Conan Edogawa was beyond nervous. He had done a lot of stupid things in his whole twenty-one years of living and he was pretty sure that this was one of the most stupid things he had done. Okay, partly stupid and yet most nonetheless. And he was realizing that just now as he looked at the back gardens of his house. It was the middle of the January winter and yet, he could not feel the cold as he wore his suit and wandered about the place. There wer guests about the place already, including his family, and he was quite thankful for the fireplace that they had was connected to the floo network. The ground was blanketed with a thin layer of snow and a roof hovered steadily above with antique lamps for decoration. The temperature was cold but not bitingly so with the help of some connections he had made from work. Round tables and chairs were placed systematically at the whole expanse of the garden aside from two long tables placed by each side of the door leading to the interior of the house, and a long table at the far end where a podium sat at it's front. Tables and chairs were covered in yellow linen and decorated with cherry red ribbons and laces while charmed cherry blossoms were to be found at every centerpiece. In the middle of the garden was the aisle that led to the podium, covered with a simple maroon carpet and was otherwise left bare. All in all, the decorations were just as planned. Even the selection of Western and Japanese food and beverages strewn about at the two long tables near the door. And the cake sitting at the far side of the head table. All in all, Conan was pretty sure everything was going according to plan at the moment. And yet it did nothing to soothe his nerves.

"Go on. Say it. I'm dead," Conan groaned for the umpteenth time at his giggling sister. He had been crazy. Beyond insane to plan this event by himself and in secret no less. He didn't think he would actually pull it off, but he had managed pretty well, but he was sure it was thanks to the fact that he had work and he and his fiancee lived far away from their families and friends. Yep, Conan Edogawa had insanely planned a wedding for Taylor Blare without her knowledge. He was doomed. He knew it. It took a lot of meticulous planning and some help from one of his fiancee's friends but he had managed fairly well if the set-up of the garden was by any indication. He had invited people (with quite some trouble), and basically, everyone was aware, except for the bride. His family, her family, their friends and their former professors as well. Even their son who was quite happily dressed in a suit and chasing his cousins around the place. "I'm royally f***ked," he said before fixing his tie for who knows how many times this afternoon and looked at his watch. It was already five in the afternoon. She was going to be home soon and in less than hour. He looked at Ai and nodded before she headed into the house to get the some girls and prepare Taylor for this little surprise. Hopefully a wedding will start in an hour and not war. He had opted to entertain the guests that had arrived for now. Hopefully, that will calm him down enough before the whole thing starts, and hopefully not end.

Arianna Nightray had fixed her hair for the last time before she deemed herself ready for the wedding that she was to attend. She had honestly been surprised when two invitations were dropped off in the Nightray manor for the wedding of two of her schoolmates back in Hogwarts New Zealand. The wedding she was not really surprised, but the fact that she and Jeremiah were actually invited had blown her mind. She knew of the groom and the bride of course. She was in the same house as Taylor and was also part of the quidditch team while the woman was the captain. It was hard to forget the woman. That and she had quite the weird friendship with Ai Edogawa, who happened to be the groom's sister. Aside from that, well, Conan and Miah had a weird sort of friendship too, much like with Liam. Or more like, they were out to kill each other but never really went through with it. It was hard not to know the couple. Not with their lives being all tied together. As soon as she deemed herself ready she called out to her cousin to remind him of the wedding that she had told him to come with before heading over to Miah and the twins. They were to go altogether after all.

The first reaction Arianna had to the Edogawa household was that it was definitely bigger than she expected. Especially since Ai lived with her son in a small apartment in England. She had not thought that their family was rich. Felicita in hand, the former Gryffindor walked over to the groom who seemed to be on the verge of a mental breakdown. "You okay?" she asked quite unhelpfully though she already knew the answer. Of course he was freaking out, the bride did not know of his planned wedding yet. She gave him a small encouraging smile until Ai had called for her attention saying that they needed to ambush Taylor inside when she arrives home. Despite having quite the rocky relationship with the Japanese woman, Arianna grinned. Ambushing the bride to get her ready seemed like a fun idea after all. That and she would have to leave the twins with Miah for a while. Besides, they would probably just be off playing with Jai after all. After telling Miah of her whereabouts, she followed the former Head Girl to the interior of the house and looked in curiosity. She wondered why Ai never came back here and chose to live in that small apartment of hers. But then again, that was a conversation for another day. They had a bride to ambush.

Sergios Romanes, dressed in the best dress robes he had, apparated to the right area for a wedding he was invited to. Truth be told, he was a little shocked to receive an invite, since he and Conan did not know each other that well. Talked in school, perhaps, when he wasn't dealing with Isabella. He was also a year ahead of Conan as well. Sergios decided to leave the girls to have their day together, and bring along Ragan. Little Ragan was three now, and away from the terrible twos at last. He walked down to his house before just allowing himself inside. He followed the sounds of voices, and picked Ragan up into his arms. He walked around the house until he found Conan, with who he thought was a sister or something. The groom didn't appear to be happy at all, but the other girl had some sort of kid with her. Maybe the kids had a place where they could play. He looked to Conan before a frown crossed his face. Sergios was excited when he was marrying Isabella. Conan looked as though he was about to pass out or something. Sergios cleared his throat, "Hey, what's going on? Today was supposed to be a day of happiness, not a mental breakdown." The former Gryffindor prefect sighed as Ragan tried to speak, but he hushed the boy. He had been really talkative, but that was about it. He was a good boy, but tried to get into trouble from time to time.
