Charlotte was in charge of holding a practice session this time after the team's first defeat in a year and she was very excited to do so. She made sure to pick a perfect sunny day for it, and instead of having to get everyone up really early in the morning, she set it a bit after lunch in hopes that everyone would have had enough food to keep their energy up. The prefect placed the box with all of the equipment in it on the ground as she watched her team do laps in the air. When she was sure they had done enough she ushered everyone to the middle of the pitch, ready to get it started.

Odette hadn't played in the game against Gryffindor, and so she hadn't really had a chance to show the rest of the team what she could do. She hated that they lost last time, but it made her more determined to pull her weight and help the team to victory. Along with the rest of the team, she did some laps in the air until the captain Charlotte told them to go to the middle of the pitch. She smiled at her and stood with her broom in hand, eager to get started.

Diane hadn't played so far, but that was to be expected when she was alternate to one of the captains. Nonetheless she was still excited for practice, any chance to show her skills would only help her chances of being the next permanent keeper once Alana graduates. Once Diane arrived at the pitch she took her broom and did a few laps of the pitch while she waited for Alana to arrive or for Charlotte to start practice.

During the last game, Kimmy had felt for the very first time what it was like to be defeated. After joining the team in her fourth year she'd only experienced victory, and she wasn't enjoying having it taken away. Taking her broom down to the pitch where the team had been summoned for practise, Kimmy followed suit of some of the others, and mounting it quickly she flew off into the air to get back into the feel of things.

Asaiah did nothing whilst waiting for the practice to officially start. He was still bummed out that Slytherin had lost the match, especially because he hadn't managed to hit a single bludger towards the opposite team. He walked towards Charlotte and the rest of the team when she motioned everyone to come to the middle of the pitch, and waited for it to start.

Rory arrived at the pitch for practice and was pretty happy about it, he wanted to do better than they had done in the last match, he wanted to do better than he had done. The teen walked to the middle of the pitch, before heading up into the air for a few warm up laps, before touching back down on the ground when the co-captain motioned them back down. He waited for the practice to start and for instructions to from the captain. He was looking forward to showing how good he was in this practice, and improving his scoring, improving getting the quaffle on target.

Glad to take the backseat for the first time in a while, Alana had enjoyed doing laps around the pitch. She kept glancing towards Charlotte to see if she'd need her, but so far she hadn't. Spotting the rest of the team heading to her side, Alana did the same. She was ready to help in whatever way she was needed, whether it was to play her position or offer encouragement to Charlotte. The team had lost their last match and she knew that wasn't sitting well with her and probably not any of them. She dismounted gracefully, standing her broom up and leaning against it as she waited for Charlotte to speak.

Lestat was a little late gathering his gear. It took him ages to find his left sock. Eventually he made his way to the pitch and found the other team members. Ah they were all there. He was the last one then. At least he believes so. He leaned against his broom and combed his hair with his fingers, knowing it wouldn't do much good. He waited for the instructions, believing the win on Gryffindor to be sheer dumb luck.

Once everyone had made it to the ground, Charlotte beamed and quickly began. "We're going to practice as hard as possible today! Practice will end when the Chasers have scored three goals or the Beaters hit two people, or the Seeker catches one snitch." she explained, releasing the snitch. When she was sure everyone was ready she kicked off her broom with the rest of her team, giving Alana a reassuring grin. Charlotte felt confident that she was doing a good job so far with the co-captioning and she hoped Alana felt the same way.
