So the time ran and it was already the month of November and again there were joys, alternating with sorrows, because soon you will have to study and prepare for the exam. Jenna saw how strong Zen was trying to be, and she brought him strawberry biscuits, which would make him feel better. Zennon honestly felt like he was so ill equipped for his exams come the end of the year that he was going to lose everything he worked hard for and it was killing him. He'd thrown himself into his books more than he normally would and to that point, he'd missed Halloween. He probably wouldn't have gone anyway, just from the memory of it, but that was hardly the point. He wasn't doing any of the things he found fun anymore, and he was honestly convinced he wouldn't be going to Yule too, though he supposed he should make something of an appearance at some point this year, rather than being cooped up in his dorm or in the library or something. Merlin, he needed Analei. He looked up in shock and surprise when he heard someone saying his name and was mildly surprised to see it was a younger Hufflepuff, Jenna. He'd met her last year when she'd talked about wanting to be a Prefect, and as a new Prefect himself, he'd tried his best to impart advice. He'd never expected to be the Headboy. "Jenna, what are you doing here?" He asked, before realising she seemed to have brought him a gift. A gift of food! "Did you bring these for me?" He asked, awed for a moment. The only person who ever brought him food was his mother and she hadn't done that in a while. "That's... thank you, Jenna."​
