Hair: Long and brown, almost black and it is wavy and soft to the touch, but when she was pregnant, her hair turned a bright red

Other Distinguishing Features: Her skin is silky smooth, and often pale. Her lips are naturally pink, and looks really good with red lipstick
A Little Deeper
Personality: She has a soft personality and she is kind and caring, almost motherly. She is very calm and natural, and she prefers to smile over frown. She also has a fiery temper and when she is angry, you will know and often feel it.
Special Talents/Abilities: Seraphine is a good judge of character, and she is a brave leader. She is strong and determined, and she is an excellent dueler. History: Seraphine Celeste Snow was born on April 19th, 1993, into the Snow family. She has many siblings, though she never really paid much attention to them. She was more of a self centered person thirsty for power and control. However, as she grew up, seeing her older siblings changed her mind. She went to Hogwarts and was sorted into Slytherin, which came to no surprise because of her heritage. Seraphine immediately took a liking to the potions professor as well as the everchanging DADA professor though she adored the subject. Her skills as a young woman were rather gifted as she amazed the professors with the natural of her leadership skills and leading the students to perfection upon their grades once she was motivated enough to do so. Seraphine was not a very good flyer and she did not even attempt to play Quidditch. She tried out in her third year, but when she got to the hoops, she panicked, passed out and landed in the Hospital wing for a week. She fell off of her broom because then, she had a fear of heights. In her fifth year, she was awarded the title of prefect. Seraphine used her status to become a leader at the school. Her marks were among the highest, excluding her transfiguration and Astronomy. It was not long before she was awarded the title of Head Girl and she was full of pride as she led the year on to a year of prosperity. Seraphine was a rather feisty Slytherin over all, but once she graduated, she moved away from her family, sick and tired of the same old prejudice views (and after her and Alphosne Snow got into a fight, and she threw a chair at him to end it). As soon as Seraphine left, she took her two closest siblings with her that shared similar views as she.
She mothered them in England, which is where she took them, as she sought out a job. They continued to go to school, and she applied to work at the Ministry in England. She was hired on the Wizengamot, but working there gave little interest to Seraphine but it brought food to the table, and for that she was thankful. She became a workaholic, always working and caring for her siblings, she had not bothered to seek out a husband and to have children of her own. Her status at work was one of the best, but she was also diminished at work also because she was a female, and one beautiful one at that. She did not receive any promotions were awards for her hard work, which she had worked most of her life to keep the money flowing and all. She became frustrated with not being able to lead like she wanted, and after a break from work, and after her siblings were out on their own, she traveled for a month. She spoke to many towns that were low on money to stand up and get jobs as there were many. She made plenty of speeches, which came to pass as one of her best qualities. She preached about the children that were running wild and needed more discipline, just like how she was raised into the world. Seraphine was welcomed back into the Wizengamot with open arms. She had successfully recruited fresh new members of the Ministry to England, and had given opportunities to the less fortunate. Seraphine was given a good raise, and with the extra money, she had given it to charities for the less fortunate. Seraphine was a model to those young and old. Even so, her heart still felt empty. She needed to get away from England, her home.
After many years of working in the Wizengamot, she decided to call it quits. She gave a large and tear bringing speech as she left, feeling proud that she had caused quite the impression upon the Ministry. She went back to her home, where she rested for a year, searching for herself. She was a leader, and she was determined to lead. She wanted to lead people and children into an age of prosperity and safety. Seraphine packed her things, got her two other siblings and they moved to New Zealand, where she felt like she needed to be. They moved into a nice house, and she decided against working in the Wizengamot here. Instead, her main focus was on leading the siblings to do the right thing. As the oldest of the three, she had to be a role model. Then, came news that there were elections coming in, and Seraphine grew excited. She wanted to run, to give her views out there in world. This was her chance. Seraphine thought that if she didn't give it a try, then there was no point in her really calling herself a leader. She was a little worried because she was a female, but that did not stop her from going to the ministry and applying to be a candidate. Seraphine thought that her resume was better than a lot of others, but that pride would have to be beaten down when the candidates were known. She told her siblings about it, and they approved. Seraphine was rearing to go against all odds, and take a gander at this election.
