Sorting is Officially Open!

Yes, that's right Unsorted members, the time you've been waiting for has finally come upon us. The Sorting Ceremony is officially opened.
This means your character can now be sorted and sent their official school letters, this also means you can begin role-playing the purchasing of all their needed school supplies!

The Sorting Ceremony has been opened in this forum. In that forum you will find a thread titled 'The Sorting Form' (Link). Copy and paste the form supplied in that thread, and personal message a completed copy of it to the Sorting Hat (Link).
Now that the Sorting Hat has received your Sorting Form you can post in the Sorting Ceremony (Y6) thread as instructed to in the thread itself(Link to the thread).
Now you wait to be sorted. Please be patient. It could take minutes, hours, or even days. Sorting is done by only the Sorting Hat character and it can become quite difficult and tedious. Your respect and patience is required.
The decisions of our sorting hat are final. He takes character's desires into account, but there are greater factors as well.
Once you are sorted you will receive two personal messages. One will tell you all information regarding your house, house passwords, and classroom passwords whereas the second will give you the list of first years school supplies.
Try to purchase all school supplies before classes begin, but this is often difficult so if you find yourself unable to don't worry about it too terribly much, other chances will arise.
