student out of the corner of his eye enter the Abandoned Classroom up ahead. Looking at his pocket watch he noticed that it wasn't yet curfew, but he still made his way over there nonetheless, wondering what a student would be doing in the Abandoned Classroom at such a time. "Pardon me, but let's go this way." he told Professor Kingsley. The door of the classroom was open and he noticed two small girls inside. "Hello!" He beamed, welcoming himself in. When he noticed the worried expression on one of the girl's faces he paused. "Hey, what's wrong?" he asked, etching closer to her.

Sorry this took so long!
