Adorah didn't tell her sister she happened to be delivering a rose to Lysander, seeing as Juniper might have destroyed the flower before he got it. Even though it was just a yellow rose, her sister had a tendency to blow things out of proportion, and who knew what she would have to say about anyone who actually tolerated the boy. Having never interacted much with him herself, she waited outside the Gryffindor common room entrance, hoping he might pop up eventually. @Lysander Summers

Lysander walked out of the Gryffindor common room.

Adorah spotted Lysander and quickly moved towards him. She didn't quite know if he knew who she was since she and Juniper obviously didn't look like each other, but maybe that was a good thing. "Lysander!" she called, pushing through some rather small first years. "You have a rose," she said, finally reaching him and holding out the flower and note.

Lysander!

Thanks for being a great captain!

Lysander stopped in his tracks as someone called his name, looking back to see the Other Zumwalt pushing through some first-years just as Juniper had metaphorically pushed her way to dueling champion. He gave her a confused look, until she mentioned the rose. He'd almost completely forgotten it was Valentine's Day. "Oh, right!" He said, taking the rose from her and turning it over to read the note. He smiled. He hadn't been able to send anything to his teammates, but he'd just have to make it up to them over the next practice. He tucked the rose away. "Well, uh, thank you." He said with a mildly apprehensive smile. He wasn't sure about Adorah - she was related to Juniper, somehow, maybe? They probably had some kind of unspoken family code to dislike him.

Adorah gave Lysander another awkward smile, nodding her head as she decided what she should say next or if she should just walk away. "Well, uh, happy Valentine's Day," she said before quickly disappearing back into the crowd, trying to keep all the duelling nonsense her sister kept pushing out of her head.
