Arianna felt like she was going nuts. She had been staring into space yesterday just to come up with the perfect way to do the meeting for Conglomerated Arts Club. She wasn't really a good leader, or to be more precise, she had absolutely no experience in being a leader or being a perfect example! She couldn't be very well an example in the family considering that she was a secret and not really known by those younger than her. Besides, she has always been sickly so nobody had really expected to be able to lead anything. Nevertheless, she had gotten a prefect badge and also was assigned to manage one of the clubs in Hogwarts New Zealand, and considering that she had only been there for one year, it was already a major achievement. Though even if she had managed to get those, she still had one major problem. She was not exactly sure on what to do with the club. Well, she had come up with an idea, but knowing that it was only the first meeting, it was a crazy idea. But seeing as no one else could come up with another idea since she was pretty much alone in this, she had no other choice but to use it.

Arianna had arrived in the club room quite earlier than expected as she inspected if everything was set. In the classroom, she had only set up one banner that wrote, WELCOME, otherwise, the room was void of decorations and anything that would be welcoming. This wasn't really where she was going to hold the meeting after all. It was merely the meeting place. She had already sent word out to the members that they'll be having a meeting and she was quite worried that nobody would show up. Well, in any case, she was hungry and starving and she hoped the other members were too. Cause she had more or less prepared a tasty surprise for them. Well, it depended on them whether they would find it tasty or not anyway. But, she was sure that if they entered this club, the were more or less capable and would most probably be excited with what she had prepared for them, or at least she hoped so. And so, she waited for the members to arrive so she could start with the meeting.

Princess wandered around the school since she has no classes today. As she was heading to the dormitory she saw Taylor her owl, heading to her with a paper on its talons, so she removed it. As she opened the paper she saw it was from Arianna Nightray, "Who is this Arianna?" she thought, as she read through the letter she quickly headed inside the dorm and gather her things for the meeting.

Princess headed ofr the courtyard, and when she got there, she saw a banner with the word: Welcome! and seeing that sign made her more excited. Princess go to the sign and saw a girl and asked "Is this the Conglomerated Arts Club Meeting?" and she said.

Ai had a lot of things to do, and among them was to attend the Conglomerated Arts meeting. She had to wonder why she had been stubborn enough to join it when she had to deal with Heta Omega and the Quidditch team. But then again, she had been a member of the club ever since she was a first year so it was no wonder that she still wanted to become a member in her final year despite the load of work that had piled up on her shoulders. Besides, she knew from experience that this club was quite fun despite the obvious short number of members when compared to the other clubs in Hogwarts New Zealand. Nevertheless, this was a good club. And so, she had made her way towards the club room only to find two familiar people there. One being Princess who was also a member of the Heta Omega, and Arianna, a fellow seventh year and a prefect as well. She gave the Slytherin a wave before heading towards the Gryffindor. "Hey Arianna. Club looks great, what do you have in store for us today?" the Head Girl asked trying to sound pretty cheerful, though she was curious enough on what the redhead had prepared for their first meeting in the school year. After all, compared to other club meetings, this one sort of had less welcoming decorations. And food as well, apparently.

Sage generally didn't attend club meetings. She found them pretty boring and pointless, but she had decided with everything else that had been going on that perhaps it would be worth her while to at least attend one or two. It was not however really the thing that she wanted to do. Spending time around others was not what she wanted to have to do. Which was why she had been reluctant to even attend the meetings of the clubs that she was sure with time she'd enjoy more than others. After opting to not get dressed into uniform and instead into her own clothes Sage started on her hair. She knew if she was going to waste her time with people she didn't particularly like she was at least going to look good while doing that. Which was why she had had opted to not where her uniform, and was actually spending time on her hair. That was definitely something she didn't do that often. Sure, naturally her hair was fine. But right now, the teen was just glad to be able to be able to spend a little more styling it. Making it into lose, but perfect curls. Once she was ready, she headed to the room, this meeting was to be held in.

As soon as Sage stepped inside she almost regretted ever having joined this club. Since aside from a first year slytherin, the first person she spotted next was that good for nothing prefect. Sage wasn't particularly happy to see her in the slightest. She was not happy at all. She felt like she should really just turn and leave. But her determination to be better than this stupid head girl was stronger than her desire to leave. The girl just ignored the small amount of people around whom she assumed was the head of the club and just went to the food table. She was neither interested in introducing herself, nor did she really want to participate. So, instead she decided that she would just stand at the side, and just try to stop herself from punching the head girl, or yelling at her. Anything that would end up getting Sage into even worse trouble that she was already. The girl was sure that the head of slytherin house was one step away from just actually losing her prefect badge, that she realised she was still lucky to have.

Ailsa hadn't joined too many clubs she didn't really want to take part in too many school activities, she wanted to the first year, just watching to see what the club did, just so that she knew what to do. Just so she knew how to go with it. Which was why the club she had signed up sent her a message about a first club meeting. Which Ailsa had been incredibly nervous about attending. She knew that she didn't have to. It wasn't like classes, she really didn't actually need to be there. But, having only a small number of friends so far she was really feeling that it was the right way to go with things like that. Ailsa had for that reason decided that she would actually go to it. It would be an opportunity to meet people that she didn't know and quite possibly actually have some fun that wasn't centred around quidditch and that kind of thing. She wondered who else she might run into during this club. Perhaps she might just see that cheating kid from the pitch. That would be good. She was certain about it.

Stepping into the room, Ailsa glanced around, noting that she was one of the first who had arrived at the room. Happy about this however, she was really looking forward to being able make some friends, with hopefully more people than this. Ailsa smiled around the room, noting that she knew one of the girls, at least they were in the same house as her. So, Ailsa made her way over. "Hello" she said to them as a greeting, unsure as to if she should say anything else. Wondering if it was in the slightest way necessary. It was of course polite. "I'm Ailsa" Ailsa told them, "Gryffindor" she finished thinking that, that was enough information really. More than enough. She waited to see who else might appear and if she might just know who they were.

There was nothing that Victoire liked more than being able to go to clubs. She had really enjoyed them, she liked being able to hang out with others and fill her time doing nice and fun activities. It made a change to just going to and from classes, which was why the gryffindor was always excited to go to the various clubs and really get involved at the school. She only had six years left and she did plan to make the absolute most of it. With that being said, the soon to be teen was getting ready to go to the arts club meeting. She was really looking forward to. And was eager to get there. She was dressed fairly simply and was really excited to go. Happily the Gryffindor gathered herself, making sure she looked alright, and presentable before heading to the room where it was supposed to be held. Inside, she didn't really recognise that many people other that one of the them, the eldest was the head girl. Victoire made her way over to them and then smiled at the small crowd. "Hi, I'm Victoire" she told the small group. Of all the clubs this was one that seemed to have the most that it could do. She wondered what that might actually be. What did the club's president have as ideas for what could be done for this club. "What sort of events does this club run?" she asked, curious about what they might actually get to do.

Avie had recently discovered the arts room, and had also promptly signed up for the club that went with it. He hadn't known the room had existed in his first year, and while he making plenty of discoveries in this term, this was definitely one of the ones he was happiest about. It was the best discovery that he could've really made. It was interesting and great. He was really excited about it. He had finally received word about the meeting taking place and without too much hesitation had headed to the room. Of course he knew in this meeting he probably wouldn't get the chance to touch any of the instruments which was what he'd done before. The piano had been the most interested thing to him since swimming in the lake and collecting rocks. Though he was really looking forward to it, to being able to spend more time in the room. Which was what he was really looking forward to above all else. Happily the boy entered the room, and glanced at the various people. Smiling at them as he approached. "Hello!" he greeted them all warmly and relatively loudly. Smiling and giving a small wave as he passed the people to head further into the room to see where the instruments had gone. Once he was satisfied he headed back to the main group. "I'm Avie, I'm a slytherin" he told them, while then heading to a chair and taking a seat in it. He didn't want to stand for the entire time he was in this meeting and there were a perfectly good amount of chairs, which he was more than happy to occupy. Well, at least just one. While waiting for more to appear and to hear what this club might involve, what they might be doing.
