Y36 Dueling Match #5

[Professor Kalif Styx]

Professor Styx leads the two contestants to the stage, appointing them into the north or south part of the stage. He reveals the rules as well as the point system. He walks off the stage and orders the duel to begin, as he keeps a watchful eye.

Out of Character:

The duel begins now. You have 24 hours to post, or face disqualification. Ensure that you use the spell list for guidance on age-appropriate spells, and read over the dueling rules and points system. If you are knocked out or otherwise disarmed/incapacitated, or if you run out of points, you will lose and the duel will end. Have fun!
As an added note: Spectators are allowed to post in this topic once per competitors post, but are forbidden from directly interfering with the duels.

Ajaccio had liked the duelling last year, though it had ended in him vomitting up slugs which had been the grossiest thing he'd ever experienced, but he was keen and eager to do it again. Hopefully do better..win maybe. He bowed to the girl in front of him and then went to the position. "Stupefy," he cast quickly.

Ajaccio was a little thrown as the girl fell to the floor, he had for a moment thought that the spell had hit but the girl had just ducked out of the way, he waited a moment for a spell from her, but when she didn't, he fired again, casting "Incendio.".

Roxy pulled her wand quickly from out her robes while she was on the floor. She blocked the spell just in time, moving fast than she's ever done before. Well, she didn't want to get hurt! What the fawk she was thinking when she signed up for this tournament!? Roxy she tries her best on a jelly fingers curse, mostly because the thought of seeing the boy's fingers wiggle nonstop would be something she would like to see happen.

Ajaccio was quick to jump out of the way of the spell that came towards him, he was determined to not end another tournment vomiting up slugs. But, it was the same slug vomiting spell that he sent back to her. He didn't want it, but didn't mean he couldn't use it.
