Gryffindor Quidditch Practice S1/Y48

Aroha was distracted a moment by Milo slowing down, missing the snitch darting off to the left. When she looked back she had to search for a few seconds for the snitch, going after it once more.
 
Alicia returned to the hoops and finally managed to get the quaffle past Teddy and through one of the hoops. "Yes!" She said happily.
 
Rose kept her eyes on the Quaffle, waiting to see who would throw it next.
 
Teddy obviously felt bad saving all these quaffles and kindly pretended to miss one for Alicia. :shifty: "Nice one." He said then flew down behind the posts to retrieve the quaffle and threw it back out to the chasers.
 
Santiago swung and missed.
 
Rule 2a

Veronica managed to grab the quaffle again once it was thrown out and tried to score but it was saved by Teddy. It was annoying how good he was.
 
2b

Alicia intercepted the quaffle before the other 'team' could, at least she and Veronica were on top of things together. She did a small loop with it, hoping to catch Teddy off guard.
 
Teddy blocked Veronica's attempt and stayed alert watching Alicia loop with the quaffle.
 
Alicia tried to score again, but this time Teddy blocked it.
 
Aroha kept after the snitch, the wind trailing in her hair.
 
Aroha was pushing hard, trying to get the right position to reach out and grab the snitch. It wasn't working - yet.
 
Miro continued to fly around the pitch, unable to see any bludgers nearby.
 
Aroha was starting to getting annoyed. She really wanted to prove herself, prove to Milo she could get the snitch a second time but it kept fluttering just out of reach.
 
Rule 2b

Veronica managed to grab the quaffle quickly after Alicia's miss and it was thrown back out into play. She got a little closer to the hoops and too her shot, cheering as it went in.
 
Teddy wasn't happy that he'd missed the quaffle and Veronica scored. He retrieved the ball then shouted out, "Alright, good work everyone. Take five and get some water. When we’re back, chasers switch scoring ends. Veronica and Alicia, you’ll score Rose's end. Ivy and Frazer, you’re on me." He thought a short break would do everyone good. Once the team was ready, he threw the quaffle back out and restarted the training game.

OOC: Just thought I'd switch it up so Rose can have more time defending too :)
 
Santiago sighed as a time out was called. He landed and had some water, frustrated at his performance so far. But before long they were back in the air and he was searching for bludgers.
 
Veronica grabbed the quaffle when Teddy played it out. She didn't love the switch of keepers as she preferred to be playing against Teddy and scoring past him. She took the quaffle and began to fly towards Rose's hoops.
 
Rose rolled her shoulders as she was informed they were switching sides. Odd, but okay.
 
Santiago swung and missed.
 
Veronica tried to score against Rose but she missed.
 
Miro followed Teddy's instruction to take a break with the rest of the team and touched back down to the ground. He drank some water and was ready to get back into the practice once the break was over, flying into the air but still unable to spot another bludger.​
 
Rose saved the quaffle from flying to her hoops and threw it back into play.
