(HEY GUYS! Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. I've been busy and didn't even know that you were waiting for Kale's response!)
Kale continued to greet the familiar faces with warm smiles, friendly tackles and hugs all around. He laughed at Bruin as they exchanged a 'brotherly embrace'. "Never let go!" he exclaimed comically, before dramatically breaking the hug. Before he knew it he was tackled from the opposite side, by none other than Lily Potter, he laughed, staggering and trying to hold his lanky self up. "'Ello Potter!" said Kale, giving her a dorky grin and laughing. "I missed you guys too. I'm happy to be back. Class sucked without me, eh?" he winked. "It'll be cool to have my roomie back. Wait, is there still room for me in that dorm?" inquired Kale, patting Blake on the back. He had been a good friend to him the previous year and he was hoping to get to know him even better now.
Kale looked over at the transfer students and couldn't help but think that they looked familiar from the common room. He wasn't very observant while in the dungeons. So they're the new transfers... he thought to himself before introducing himself. "Hey, welcome to Hogwarts New Zealand. My name is K--" Suddenly he heard hasty footsteps stomping his direction, he turned around in mid sentence only to see an angry red head looking up at him. It wasn't the 'Zoe-Hope Weasley' red, but why did she look so damn familiar? Kale tried to think back to why he recognized her. He didn't even recognize her from the day he decided to drop water balloons out of the second story window in the corridor. But, the hair was hard to miss.
Why the hell was she smiling like that?! His eyebrows pushed together at the center of his forehead as she spoke, "Don't know if you remember me but I sure as hell remember you" the furious red haired girl announced, standing on her tip toes to raise a pitcher of butter beer over the Slytherin boys head. Sure, Kale was about a head taller than the girl, but Merlin was obviously on her side as she managed to get the full pitcher of his favorite beverage high enough. It all happened so fast and before he could say a thing -- SPLASH -- The contents of the pitcher was now rolling down Kale's face and soaking his shirt. His brown eyes widened to chocolate pools, a spiteful look creased the features on his face. You...little-- he stopped himself, not wanting to cause anymore drama that this girl had already started. "What the hell was that for?!" Kale shouted at the younger girl, completely oblivious to why he was now soaked.
Now, Kale had two options, he could retaliate...one, by grabbing the other full pitcher on the side table and throwing it on her...two, he could just let this slide. He was going to think before his actions, for once. Wasting perfectly good butterbeer was a sin in his and any other member of the brotherhood's book. It was an unwritten law to never waste a single drop of that precious beverage. Well, right now...it'd be going to good use on the girls blouse, but he decided against it. He stood there close to growling at the shorter girl, waiting for her to say something. Drawing attention to himself wasn't something that Kale wanted when he was dripping wet, but sometimes it was just avoidable.
(That was long and rambly, sorry. I'm falling alseep over here...o.o)
