[Miles Flynn]

With a new year and a new av that means its time for some new plots! I'm hopefully just sticking with the one character and I'm not planning on sorting any more this year (but knowing me that will probably change)

Miles Flynn . 12 . werewolf​

So getting on with with things, I have one Miles Alexander Flynn up for grabs when it comes to plots! He's a new second year Gryffindor, determined to try out for the quidditch team again even if he doesn't fully expect to make it, and loves exploring and making friends. Downside is he's a werewolf and still hasn't actually explicitly told anyone that yet. It's not a complete secret, and he'll admit it if you confront him, but he's not going to go out of his way to tell you about it. And, to be frank, he doesn't do a good job of hiding it seeing as he gets incredibly tired and irritable around the full moon and starts pushing people away almost out of habit. He's also taken to napping at every given moment closer to the moon cycle in the hopes that he won't be so tired the morning after (it doesn't work like that). Generally he's a friendly and outgoing person, willing to put other people's happiness above his own and hates to see people arguing. His home situation is still rubbish with his parents splitting so he is also spending a lot of time trying to come up with plans to get his parents back together (that is also not working). Looking for: Friends, enemies, quidditch buddies, exploration buddies, younger students he can take under his wing, people to actually confront him about being a werewolf, angsty plots, anything! (Also a side note, if you are getting an itch to sort a student this year and want connections on board already, Miles has some younger siblings up for grabs who have nothing mentioned about them so you have free reign more or less. Just a thought)

me me me. i have plot ideas

I have ivy here. She is a couple of years older than him and i think we have spoken already about plotting the two of them. She would be willing to help him out and practice with quidditch (what position is he thinking?) She has also grown up around werewolves and as both her parents are werewolves she can kind of feel the full moon. (though to a lesser extent to her sister and obviously less than her parents) so chances are if they hang around enough or she accidentally schedules training around a full moon and he is either very flat or rescheduled there is a chance she will work it out. and may ask him if her assumption is correct.

i can also offer her mum Briar Rowan-Culllen as a friendly adult he can talk to if he has any questions or concerns or needs help with access to polyjuce outside of school term or needs a place to transform.

Of course, I'm gonna offer Theo to you ehehe! Theo will defs be there for his friend if he needs anything! Maybe Theo has noticed that Miles has been napping a lot more or something and Theo tries to find him for them to hang out and stumbles upon Miles sleeping somewhere and Theo is a bit concerned or something? Theo will definitely have questions for Miles

(I am offering my services as well for Miles' siblings if you need a sib hehe!

Hii Vicky!! I could offer Ondine as a friend, or possibly actually an enemy! I don't think she knows enough about werewolves to pick up on the signs, but I could see her being quite nosy about it if/when she finds out. She would only be curious, but she's pretty blunt in her curiosity and that could easily come across as rude if you want some drama!

Edit: HAHA I forgot Ondine is a 3rd year now, darn group promotions!!
Well the offer still stands, or I can also offer Calliope Cartwright (2nd year Gryff) for a similar situation. She's also pretty curious. She might not be as blunt about it, but she'd still want to learn more, and she can be annoyingly persistent

Hey Vicky! We had a few plots at the start of last year and then I died a little, so here I am hoping to make up for it.

I really like the dynamic we have so far between Logan and Miles. I would probably classify it as a sor tof frenemies thing, where they're sort of getting along but also don't really. I imagine they mostly hang out together because of Theodore tbh. Maybe they could get into an actual argument after Logan does something rude again? Could have Theo sort of in the middle as extra conflict for him, if @Professor Samantha Jacobs likes that idea?

Yesss I believe I remember we did talk about plotting the two of them. He's planning on trying as chaser, but honestly he doesn't mind what position he ends up in he just wants to play quidditch. So he would totally be up for practicing with someone on the team already! I'm also up for her noticing, I like the idea of scheduling a practice around the full moon and he is just flat out unmotivated and tired and irritable and very out of character so she notices the signs

But Miles would also like another adult to talk to about this stuff who isn't his dad, so he might appreciate a chat!

I have, as always, Finley for Miles. He still has a mild crush thing going on, and now that Miles knows his secret (it's not really a secret??? he tells everyone sheesh) I wouldn't be opposed to Finley sort of figuring things out if you're down. he loves care of magical creatures and has a tonne of books, so I could sort of seeing him connecting the dots, but then dismissing it (why would you hide that info????) etc etc.

I also have Christa, also in his house, and she needs more friends quite frankly.

Ooooh that could work! Miles would probably ignore the bragging at first, but if he did decide to say that Gryffindor winning was undeserved he'd probably get offended about it and very defensive on the matter. So that could lead into an argument for sure!
