Gryffindor Quidditch Practice Y46/S1

As Josh awaited for someone else to get a hold of the quaffle to let others have a turn, he was hit with yet another quaffle, which Joshua should’ve paid attention today. Seems like he was an easy target today or something… He quickly followed the young Chaser as he got a hold of the quaffle.

Aurora didn't hit anything.

As soon as Fraser was close enough he tried to score again and was disappointed to again miss.

As Miro flew around he soon spotted another bludger, and flew to chase it. When he was close enough he reached to hit the bludger with his bat, feeling his jaw drop in a mix of shock and excitement that he actually managed to hit it. He watched as the bludger flew to collide with one of the seekers.

@Milo Frogg

Once the quaffle was thrown back out, Josh got a hold of the quaffle and headed towards the other hoops.

Miro smiled as he continued to fly around the pitch, pleased he had managed to actually hit a bludger where he had intended to. He hoped he would continue to improve and make the rest of the team proud. He soon spotted another bludger and flew as fast as he could to hit it, frowning as he watched it fly off course.

Rāwhiti winced as he saw Joshua take a second hit, keeping one eye on his roommate to make sure he didn't seem too hurt. Watching him closely though, Rāwhiti's heart jumped at the unmistakable flutter of gold a few meters below Joshua's broom. Snapping into action, he shot forwards like a bullet, diving under the other boy with his arm outstretched, and a moment later he was rising triumphantly on the other side, snitch gripped firmly in his hand. "WOOHOO!!" He couldn't help whooping in celebration before releasing the ball, relief flooding through him.

Miro flew around the pitch, trying to keep an eye out for another bludger while also minding the rest of the players. He turned his head at the sound of cheering, smiling and raising a fist in the air in celebration as he saw Rāwhiti had caught the snitch. It was no wonder he was the captain, Miro thought for a moment before he returned his attention to a nearby bludger. He sped forward to hit it with his bat and frowned again when it flew in the other direction.

When Josh was close enough to the hoops, he had missed this time… Though he cheered for his roommate when Rāwhiti got a hold of the snitch.

Miro spotted another bludger and reached to hit it, frowning when he missed and the bludger flew away.

Buzzing with happiness and relief (and a slight urge to go nyah nyah nyah at Milo), Rāwhiti flew on, searching for the snitch again.

Miro tried to search for another bludger, and spotted one. He sped after it and tried to hit it with his bat, but missed again.

Rāwhiti flew on, looking wide around the pitch for any signs of the snitch.

Teddy cheered when Rāwhiti made the first catch, kinda glad Milo hadn't caught the snitch yet. Focusing back on the practice, Teddy saved the quaffle and threw it back out to the chasers.

When it looked like no one was going to grab a hold of the quaffle, Josh grabbed a hold of the quaffle and headed towards the hoops on the other side of the pitch.

Rāwhiti flew higher as he circled the pitch in search of the snitch, eager to get a second catch in as quickly as he could.

When Josh was close enough to the hoops, he threw the quaffle towards the left hoop, though he had missed...

Grateful the chaser had missed, having been nowhere near to save it, Veronica gathered the quaffle and threw it back into play.

Aurora didn't hit anything.

Fraser followed behind Veronica who had caught the quaffle.

Santiago was disappointed he hadn't been the one to hit Milo first but he kept flying looking for bludgers.

Josh quickly followed the younger chaser as they had possession of the quaffle.

Miro flew around the pitch, soon spotting another bludger and trying his best to hit it. He felt himself get angry when the bludger was too fast for him and he missed.

Teddy hovered in front of the hoops, guarding predominantly the right hoop because he had a feeling that the chaser was going to aim there.

Miro flew after another bludger and reached to hit it with his bat, watching as it flew in the wrong direction.
