Open Wandering

[Vikram Bakshi]

Vikram had decided after a bit of debate to go to the Halloween party. Dressed as a coat rack, with a few charms to keep it all in place, he wandered about a bit, enjoying the creativity of all the costumes. He didn't approach anyone right away, instead content to observe, and instead found his way to the snacks. He fixed himself a plate, and grabbed a drink, before turning to just watch the crowd. He made a few mental notes, thinking perhaps he should try to talk to someone tonight.

[Ivy Cullen]

Ivy liked her outfit for the ball. a set of simple denim overalls and a t-shirt. vaguely reminiscent of something her uncle would wear to work though a lot cleaner and a lot more fitted. in fact as she went to put them on she realised with dismay that she must have grown since she bought them and they struggled to zip up comfortably. it took her a while to sort out the combination with a neck scarf that still looked kind of cute.
she entered the great hall and looked around. the Decorations were really cool and there were some really fun costumes too. she saw fraiser from quidditch dressed up as spiderman there were heroes and zombies, and people dressed up like they were playing sport. and a few costumes that looked creative that she wasn't sure what theywere. She went over to the food table and helped herself to a couple of cupcakes. an absolutely responsible dinner for Halloween right? it was there that she noticed a bit of furniture that was well out of place net to the table, and even more interesting was that it was eating. "Hello. that is an unusual choice for a costume" she said. "I like it" she added before taking a bite of the cupcake.

Vikram looked over when he heard a voice, smiling at an older girl. "Perhaps, but it seems like fun. I like your costume." He nodded at her. "What is it, a ah, mechanic?" He asked. He moved to stand to by her, smiling softly. "My name is Vikram, it's nice to meet you," He told her, placing a hand to his chest and bowing his head slightly.

 

[Professor Elvera Le Fey]

Elvera was not at the school. She was celebrating her mums birthday and enjoying her leave.

Ivy smiled at the boy her mouth full of cupcake and icing on her nose. He seemed shy. She nodded as she chewed rapidly exactly. she said glad that he got her idea. She had considered taking a couple of her dad or uncles tools to complete the outfit but she wasn’t sure which ones they wouldn’t miss. She returned the slight head nod bow as the boy Introduced himself. nice to meet you vikram. I’m Ivy. Cupcake? she said offering him the other cupcake before she started to dig into it.

Vikram smiled, filing the name away. Ivy. "Thank you," He agreed, taking the cupcake and biting into it. He wasn't the biggest fan of the treats, but she was sweet to offer it to him, and it would be rude to decline. "How are you liking the dance?" He asked, turning towards her and making more an effort to be friendly.
