Professor Kingsley hadn't quite kept her record of attending every graduation, but she was here this year and that's what mattered. Seated with the rest of the staff, Cyndi was a mix of emotions as she watched the Deputy Headmaster take the stage, her friend, the Headmistress, not overseeing this day. It would be weird to no longer see her friend on a daily basis, though she had been getting practice with that this semester. It was difficult to feel so lonely in the castle.
With a sigh as the ceremony began, the woman pushed those thoughts from her mind as the speeches began. She clapped as they finished, clapping more as the Gryffindors crossed the stage, heading towards their futures. She hoped that they'd have fond memories of their time here, but she knew that depended on the student. As the ceremony ended, Cyndi stayed around to mingle.
