Estrella's expression was strained, and she smirked. "Look at her left arm. That might be an explanation in itself." She clutched her own arm, which was still dripping blood. Obviously, it needed medical attention.

Casting a quick healing spell towards Estrella, and moved towards Bellatrix, "The left you say?" he asked rheotorically as he lifted Ms. Greens sleeve, revealing a snake and skull marking. "I see..." he mummbled to himself mentally noting that the ministry would have to be alerted of this as well, "Anything else I should know, how did this all happen?"
 
Estrella observed her arm, where it was healing over to just a scar, although it still throbbed in pain. "I was sitting here and Bellatrix came up to me and starting taunting me," she replied simply. "Although that's really nothing new."
 
"So who cast the first spell? Professor King inquired as he looked at the wands he now held in his hand.
 
Courtney took off her headless hat and cleared her throat. "professor, one of those wands is mine. I only casted spells to stop the two girls from fighting."
 
"Yes, that's very nice Ms. Potter, it will be returned to you. " he replied calmly, "Once this is all delt with and Ms. Green is revived."
 
Zoe was just standing there, looking back and forth from Bellas arm to Estrella's, even though it was healing, she still had the horrible cut in her mind.
"From what I saw it was Bellatrix casting all the spells."
 
Estrella thought for a moment, and then admitted, "I guess that I cast Langlock first."
 
"So you cast the first spell did you, against a defenseless witch? I think you could have controlled your temper much better, no matter how cruel she was being to you, would you disagree?" he asked as he heard all the testimonies.
 
"Well, it's kind of hard not to when someone is screaming in your face," Estrella snapped, "Taunting you about your family. So yes, I guess, I was in the wrong." Her expression twisted angrily, already knowing she was in for a detention, so she was going to make another comment. "But I guess this poor, defenseless witch wouldn't be able to cast the Imperius Curse on me as she did? Or, more specifically," she added poisonously, "The Killing Curse?"
 
"Ms. Drage, I did not say that Ms. Green taunting you was not wrong. But, it was wrong of you to cast a spell at her. If you had not, she would not have been able to steal your wand." he explained in a very calm and emotionless voice, "You are currently yelling at me, a very unacceptable thing, yet somehow my temper has not caused me to curse you. It is clearly possible therefore to control your temper when someone is being snide towards you. And furthermore although I understand completly why you would curse her, it was wrong nonetheless and enabled her to steal your wand." he continued to annotate.
 
Estrella lowered her voice, and replied, "You know exactly what she was inferring about my family, Professor."
 
"I do, but you allowed it to annoy you, she only does these things to make herself feel better, how can she mock you for having family as they are? Is she not now alike them?" he pointed out as he turned to look at Bellatrix's body lying on te ground still, the dark mark revealed and the snake on it moving through the skull.
 
"You're not in my situation, Professor. Would you be so courteous to someone who killed your best friend, and now joined a group that kept you imprisoned for the whole summer, while claiming to know everything?" she snapped. "I don't think you would."
 
Zoe had no idea what either of them were talking about, but figured it had something to do with the dark mark and death eaters. She gazed at Bellatrix's paralyzed body, unsure of what to do, or say.
"Should we..um, unparalyze her to hear her side of the story?" She asked with a sense of confusedness in her voice.
 
"Ms. Green did not kill your best friend, Borely Mansion did, Ms. Green simply put her in the situation." he replied. "Also you cannot blame Ms. Green for what anyone did to you over the summer, especially when your family was involved. Ms. Green has made a very poor choice in joining said group, but that is her choice. You know she has a trial coming up, and with her being an official Death Eater now she will not get off as easily. You knowing all of this should not have cursed her. Yelled at her, maybe, cursed her, no." he explained calmly. "No matter what Bellatrix has done to you, until you cursed her, only she was in the wrong. However, you are only yet a second year and have much to learn." he finished softly.

"Ms. Weasley, we will revive Ms. Green once we have handled this side of the situation, to ensure she does not interject any unwanted opinions to say the least."
 
Estrella rolled her eyes, but snapped her mouth shut. Here again was another example of adults assuming to know everything. She almost regretted telling Professor King anything at all. She waited for anyone else to say something more. Apparently, her opinion was not to hold any water in this case.

Quietly, she muttered, "I agree that cursing her was probably wrong, but you seem to be ignoring the fact that she tried to kill me."
 
((( I cannot answer your thoughts, but perhaps estrella should take a step back from the im right and there is no other way point of view? Obviously she was part in the wrong, and professor King has agreed with her on some points. cursing someone on school grounds is always wrong (unless in self defense), so that should be an obvious reason why she has to be punished, its not like bella wont be either..)))

Professor King replied. He then turned to Bellatrix, "Ennervate" he stated calmly, his wand pointed at her throat, where it remained...
 
Estrella stood back, waiting to hear what Bellatrix had to say. Not that she cared much, however. She was eager to get out of there, already knowing the detention to come and loss of house points. "Okay, so let's hear it," she muttered, with a smirk. She pretty much expected Bellatrix to give a violent retaliation.

She did realize that she had been wrong, and that she wasn't the only one in the world with issues, but right now, it did not seem that relevant.
