Open Surprise Party

Ilija smiled at Abian, "Thanks. I'm going for Keeper." There had been a time when he thought Chaser was a better fit, but after seeing the way the current trio played as a team he knew he wouldn't compare to them. Besides, Keeper was a strong position and it would mean that he could focus his strength on defence, rather than spending most of his time just flying up and down the pitch. Ilija just listened as they spoke about the present he'd brought for Vader, and the fifth year thought it was a good one to have gotten. He was a little worried that soon he would be asked more questions about what he was doing though, but he relaxed a little when Vader showed up and the attention moved across to him instead. As music began to play, and everyone seemed to have a bit more of a buzz to them, Ilija wondered how long he would have to wait before it would seem rude to disappear. Then again, maybe no one would notice. ​

 

[Majora Valentine]

Majora nodded as Leia changed the card. Maj would have to do. "Thanks," he was a bit embarrassed at his previous comment, but at least she'd changed it even if it had come off a bit ungrateful at first. The door opened then and he turned to see another boy enter the room. At first he thought it was another guest, but students began to call out their surprise, and the blonde beside him ran straight towards him into a hug. It must have been Vader, and the Slytherin was looking at the rest of the guests, suddenly aware that he was now by himself in a room full of older untrustworthy students. Leia had just left him, just like that. No introduction or anything, she'd just run away and jumped into the party while he was left on the outskirts. The first year just stood there, watching the events unfold, not wanting to socialise with anyone that wasn't in his year. He'd come to support his new friend, but obviously she didn't need it when she had so many siblings and their friends around her too. He told himself that he would have been the same towards his brothers too, if they didn't only exist in his head.​
