Pia was now a proud graduate of Hogwarts New Zealand. She had given her speech as head girl, walked on stage to receive her diploma with the rest of her peers, and shared her emotions with her family on what had been such a prestigious day. Now that all the formalities were over, she was ready to let her hair down and properly celebrate. The only way she could think to do this was to party alongside the people that made her schooling so memorable. Their lives were only just beginning, they had all the freedom in the world with barely any responsibilities and at that point they all should have been above legal drinking age. It was the perfect time to party if there ever was one, and Pia was more than ready to party the night away.

She had spread the word of a graduation party and its location in her and Kylie's apartment to her peers before and after the ceremony, then arrived to set everything up as soon as she was able to. By the time the majority of the guests were due to arrive, everything was ready. Pia was dressed in an outfit she planned specially for the night and midway through her second drink while smiling and laughing above the music with the people that were already there. This would be a fun night for everyone involved and she couldn't wait for it to officially begin.

OOCOut of Character:
This is open to all the recent graduates of HNZ, and anyone older than that! Just make sure your character is above the legal drinking age if they're going to post :D

All of Calum's responsibilities were finally over now that he had graduated. There was no longer any need to be following rules and life was already so much better. He was more than ready to take on anything, but before that a party was definitely what he needed to kick things off. His girlfriend had kindly invited him over to her and Kylie's apartment and he didn't think he had ever been so excited for a party with other people, many of which he did not know. He arrived earlier than the majority of the guests, simply because he wanted to and because he didn't really want to hang around much longer at school anymore. Calum wore an outfit he had been saving to wear for a while and smiled when he saw Pia first. She had done a good job with setting everything up quite nicely and he had to admit that she looked quite nice too. As the guests began to file in, Calum was already dancing with her, smiling as he watched her every step. Every one of her moves had a purpose and, before Calum knew it, everyone had seemed to arrive and the party had begun.

Letting loose was exactly what Archie needed after a long day of sitting and waiting around. His graduation meant a lot, but in the end was nothing short of completely mind numbingly boring. When it was all over he had an amount of pent up energy that only a night of partying could cure, and an eagerness to make the most of his freedom as a newly appointed adult that still harbored a teenagers maturity. So he had dragged Orwell out of the great hall to his home, gotten ready, and then made his way to the apartment of one of his good friends when the buzz of the few drinks he'd already downed was still fresh in his system. "I AM HERE! THE PARTY HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED!" Archie shouted upon bursting into the room. He greeted Kylie with a kiss on each cheek, then walked into the kitchen, alternating between talking obnoxiously loud and laughing as he placed the bottle of vodka in his hand on the bench, soon opening it to pour himself and Orwell a couple of drinks.

Orwell was walking to Pia's party with Archie, he was going to enjoy this, after this he'd be heading back to his community, so the opportunity to spend one frivolous night, with a little bit of drinking was welcome to him. He knew it wouldn't really be his scene, he wasn't too much of a partier, but he was keen to let loose a little. The boy walked into the apartment after Archie and laughed lightly at the exclamation that Archie. Orwell still followed the boy further into the house, greeting Kylie and then taking a glass from Archie and taking the smallest of sips. It would be nice to see everyone just having fun, letting their hair down and having a hell of a party. He knew that it was a good thing they were all magic because the mess by the next day was surely going to be horrendous, "Archie, this vodka is terrible," he said as he took another sip of his drink, he took the bottle and looked it over, "Oh good, suitable for vegans," he read on the back with a light chuckle. He didn't like the bitterness, "Archie! Can I mix it with something?" Orwell hadn't really drank before today, he had never really been inclined or actually had the time to do so. In the back of his mind also, he was looking out for Pia, hoping to at least greet her properly.

Kylie was so excited that they could finally all let loose so the girl greeted people she knew and perhaps didn't know especially well with smiles and excitement, telling them whether they could get a drink. She had invited their neighbours as well so that there would be no noise complaints so there were a few people she didn't know well at all but Kylie's mood was infallible - even when she spotted Calum in her home. Glad that people she knew better were arriving, Kylie kissed Archie's cheeks and greeted Orwell with a grin then took a sip of her own mixed drink and went to talk to someone or perhaps dance the girl wasn't quite decided yet.

Kylie's outfit. Her hair is down, though.

Isaiah had told Keye to meet him at Pia's party, Isaiah had decided to get exceedingly drunk but he knew that she might take a little longer to get to the party. Isaiah walked in and glanced about the place, Pia and Kylie were clearly on top of moving forward with their lives, Isaiah had only just begun his application for the ministry. He didn't have a place yet, he didn't have much of even a place really. He didn't have a place to live yet, but that would be after he got really drunk for a couple of days, maybe even longer. He greeted Pia and Calum as they danced and he made his way to the kitchen and smiled easily at Archie and Orwell. He smirked a little at Archie, "hey," he poured himself a drink, a very large drink. He took a large sip of it and then made his way back to the main room, he would be sure to find Keye when she arrived, he knew exactly where she might go when she got to the party, and boy, Isaiah couldn't wait for that.

Rina had been there to help deliver some alcohol - presumably to a graduation party but as she had been invited to stay by the girl who had paid her to bring some necessities over she wasn't fighting it as it was her night off and she'd only done this for a little extra cash. Rina went into the kitchen and snickered at a very loud presumably drunk boy in amusement. Ah they were still so young. The girl wished she had told Javed or Marcel where she was going because maybe they could spend the night together too but who knew, maybe they would know some of the grads and show up anyway and the colourful haired girl wouldn't be there mixing a drink for herself entirely on her own. Well... except for the fact that she was now approaching another brightly haired boy who seemed confused with straight vodka. "You should mix it with coke or tonic," she told him. A bartender's job was never done.

It had been some time since Zachery last spoke to one of his old teammates so when Archie invited him to come to a graduation party to catch up and have fun, he didn't hesitate for a moment. He had Quidditch practice later that day so had to go home and shower and change his clothes before going to the party. Zachery smiled as he walked into the apartment and greeted a few he knew only by face. He grabbed himself a drink and sat down on the couch in the living room since he hadn't seen Archie yet. He was sure that his old teammate would show up eventually, if he wasn't already here.

The witch didn't know how she had managed to find herself invited to a party seeing as she barely knew any of her classmates from the previous years but she didn't think that free alcohol and ogling girls that would be at the party was too much of an annoyance so she walked in apprehensively. She didn't know these people except she did recognize one girl but as she was dancing with a guy much to Niamh's surprise so she went for booze. Specifically fire whiskey as it was a favourite of here's. The seer took a sip and smiled as the burning went down her throat and into her stomach. It was starting to be a good night already as she leaned against a counter.

Timmy was only here for Isaiah. Timmy was only here for Isaiah. That was the mantra that kept going through the man's head as he entered the apartment. He knew a lot of the people and had plenty of sketches of some of them, but Timmy had never been the social type. It took Isaiah so long to convince him to come to the party, and he was not regretting it right now. After this, he'd go home and play with his baby sister, whom he loved to death. As soon Timothy turned 17, his mother introduced him to alcohol. She did not give him much, but through much experimenting, they discovered he had a moderate tolerance. He got more agitated when drunk, so he would avoid that for Isaiah's sake. When Timmy spotted Isaiah, he tapped his friend on the shoulder as a greeting. Isaiah was used to how he said hello by now.

It felt kind of odd to be going into a person's home when he didn't even know them, but Archie had assured him that it was fine. That was really all Jean had needed. While he knew that Archie wasn't above getting him into a spot of trouble for some fun, he didn't think this was that. And as he stepped through the door, he immediately relaxed as it looked like just a chill party. Finding the nearest table, Jean dropped a bag filled with some snacks before he grabbed a beer and began to look for his friends. He had only begun to make it through the living room when he spotted an old quidditch teammate. "Evans?" he asked as he sat on the arm rest beside the guy. "What are you doing here? Let me guess. Renner invite you? I think he reckons this is a Gryffindor reunion" he chuckled as he opened his beer.

Pia was lost in her own, happy little world as she danced with Calum, not noticing that the party was in full swing until the red paper cup in her hand was empty. She smirked into her cup, slowed her dancing, then looked around the slightly spinning room. Some of the people that arrived greeted her so she greeted them back before finally returning her gaze to her boyfriend, smiling wide at him with a mix of genuine happiness and a tipsy edge to her features. "I'm getting another drink, do you want one?" She asked, raising her voice slightly over the music. Before she could get an answer she turned around and ventured to the kitchen. The sight of an all to familiar head of coloured hair that Pia's eyes fell on caused her smile to grow even brighter, if such a thing were possible. "Orwell! You're here!" She exclaimed, bounding over to her friend and pulling him into a tight hug, uncaring to the others in the room and more uncaring if she spilled the drink he was holding. The drinks she had consumed on that night were way stronger than she intended though she was yet to realize this in her current state. "This is so fun, I'm having so much fun." She said.

Turning her head away, though keeping her arms around Orwell's neck, Pia noticed Archie and a girl with pink hair she didn't recognize. "Oh! Hey Archie, and pink haired girl." She said, then moving her arms away form Orwell and turning to face the girl she didn't know. "I'm Pia, one of the hosts." She tilted her head as she looked the girl up and down then quickly got to the task of refilling her cup, mixing fire whiskey with cola and taking a generous gulp of it as she stood, albeit clumsily, with the small group.

Archie smiled and laughed cheerfully at the random, pink haired girl that approached him and Orwell to advise them on mixing drinks. He wasn't an experienced drinker but did not think it showed so obviously. All he could do was smile at the girl and thank her for her words before adding a helping of soda to his cup, and then to Orwell's. The taste of the soda in the drink was much better than straight alcohol. He was surprised at himself and his never satiated sweet tooth for not thinking to add something to the vodka earlier and soon laughed at this thought. He was also surprised that he was yet to start dancing to the fast paced music filling his ears, but was interrupted before he could suggest the idea to his best friend.

Archie was already affected by the drinks he had downed that night, but not near as affected as Pia it seemed when she bounded into the kitchen, wrapping herself around Orwell. He returned the greeting she eventually gave him, then bowed out of the conversation, thinking it would be better not to hang on to Orwell like a leech the entire night as he made his way into the living area of the apartment. People were drinking, talking, dancing and genuinely having fun. This party was the exact kind of atmosphere he wanted after sitting down for most of the day. Archie soon spotted Jean and one of his other old team mates, Zachery, on one of the sofas and immediately approached them, lucky enough to catch the tail end of Jean's words. "Maybe it is a reunion!" He exclaimed. "And maybe I want us to all do something fun together now that we're grown ups!" Archie didn't now what they could all do, but was happy they both took the time out of their nights to arrive to the party. "Anyway Jean, come here and give me a hug! It's been too long." He said to the boy, sipping from his drink again before holding his arms out.

Sanne did love a bit of a party so after the two girls down the hall had invited her (as well as all of their other neighbours) to the party they were hosting she had decided to go. Durmstrang graduates hadn't actually had a party to celebrate because most of her classmates had been as interesting as watching paint dry so this was a fair amount of fun for the Dutch girl. Of course that was until she had somehow ended up in the middle of a conversation with a boy who seemed close to tears over a girl because he was too drunk to realize how stupid he was being and she looked for an escape, hoping that maybe someone would rescue her but in truth Sanne didn't know anyone here bar the hostesses and even that was pretty minimal.

Amused at the antics of those not yet entirely able to hold their alcohol, Rina smiled and sipped from her own cup when she was later spoken to. "Red haired girl," she returned with a cheeky grin though she was not as excited as this colourful girl was because she'd only just arrived and was nowhere near as intoxicated. The bartender was shocked though to see that she was a host of the party along with the girl named Kayleigh or Carly or whomever had paid her. "Oh hey. I'm Rina - I brought extra drinks and your flatmate told me to stay a while," she explained though she wasn't sure if the whole explanation was entirely necessary but she tried not to over think it as she took a long drink from the cup. "You all just graduated from Hogwarts?" she asked, making conversation. "My friend went to your Hogwarts too," she said with a shrug as she thought of Marcel and how close they'd become in the past year.

Zachery looked up when he heard his surname and smiled brightly when seeing another familiar face. ''Snow!'' he exclaimed happily over the music. ''He did, yes. A reunion would be cool.'' the young man answered truthfully. He smiled again when Archie approached him and sipped from his drink when he asked the other for a hug. It was good to see them again, even though he had only ever talked with them in the locker rooms and on the pitch. Zachery turned his head to look around who else was here, but didn't see anyone interesting other than a blonde-haired girl who seemed a bit lost. Turning his head back towards his old teammates, Zach asked, ''Did you any invite other players as well?'' Hoping that he would see more familiar faces tonight.

Jean hadn't exactly been friends with Zachary, but he had liked him well enough. He nodded, sipping his beer before hearing Archie approach. His smile widened as he listened to the guy, a laugh escaping his lips as he stood to give the guy a quick hug. "I just saw you at graduation!" He turned back to the older guy. "Can you believe they let Archie graduate?" he teased his friend.

He had been invited to a party by one of the girls living in the apartment above him so decided to at least make an appearance to see if there were any familiar faces walking around the party. Marcel closed the door behind him and walked up the stairs towards the apartment where he could the music playing. He walked inside the room and looked around before grabbing himself a beer. People were having fun, so if there wasn't anyone he knew at the party at least he knew he was going to have a fun night.

Pia was obviously getting extremely tipsy and Calum had to admit that it was hot. He nodded when she asked if she could make a drink for him, eager to get a taste of her bartender skills. But it seemed like Pia was more concentrated on other things. She seemed more excited to see her friend Orchard or whatever his name was, and Calum stood and watched as she pulled him into a tight hug. Trying not to let this get to him, Calum walked out of the kitchen to get himself his own drink and gulped it down, cup by cup, as he sat on the sofa, ignoring everyone around him. He didn't care how many bottles he was drinking if it was going to distract him from everything else whilst Pia talked to her friends.

Seeing even Lloyd, who Kylie detested, get close to Pia and vice versa made the Latina frustrated because her own boyfriend had promised he would be there. As time went on she became a little less reserved and drank more - getting upset and hurt that he hadn't bothered to even tell her that he couldn't make it. Still she wanted to show him that she could have fun without him, especially if he showed up. The girl stumbled into the living room where she saw Isaiah standing pretty much by his lonesome and she put her hand on his shoulder and giggled into the red cup and she said, "Do you believe that we're graduated now Mr. Head Boy? You showed me around the school!" She gasped in fake disbelief and took a sip of her drink so that she could pretend she wasn't upset at Benito's disappearance.

Orwell looked to the girl who suggested some of the fizzy drinks that Orwell had never particularly taken a liking to, but he nodded anyway, taking it on board and finding what the girl was talking about. He added to his drink and took a little sip noting that it did indeed really help the taste of the drink overall. Orwell was distracted for the moment by the fact entered the kitchen, and he wrapped his arms around her to return the greeting, a little surprised by the openness of it, but loving the affection any way, "This is a great party Pia," Orwell told her as she introduced him and Archie to the girl who had given him the great advice about drinks, well, noted her. Orwell just smiled at the little scene, finding it just a lot of fun, "Hey Pia, can I interest you in a dance?" he told her with a false bravado and little bow.

Isaiah was very surprised when someone tapped his shoulder, but when he turned around he wasn't too surprised by who it was, "Timmy!" he exclaimed both happy and surprised to find him at this event. Isaiah smiled at the boy though, always happy to see him, "It is good to see you!" the former head boy said, and it really was. Sure he'd seen him at the graduation but there was a difference in Isaiah's mind between seeing and spending time with someone. Isaiah took another drink and smirked at the boy who was at this point taller than Isaiah would likely ever be, "Dance with me!" he told him, just as someone else tapped him on the shoulder and he turned to see Kylie. The boy remembered when he'd shown her and Pia around, when he'd become somewhat friends with the two of them, "I can't believe it, that's for sure," he agreed chuckling lightly, before motioning behind to where Timmy was, "Kylie, this is Timmy, Timmy, Kylie," Isaiah had no idea of whether or not they had met before, but thought it right to have the introduction, "Thanks for the party and the invite, we were just going to start dancing, if you wanted to join us! You should remember how amazing I am at it!"

Rina eyed the guy giving this 'Pia' girl a bow so she could retell this to Javed in jest. Kids, right? She walked off to see if maybe there was someone else there that could have a coherent conversation and while she walked she did happen to spot a famous Quidditch player for the Macaws speaking casually with the loud red headed boy but she didn't wish to interrupt that conversation. Instead she took a seat beside some random lad who looked pretty sour and asked, "How do you know the girls?" just to make conversation with him, maybe entertain herself while she worked on her own drink.

Archie quickly hugged Jean, smiling when they pulled away. The guy had been at graduation but simply being in the same room was different to actually speaking and having fun with him - especially since they had not seen each other in person for a year. Though he did not mention this and instead sipped again from his drink, nearly unable to keep it down as he chuckled at Jean's attempt to tease him. He managed to swallow the alcohol, and shrugged in a response to the comment before looking to Zachery to answer his question. "I invited Ailsa, but I think that's everyone." The other people who played for Gryffindor were either too young or Archie had not been acquainted with them while they were in school, so he hadn't decided to spread the word of the party further, but he would have been happy to see more familiar faces if another old teammate or two showed up. Archie nudged Jean with his elbow and nodded to the beer in his hand. "Why beer? Why not something stronger? I brought vodka with me if you want some, both of you." He looked from Jean to Zachery. Beer was not a drink Archie enjoyed. It didn't get a person drunk quickly nor did it even taste good so he was more than happy to offer Jean and Zachery something better. Archie's intention for that night was not to stay sober so he naturally assumed this would be the case for everyone who was attending.

Pia smiled at the pink haired girl as she said that Kylie asked her to stay for a while. Though they had only said a few words to each other, in her state of tipsiness Pia felt like Rina was already her friend and she was glad she accepted the invitation to stay. "Yeah, most of us just graduated." She answered, nodding her head along to the music as she continued to sip generously from her drink. It was interesting to hear that Rina had a friend who went to hogwarts. "Who was your friend?" Pia asked out of curiosity, but was quickly distracted from Rina's answer when Orwell bowed, offering her a dance. She held her free hand to her chest and sighed amicably. "I would love to, carino." She answered, though held up a finger to Orwell as if asking him to wait. "But first, let me finish." She then downed the last of her drink, laughing as she threw the paper cup to a different part of the kitchen. "Wooo! Finish yours and we can dance!" Pia exclaimed, waiting for Orwell to drink. Getting Calum a drink of his own was a thought that was still in Pia's mind, although buried underneath her thoughts of the present and her need to dance to the music that sounded better with every passing minute. She figured he wouldn't mind if she detoured a little to share a dance with her friend before mixing a drink for him.
