Nervousness traced up the Auror's stomach as he tied his tie around his neck. Today, Vincent Chevalier was going to be married, and he did not know if he could actually remain standing here long enough to even muster something so huge. Vincent's tongue moistened his lips as he stared into the mirror, looking ravishing in his tuxedo, colors of a light teal shirt underneath the black jacket. The colors of the wedding was gorgeous, with glowing lights that looked like something out of a fairytale. Vincent had many men with him right now, including his father which was a good thing because Vincent thought that he would seriously pass out right now. Vincent released a soft sigh, still amazed that just yesterday, he had proposed without throwing up, and Alyssa said yes. It was the most amazing moment in his life, and he could not have wanted anything better. Everything was going to be going just right for him. Vincent adjusted the tie in the mirror, and he wondered if Alyssa was happy at all right now. He had invited a lot of her friends, family and because of that, this place was going to be packed more than he would have liked.

Vincent was lucky however because they were good enough to keep their mouths shut and not told Alyssa beforehand. Because of his risky moves, he could have lost Alyssa forever, but now, he was good to say that they would be together forever now, if she said the right words because Vincent was positive that he would be saying 'I do.' It would not matter what anyone would say or do because he wanted to marry Alyssa and he would if she would have him. Vincent glanced at the other men in the room: Xavier, Amauri and one of Alyssa's friends named Damian who already seemed to be ready and happy for the most part. Vincent asked him to give him and Xavier and Amari a little privacy to which the boy left to stand at his spot. It was just minutes away to the ceremony. Vincent glanced over at his best man, Xavier. "Think you can make it, brother?" It sounded just natural that they could be brothers, as close as they have been and now, it would be by law. It was a little hard for Vincent to get his mind around it, which could explain why he was wanting to worship the white porcelain being in the bathroom right now.

Taking place over the holidays, just getting a lead on it.

Xavier never really thought he’d see the day when his little sister would get married. Alyssa was going to be the first out of all of them to actually get married and he was finding it a little hard to believe that it was her. Not that she wasn’t marriage material or anything. She just happened to be just a little over the top sometimes, he found it funny that she actually found a man willing to put up with her. Xavier adjusted his own tie and sighed under his breath. He was glad the Proposal had gone well because he didn’t want to see Vincent actually become Heartbroken over Alyssa and not being able to spend the rest of his life with her like he had been planning to do. Everything was really well designed and planned too, there was plenty of room to be impressed at. His suit was nearly identical to Vincent’s and he had to admit that he thought he looked pretty damn good in the suit right now, he almost wished there was some really cute girls that weren’t family or Alyssa’s friends had been invited to he could have someone to hang out with. He figured that once the ceremony was over that Vincent and Alyssa would be all over one another and have little time to really be with all of those invited. Xavier turned his blue eyes to the door that this Damian kid had just left and shook his head, no doubt that Alyssa was with her friends right now getting ready. She would probably be going all out, this had to be her Barbie wedding. When he finally turned to look at his friend and Amauri, someone he knew fairly well thanks to him being around Vincent over the years. He could only wonder what the man thought about his one and only son getting married today, Xavier knew that his father wasn’t informed at all. This wedding was being hidden by a good half of the Snows so Alphonse couldn’t forbid it and put Alyssa and Vincent in nothing but misery.

”I think the real question here, is if you can make it. You look pale as a ghost already. If everything went fine last night I’m sure you have nothing to worry about now.” Xavier winked at his best friend and soon to be brother as he advanced closer to him. He was tempted to ask how last night went but he thought better of it until Vincent calmed down a little. It was obvious that she said yes but was she mad that he ignored her and everything. The jacket on his tuxedo was adjusted and he finally stood next to Vincent and bit his lip, his friend looked like he had committed a murder or something. Then again could he really blame him? Xavier figured that if he was about to go and get married to the girl of his dreams he would be nervous as hell too. But instead he was soon to be a father instead, how weird was it. Vincent was soon going to have a wife and Xavier was soon going to have kids. They seemed so grow up now.

Amauri could not believe that his son, his first and only son was getting married today. It seemed unreal. Amauri had his tuxedo and tie ready before his eyes locked with Vincent's when he ordered the youngest out of the room to give them a private moment. Amauri turned to Vincent and he glanced over at Xavier and wondered what the boy would have to say. Amauri was not a talkative person, but he wondered why this engagement only lasted one day. Amauri did not know what Xavier was talking about what happened the previous night, something Xavier knew about and he did not. Amauri raised an eyebrow and he said, "Xavier, Vincent, now is not the time to talk about how pale he is. He needs to gather up enough courage to walk down that aisle. Vincent, you can do it, you love her enough, you can marry her." Amauri gave Xavier a soft stern look, as if to ask him what exactly went on last night. He did not want to know and now was not the time to talk about it. Because Amauri does not want to know what happened last night.

Vincent blushed like mad when Xavier mentioned what he and Alyssa had done last night. It was hard enough thinking that he just could not wait to have a sexual intercourse before he was married, and all he had to do was wait one more day. It was a slap to the face. Vincent did not regret it, but maybe, just maybe he could have waited one more night. Well, what was done was done, and Vincent could not wait until the honeymoon to really make the earth move. Vincent murmured, “Xavier, shhh, don’t say a word about last night, not while dad is in the room!” Vincent hoped that Xavier would wait until after the wedding to say anything, because he felt so lightheaded right now anyway. How could he go through with this so soon? He had no time to prepare himself, but then he heard his father’s words and instantly, he calmed. It was like a lifeline, and slowly, it was dragging him back to sanity and realization. Vincent smiled, “I can do this. Alyssa is the love of my life, I can marry her today, and I will make her a Chevalier today. Oh boy, I just cannot wait! This wedding, it is one of a lifetime. And the Minister for Magic of New Zealand is here too. Fates really want me to pass out.” Vincent turned to face the men and he smiled. He hoped that things would be awesome now as they were. Within a few hours, he would be a married man. That was something that he was looking forward to.

Xavier turned and looked at Vincent’s father and smiled softly. There was once a time when that man intimidated him to no end because of how silent he was. But the longer he knew Vincent the more he had become used to Amauri’s ways. Xavier couldn’t help but be jealous with how supportive he was of Vincent and this whole wedding thing. His friend had a really good father that was willing to back up in this even if it was a little strange that Vincent wanted to marry Alyssa so quickly. Xavier knew that Alphonse would probably never ever be that supportive of anyone. As far as he was aware the man wasn’t even invited to the wedding for reasons that was obvious to anyone who knew the man well. He would probably try his hardest to stop the wedding if he could, this was the first of all his children to get married and Alyssa was marrying into an Aurors family. It was hard to tell whether Alphonse would be actually upset over one of his children getting married and no longer needing him, or the family. Xavier knew that Alyssa would now be protected from the evil and Alphonse if needed. ”Vincent your dad is right, you need to focus on walking down that aisle and getting married. You’ve gone on and on about her for years and now..well she’s yours.” Vincent seemed nervous about this thing but Xavier knew that that it was something he really wanted. For years all he did was talk about Alyssa and how much he loved her. Then his whole I want to marry her phase kicked in and to Xavier it seemed real. The blonde was happy for his sister and he saw that this made her really happy, he saw her earlier this morning with her friends and she was giggling and smiling. Xavier took this as a sign of her being happy. This was one of those dreamy Cinderella Weddings and she had the man of her dreams so she should consider to be the luckiest girl in the world. Xavier adjusted his tie one more time and was tempted to go peek on the guests and maybe his sister but he would wait. ”Hmm I think the Minister of Magic being here is the least of your worries man. Just enjoy today.” Xavier winked as he opened the door and peeked out at hallway. He saw a few people pass by and head off to somewhere but he didn’t think they were anyone important. He really hoped that his father and brother stayed out of this. If either of them found out there would be hell to pay. Then again with Seraphine here as well as Aurors would Alphonse really make that much of a fit right away? Vincent’s other comment made Xavier freeze and look his best friend oddly.

”Dude that’s not what I was talking about at all. I was talking about her forgiving you for ignoring her for months. Wait…you slept with my little sister?” His mouth dropped as he asked looking slightly horrified. Xavier didn’t really know why he was so bothered by this at all. Then again it was only just a little weird to think about his little sister and his best friend sleeping together. It was creepy and not something he wanted to think about. Xavier didn’t shout or anything but he had said the entire sentence louder than he would have liked. Turning his head towards Vincent’s father he then turned to Vincent and gave him an apologetic look. Hopefully Amauri wouldn’t be upset.

Amauri was still as proud as could be, but when Vincent mentioned something that he seriously did not want to hear, it snapped in his head like a twig under a foot. Amauri ran his fingers through his head, and even more so when Xavier decided to break the news even louder than humanly possible. Last night, does that mean that all he had to do was wait one more day for the honeymoon? Amauri groaned and he muttered, “One day, until the honeymoon. You could not wait one more day…” Amauri shook his head, made sure that his robes were decent. He opened the door and walked down the hall to the main area of the wedding ceremony. There were a few guests here already, but Amauri glanced at the time, and he went back toward the room. He needed something to cool his head. He had raised his son to have sexual relations when they were married, but engaged is not the same thing as marriage. Sighing, he went back in the room with the two boys and he said, “Come on now. We better get going or else we will be late. Vincent, after this, I will be talking to you about your incompetence and lack of patients and self control.” Amauri rolled his blue eyes and he exited the room to stand where he was destined in the ceremony.

Vincent thought that he would surely lose his lunch or breakfast, whatever he ate last. His mind was racing so much, he had forgotten about everything except for the vows. He remembered them because they were written on that pumping muscle buried in his thoracic cavity. Could he really go through with this? He was freaking out here in the room and he had not even seen the main place where it was decorated. If he saw that, surely he would pass out. But he regained his stature and he smiled. He would be Alyssa’s and she would be his after today. That reminded him of just what he would be missing if he did not show up to the wedding, the perfect wedding of Alyssa’s dreams. “Today is about Alyssa and me, and how much we love each other, not about me throwing up on the priest. So, I will focus on the outcome and our future together. Our beautiful and glorious future.” Vincent nodded at Xavier and knew that the Minister for Magic would not need to be worried upon. But she was still Alyssa’s aunt. It was scary enough. Oh well. He just hoped that no one would dare to interrupt his night. He bit his lip when the bomb was dropped and he grinned, “Oh, so that is what you were talking about, and um…” Vincent faded off as he watched his father go out of the room probably to get some fresh air. His beige skin turned red with embarrassment. When Amauri returned and told Vincent what was to come, he nodded. But now it was time to go. Vincent murmured, “Okay then, here goes nothing…” Vincent walked out and he soon arrived in the main hall with the decorations and everything, and he stood at the designated spot. His hands clasped in front of him as he could feel the inside of his organs turn into knots.

Ever since Alyssa was a little girl she had always imagined her wedding. It would be really big with all her friends and her family invited to attend. One of those amazing fantasy weddings where she was in beautiful dress, her hair was done up nicely, and she looked like one of those gorgeous bride dolls in display at her favorite toy store when she was little. This was it. Her fantasy wedding was here and she couldn’t be happier that the love of her life was going to be hers and only hers. Just a few days ago she was thoroughly convinced that Vincent was upset with her and that they were going to break up and she would be suffering from the worst heart break ever. The broken heart of a lost love, which she could imagine was very painful to experience. From the moment she had apparated to the area they were supposed to meet in Alyssa remembered exactly how much her heart was breaking even, when she thought that he was mad. She had come so close to telling him that if she made him unhappy to the point of ignoring her that maybe they should end it, that she loved him too much to let him break her heart to pieces. But then he pulled out that ring and it all came crashing down. Of course she would accept, she was young but she was in love and she knew this was what she wanted to do. Now she was standing here in front of the mirror and trying her best not to burst out crying in happiness. Her crystal blue eyes drifted to the dress she was wearing before her smooth fingers ran their course down it. It felt like smooth silk and the design was so beautiful that Alyssa indeed felt like a little princess right now. Nia had designed all of this wedding due to Vincent’s request and the blonde couldn’t be happier that her friend was so talented. It was so beautiful! In the room with her right now was Hadan, Nia, Gabrielle, Aphrodite, Abbey ,and baby. All of them were bridesmaids except for Aphrodite who was the flower girl and Hadan who was the maid of honor. She was so thankful for their help right now.

”Ow Gabrielle, don't pull so hard!” Alyssa snapped at her oldest sister who was helping her with her hair and make-up for the wedding. Alyssa was pretty skilled at doing her own but her sister had picked out a specific taste for the wedding. She heard Gabrielle mutter something before she rolled her eyes and looked around to see if the others girls were all dressed in their bridesmaids dresses and ready to go. It looked like they were still getting ready themselves, they had been pampering themselves all morning so one would think that they would be all prepared for it. She wanted everything to go smoothly. ”I can’t believe I’m getting married…this is so exciting guys!” Alyssa said lightly as she tried not to move her head too much and mess up her hair. If all went well today, tonight her and Vincent would also be headed off on their honeymoon so her poor family would get a few weeks break from her before she got back and eventually had to go to school before her last semester was finished. Oh how she would miss Vincent once again.

”Sorry.” Gabrielle couldn’t only find herself muttering as she deeply concentrated on doing her little sister’s hair perfectly for her big day that was coming up. The moment she had gotten word that Vincent was going to propose to her and wanted to surprise her with a wedding, Gabrielle could say that she not only was shocked but impressed with what a romantic person Vincent was. It truly was something that could easily make any woman’s heart melt. Alyssa had no idea how lucky she was in this world, she was getting married, she was rich, and she had the love of a guy that not many people would be lucky enough to meet in their lives. In a sense Gabrielle was jealous of her sister. Her mother had once told her that very few people in the world had their happy endings, and it was long since decided that she was probably not going to be one of those people that got one. Whether or not she was completely content with her life or not. Which right now she would easily agree that she was pretty happy. Would it last like this? With Gabrielle’s luck it was cloudy, she hoped it did though. Even if Gabrielle was jealous, was even more proud. The half-Veela had finally made a happy ending for herself and she was quite excited for the wedding go on, it looked really fancy and well planned. It was going to be a fun and possibly romantic night for all. Gabrielle had even invited her boyfriend, Colton Kovac to come with her. He wasn’t so good with people but other than during the ceremony she would probably be with him most of the time. Gabrielle just wanted to spend some time with him and have her family become a little familiar with him. If things worked out she could see her and Colton being together for awhile.

After clipping in the last strand of silky soft hair Gabrielle stepped back and smiled. ”You look like an angel, Vincent will love it! Now I need to finish getting ready.” She told her sister softly before she ambled back to the mirror and started to finish in getting herself ready to go out there and be a bridesmaid. Her pale fingers ran over her bridesmaid dress quickly as she stared at herself. Even though she was never going to tell anyone this either, but she was also trying to make sure she looked really good for her boyfriend. Though she never felt like she needed to try extremely hard, but she liked looking nice for Colton. Hopefully tonight he would be okay around all these people. Vincent and Alyssa would probably be too caught up in one another to really be all over him.

Hadan was dressed in a lovely blue bridesmaid dress. She maid of honor, something that she was expecting and she had to fight tooth and nail to keep this whole wedding a secret from Alyssa. Everyone knew, even Abigail, but they used code and avoided the subject so cleverly for months. Hadan thought that someone would have slipped up long ago, because it was hard enough to think that Alyssa was going to be heartbroken. Hadan did not want to ever see her best friend like that, because she thought of Alyssa like a sister. She was not the same as Miriah, but Hadan has known her longer. Hadan smoothed down the gorgeous blue dress as she curled her hair and fixed it so that she could look the best for the wedding. This was the first wedding that she has ever been to, and she truthfully did not know if she would have one. And if she did, who would be the maid of honor? Her sister, or Alyssa? She guessed Alyssa, because they were a little closer now anyway. However, she was getting married to an Auror, and that alone made Hadan a little on edge. Hadan had a family full of criminals, and she could easily go down that path if she chose to. Her red eyes stared into the mirror as she thought about this wedding. She did not think it was a mistake, but she thought it was just too good to be true. Her best friend was getting married, and Hadan could not be any happier for her! Hadan almost wanted to get married now as well, because she was older – the oldest in here other than Gabrielle, but Hadan was also a little more withdrawn as well. Hadan pinned a silver flower in her hair and she was finished.

Her ruby eyes sparkled when she was finished getting ready for the wedding. Hadan glanced around at all the girls in here, and for the sake of Alyssa, she would have to get along with Abigail even though they had not spoken, Hadan knew that the woman would know better now because of the past. Hadan could not careless if she was holding a baby or not. She wondered how in the world something like that could be born from her. Hadan kept her comments to herself however. She turned her head to focus to Alyssa and she looked stunning. Hadan was maybe the first one finished getting ready other than Alyssa and once Gabrielle moved from Alyssa, Hadan went to Alyssa’s side. She gave her a one-armed hug to make sure to not mess up their hair that they had taken so long to get ready. Hadan murmured, “Oh Alyssa, I am so happy for you!” Hadan beamed, showing her bright, pearly whites, before she glanced at the other bridesmaids. Nia, Gabrielle, Abbey and Rhea, and Aphrodite whom was the flower girl. Hadan made sure that her heels were fastened securely, and she smiled at the others that she was not particularly close with. “Are we about ready? We cannot keep our boys waiting.” Hadan did not know how many people were coming because she did not even bother to look at the guest list. She did not see why she wanted to anyway. More than likely, she would not see many people that she really knew. Just most of Alyssa’s family, and all of them should be so proud of her for marrying her Prince Charming, at long last.

Abigail Lurken cradled her baby girl in her arms, as she had finished getting ready the rest of the way she could. She had fixed her hair magically, and it looked rather decent, but what stood out was the silver flower in her black hair. Abbey’s eyes gazed over all of the beautiful women in the room. A smile crossed her lips that shone a tired woman. She was a mother, new to it right now as well. This was just a day, and she did not have much sleep last night as well. The baby was something hard to keep up with. It was no easy task and it was definitely harder than taking care of an owl. Abbey’s amethyst eyes landed on Hadan for a moment, before shifting over to her friend, Alyssa. She was jealous that she did not get the Maid of Honor position that now someone held that Abbey was not going to argue against even if she did think that she deserved it. But considering her condition, she could not remain standing for too long because she was still sore from the childbirth that took place yesterday. How could one like her be so tired after giving birth? She did not understand it. But she wondered if she were more tired from the birthing or from the lack of sleep. Abbey thought that she might need a potion to keep her from falling asleep. Abbey, while holding baby Rhea in her right arm, she reached for her purse.

Once she actually got her purse and reached inside, she pulled out a vial of Invitorating Draught, something that would keep her energized. It would help her stay on her feet or even awake as much as possible. She drank the potion and she let out a sigh of relief. That is so much better. She felt more energized with each passing moment, but it was enough to keep her awake. That much she was thankful for. Abbey cradled Rhea as she started to fuss, opening her large, amethyst eyes. She took out after Astrid, from the Hurley line. All the females had amethyst eyes, and that was enough to make her a proud parent of a mixed-blood child. How could she be prejudice now that her baby did not even share the same pure-blood label as she did? Abbey did not care about blood anymore. This baby and Luciano changed her completely. It was a good thing too because without the baby and without her own marriage, she would not have fixed many things she damaged over the past few years. Abbey was glad that Alyssa was marrying the man that stole her heart. At least one of the Glam Squad members would have a Cinderella wedding. Abbey was almost green with envy, but she was happy regardless. This was her friend’s wedding, and it was all about her.

This was the day that had caused Nia more than a few sleepless nights and many hard days at work but it had been completely worth it to see if all finally fall into place. When Nia had been approached by Vincent with his plans to surprise Alyssa with a surprise wedding, it was no secret that she was a little sceptical albeit honoured to be asked to do such a task. Once Nia had got used to the idea she had no problem in agreeing to do this for one of her best friends, she loved Alyssa to bits and knew that she deserved the perfect wedding. Nia was so worried that Alyssa may not like the colour scheme, or the dresses and whatever else the young designer had done for the day. Sure she had known Alyssa for a good few years now but so much had happened and changed since she left the school that she thought maybe Alyssa had changed some of her opinions on things and she wouldn’t have liked anything. Sure she had tried to keep in contact with her friends back at school as much as she could but work had been so demanding for her with muggle and Wizarding fashion shows alike to prepare for it was hard for her to do so. Although on the run up to the wedding Nia was almost glad that she found very little time to correspond with Alyssa specifically as she found it easier to lie to her and just tell her that ‘everything will be alright’ when she would write about her worries that Vincent was angry with her or didn’t love her anymore. It was times like that when Nia found herself glad to not be back at Hogwarts for she would hate to see Alyssa in such a state and find it almost impossible to not telling her about the plans that everyone had been trying so hard to keep on the downlow.

When it came time for Nia to show Alyssa what she had done she was so anxious but when the bride to be said that she loved them, Nia was more than relieved. As the girls put the finishing touches to their outfits Nia found herself running around making sure everything was done and that the men was all set. Being the designer and main co-ordinator of the wedding was a lot for the sixteen year old to handle she found herself loving it all – having gotten some good practice from being backstage at a number of fashion shows so far this year. Re-entering the room she smiled to see that Alyssa was finally ready – as were the rest of the girls. Taking one last look in the mirror at herself she put a stray curl behind her ear and fixed the clip in her hair. Perfect! she thought to herself. Turning to look at the rest of the girls she couldn’t help but feel a little proud as she knew she had made those dresses but today was Alyssa’s day and she wasn’t going to take that away from her. When Hadan questioned about if they were ready Nia spoke up, “Everyone is ready out there. Are you ready Alyssa?” she asked, as it didn’t matter about anyone else but the bride on her day, if she wasn’t ready then everyone could wait.

Aphrodite didn’t really understand this whole wedding ordeal like all the adults and her older siblings did. But she did get that it seemed to be a big deal for the family. Everyone was dressed up extremely nice and running around like it was nobody’s business to get everything ready, a few were even crying and hugging each other constantly. It was really funny actually. Aphrodite was just really happy for her big sister and even happier than she got to be in a wedding while wearing such a pretty dress too! She wasn’t even eleven yet and the young Snow was already dreaming of the day when she too would have her dream wedding and the man of her dreams within her grasp. Aphrodite was a hopeless romantic. Which was probably obvious to anyone who spent enough time around her. She was named after the Greek Goddess of Love for crying out loud! Her name was given to her because she ended up coming into the world on none other than Valentines day, many thought that was the sweetest gift to be given on the day given to lovers. A baby. If she had been born on any other day she would have been likely named after some French hero or something. Twirling in her dark blue dress once she let her blue eyes drift to the other girls in the room. She knew none of them other than Gabrielle. They all seemed nice. One of them even had a baby.

”I’m ready to go too Lyssa!” Aphrodite told her big sister softly. She wished everyone would hurry up so she could wrap her fingers around the silky smooth flower petals and make her scene down that aisle. It wasn’t even Aphrodite’s big day but she was going to go all out regardless. Besides being a hopeless romantic, she also happened to be a diva. Not one of the snotty drama starting diva’s, but Aphrodite did like the spotlight. The youngest Snow planned to be a famous singer one day if she could help it. Any bit of practice she could get in front of an audience would help her out. Her illuminating blue eyes locked onto her sister Alyssa as she waited to hear the verdict, whether she was ready to get married to that Vincent guy or not. She certainly looked like a bride, a gorgeous one at that. After hearing how long Alyssa went on this morning about how wonderful he was, she didn’t see how the girl could have a single doubt.

Alyssa was really glad she had her best friends here as well as her family. She really was. The only part that she felt was missing at all was the presence of her mother, she would have loved this and she would have loved Vincent. Alyssa also wished that her father and Theodore were here, she knew that there was the chance to invite them but it was a much better idea not to do so. They both disliked Aurors and the thought of Alyssa being free so much that they wouldn’t be shy about stopping this wedding in any way they possibly could. ’I wish they could let go of their pride for once.’ Alyssa tucked a strand of her silky blonde hair back before she used the last jewel covered clip to clip it up and out of her pretty face. Her crystal blue eyes stuck out very well against her pale skin and the white dress she was currently wearing. If she wasn’t so pale looking she probably would have looked less angelic right now, or maybe not. Alyssa was Half-Veela so she had no idea if it was possibly to look bad. Not that she was ever going to try either. ”Thanks guys, for everything really.” She had gifts for them later. But that was going to wait until the reception and everything came around before she thanked everyone. Nia was the one she owed the most for this, it was perfect and there was no possible way she could describe to Nia how perfect the wedding was going to be with her help and hard work. It less than a moment or two she would be headed out those doors and actually giving her life away to someone that she really loved. It reminded her of a fairytale. Only like she said, one was like a prince and the other was like a bird. With a gentle sigh Alyssa forced herself to turn away from the mirror and walk over to where her veil was hanging on the chair. She picked it up and waved her sister over for some assistance.

”I’m sort of nervous, but I’m ready.” Alyssa smiled and thanked Gabrielle once she had it placed properly. She wasn’t going to lie and say that she wasn’t nervous because she was. This was a huge step for her. After today she would no longer be Alyssa Snow. And for the past eighteen years that’s all she had come to know herself as. After today she wouldn’t have to return to the old Manor back in Bordeaux, and she would officially be a married woman. But she saw it as going down a better path. With a soft exhale of breath she nodded her head to the others. Telling them that she was ready for the happiest years of her life to begin.

Patricia hadn’t expected be doing this during her holidays. She had attended a few weddings in the past few years, all older friends of hers that had graduated a few years ago and were lucky enough to find someone for them and fall in love and get married – heck even some of them were parents now too from the last she heard. Although she never thought that she would be attending the wedding of someone in her own year, and before they graduated as well. Of course there was Abigail and Luciano who were married during the last holidays but those circumstances were different, well as far as she knew Alyssa wasn’t pregnant and being forced into marriage. She was still surprised that Alyssa was getting married today when she still had memories of the girl when they had all started in their first year and were just young eleven year olds and now she was getting married. Of course she was happy for the girl, she really was in love with Vincent and he seemed like such a good guy and having gone to the trouble of going behind her back and setting all this up to surprise her with just went to show how much he loved her. Patricia was attending the wedding by herself today as she didn’t know anyone that would want to go with her and didn’t want to be desperate and ask people that didn’t even know Alyssa to go with her, like Yvo, he probably would have but it would just have been awkward for him. Sitting in the beautifully decorated chapel she waited for the wedding to start, knowing Alyssa the dress was going to be more than beautiful so it was going to be interesting to see what it was like.

Zuri was in all honestly still in shock of today’s events. When she had heard of the wedding of one of her nieces, Alyssa, she was amazed that she was making such a commitment at her age but she knew that she must love this Vincent guy so Zuri wasn’t going to say anything about it – not that Zuri said much at all on a daily basis. Sitting in the chapel she smoothed down her dress as she looked at her beautifully set up the chapel was. Zuri was sitting beside her sister, Seraphine, who had recently been elected as Minister for Magic and the brunette couldn’t be happier for her oldest sister. Zuri didn’t really know much about the other candidates and while she may have been slightly biased she knew that Seraphine would have been the best person for the job and having only been in the office for a short while it was clear that she was. Zuri knew that only a select few of her family members would be here today and while she missed some of them and was too young to remember the others she was glad that the likes of Alphonse wouldn’t be here today. Today had to be perfect for Alyssa and if he was to be there, chaos would surely follow and your wedding day was meant to be one of the best days of a girls life so nothing was going to ruin this for Alyssa if she could help it.

Amethyst was wearing one of her best dresses today and if she did say so herself she was rather beautiful – but she knew she couldn’t be as pretty as the bride so she didn’t go all out as she could have. Then considering the bride was also her sister she knew how she could be and didn’t want to cause her any bother on her special day. Amethyst really looked up to Alyssa, she was pretty; popular; smart and had found her one true love and to prove that she was going to make it official and marry him today. While Amethyst looked up to Alyssa and wanted to be like her she was still young and wanted to have some fun before even thinking about getting married, heck before even thinking about love – she was far too young for that. Sitting beside her twin sister, Daniella, Amethyst waited for the wedding to start. She saw a lot of people and she didn’t know most of them. There was some family here today that she had never met or only saw once or twice but it didn’t bother her that much. The Snow’s were a big family and it only seemed to be getting bigger and bigger as time past and while Alyssa wouldn’t be a Snow anymore after today the family was growing once again.

Seraphine Snow, the New Minister of Magic for New Zealand arrived at the church in a dress that showed that she was gaining a tiny bit of a belly but who would suspect that she was pregnant? Seraphine did not even know how she was pregnant, because she could not remember how she had gotten pregnant, but she could guess that it happened in October, and that was about it. Seraphine was here today to support her niece and an Auror that was working in her Ministry getting married. She was happy for Alyssa and she could not wait to see them tie the knot. Her sky blue eyes softened as she sat down. And folded her legs across each other. She waited for the ceremony to begin and she would love to see some of her family in this area. Seraphine brushed her brunette hair over her shoulder and a light smile went over her ruby red lips. She was happy today, and it was radiating from her pale features. Her niece was getting married, and Seraphine could not be any more proud than she was right now. She loved weddings, and this one was just too perfect. Seraphine just hoped that no one screwed this up.

The reason she did not tell Alphonse about the wedding was rather obvious. Nataliia wore a silver gown to go along with the theme, but the beauty did not compare to the bridesmaids and such. Nataliia could not wait to see what they looked like, and she also wondered who was the best man and all. She thought that she knew, but she obviously forgotten. Nataliia walked up the aisle, and she sat down, glad that it had been a long time since she was even pregnant. It was a feeling that she was so used to, she almost missed it. But her children now were just a handful enough already. It was a fool’s errand to want to be pregnant again. Nataliia glanced over at Seraphine as she walked, and gave her a smile and a wave. She knew who she was that was for sure. There was no doubt about it. Nataliia took a seat in the second row on the bride’s side, and she crossed her legs upon each other. She smiled ahead, and she could not wait for the ceremony to begin. This was something that she supported, no matter what her husband had said. Alyssa and Vincent, they were just too cute to pass up, and now they were getting married!

Kendra was appalled that Alyssa was getting married. What in the world was she thinking? And she was not inviting Theodore? Why not? Kendra did not know, but she was bound to find out. She was invited anyway, and she wore her pretty pink dress. She was determined to look her best, but once more, she was more aggravated that she did not have to even try to look pretty. Kendra made her way down the aisle, where she spotted her stepmom, and instantly she felt more relieved than anything. Alphonse was not here, and that helped her out greatly. Kendra hurried over to Nataliia and sat next to her. She smiled with a large pearly, white smile. Her blue eyes sparkled and she turned her eyes forward so that she could observe the wedding. The Slytherin was just a little nervous about it all, just a little. Kendra wondered if Romaine would be here anytime soon. Kendra wondered why this only had certain members of her family, and not them all. Kendra shrugged her small shoulders, realizing that she did not care either way, but this was about Alyssa, and she was jealous that she was going to get her Cinderella wedding.

Svetlana was proud to be here to Alyssa’s wedding. It was beautiful. Rather, it is beautiful right now, as far as she could tell. She held Valentino in her arm, wrapped in a small blanket to keep her newest baby to her heart and chest, so that he would continue to sleep in peace. Sophia tagged along with her mother, her eyes wondering from here to there, her brown eyes seeing everything that was pretty in the area around her. Svetlana led her baby girl to the aisle and she sat down, and Sophia climbed into the bench next to her mother. It was amazing on how obedient she was, and how much like Leon she was. It made Svetlana wonder. She smiled and she faced the front after nodding at Nataliia, Seraphine and Effie. So many people she knew were here, and she noticed that not many here were here for the groom. Maybe he did not have much family at all anyway. Svetlana was almost sad for him but he was gaining so much more today. Svetlana recalled her own wedding, and she knew that Alyssa was probably excited, and anxious to walk down that aisle. Svetlana was, in her own wedding.

Colton was glad that he was even here, though he did not know anyone here but that did not matter to him. He brushed his brunette hair and he made sure that he was dressed appropriately for the wedding. He wore a white dress shirt and black dress pants with a black tie. He entered into the chapel and he glanced around at everyone, and he could only guess at where he should sit because his girlfriend, Gabrielle, was going to be in the wedding so that she will not be sitting with him. He would love to see her actually, and he would love to see the dresses that they would be wearing as well. Colton lightly brushed his hair to the side so that he could see a little more. He went to an aisle, and sat down. He wondered how long this would take because he was probably one of the last to arrive, so he had guessed actually. He did not know when the ceremony would begin, but it was better early than late, he always thought. He folded his arms across his chest and he could not wait to see just who would become his girlfriend’s brother-in-law.

Other than the fact that Nicolette had pretty much raised Theodore and Alyssa after their mother was killed and Alphonse wanted nothing to do with them, she wasn’t sure why she was here. If had been a long time since she really had any sort of conversation with Alyssa, then again she was at one point teaching the young girl how to heal and such. But that didn’t explain her being here or why she felt so awkward while being around these people. Some of them didn’t mind her but those who agreed with Alphonse certainly didn’t, they all blamed her for Valere disappearing and his wife’s death. As if really. She hated them both and particularly only hung around the man in general was because he was stupid enough to tell her family secrets. Hell if she wanted to she had enough dirt to take the entire Snow Family down, but she chose not to. In a way she was actually hoping that Theodore fixed this mess so she wouldn’t have to. Everyone was dressed very fancy and formally, Nicolette was no exception. She wore a lovely silver colored dress that touched the floor. It was pretty enough but she figured that the Bride and the Bridesmaids were going to easily outdo her. Especially when a few of them were Veela’s. A part of Nicolette was happy for Alyssa and this boy. True Love was rare and something that needed to be taken advantage of, something Nicolette could easily agree with. But also because it showed that Alyssa was rebelling against Alphonse. One less person to listen to him. She supposed they that were a cute couple too, way to lovey and all over one another too. Which may just be because they were young.

”I really hope this Auror kid will not become a problem.” Nicolette muttered to her husband, whom she could see right beside her. She had asked him to come for the most part but she also figured that since his family was keeping an eye on the Snows for the most part . It was nice of him to come though. Her eyes glanced in the direction of Seraphine and she smirked lightly, oh how time never really changed. ”And the Minister is here too…how…fun.” Patricia was also here last she gathered. Alyssa knew too many people. It was funny how this wedding was quite big and expensive but Alphonse or Theodore didn’t know about any of it. Nicolette’s golden eyes sparkled as she put on the fake happy innocent look and sat down quickly.

Kalif did not know why he was even here. Nicolette could have came here on her own and did not need him, but Kalif was here, and he wished he wasn’t. His daughter was here, but he did not care about that. What was the big deal about being a part of a wedding of one of his Slytherin seventh years. However, it was something else to have heard from some whispers that another Slytherin student had her baby now. Kalif was cranky, and it was evident in his dark eyes, and his cold demeanor looked more menacing than usual. It was not something that he carried around the school. He sat down next to his wife, and he did not say a word right now, even when she pointed out the type of man that Alyssa was marrying. Kalif uttered in his native tongue, too aggravated to convert it to English, “If he tries to hunt anyone down that is in my family, his neck will snap. I have been meaning to make another weapon, and dying to try it on someone.” Kalif shook his head and folded his arms across his chest. His eyes never left the front.

It had been awhile since Effie had been to a wedding. The last one she had probably been to was her brothers and Nataliia's and that was quite a few years ago. Now it was her niece Alyssa's turn to get married and start a whole new life for herself. If Effie's memory was correct this would also make her the first child of Alphonse's to get married, good thing her brother wasn't there because he would probably throw a huge fit over this, the blonde thought it was quite obvious that he would miss his kids too much once they married and left the house behind. Alyssa would also mark the first in the family to have enough guts to marry an Auror, and for that Effie was very proud of her. Actually she was proud of her for a lot. But now she was starting a family of her own and she was relieved that it was to someone who looked like he would take very good care of her. Effie walked inside the church and smiled at a few others who saw her enter. One person who particularly caught her interest though was her sister Seraphine. Why on earth was she here? Not that Effie disliked her, it was just that she thought that Seraphine hated all of them. Sitting her frail body down Effie kept her eyes on Seraphine for a moment before she shook her head and waited for the Ceremony to begin.
