Slytherin Quidditch Practice

Let's hope the young seeker is bludgered out of the game, allowing Morrie to save the day.

Considering Ravenclaw's luck, which he totally was not aware of, it was looking like Ignatius would be safe. Which was good, because again, no snitch.

Morrie did not catch the snitch, but neither did the other seeker, so it was alright.

Morrie did not catch the snitch.

Sometimes it felt like Ignatius and the nasty other seeker were the only players on the pitch. Just the two of them, and no snitch between them.

Morrie was bored and decided to mess with the other seeker. She flew up beside him then pressed forward hard, racing off as if she'd seen the snitch. She hadn't of course, the snitch was nowhere and she was just amusing herself.

The other seeker tried to mess with Ignatius, but it didn't work as he conveniently saw the actual snitch out of the corner of his eye, zooming to the right. It was a messy catch, and he nearly fell off his broom making it, but he did get his hands on it. "Ha!" He shouldn't have been proud of how long it took, but he got it in the end.

Morrie checked over her shoulder, expecting to see the other seeker on her trail, only to find him elsewhere holding the snitch. Her frustration bubbled over. "Ha?" she retorted, "Is that the best you can do? Don't flatter yourself. I'm not exactly jealous of your dismal performance." Despite her words, Morrie seethed with jealousy that he was holding the snitch and she was not.

"I wasn't talking to you, you...you ogre," Ignatius scoffed, letting the snitch go and looking far more pleased with himself than he had any right to. Especially since he immediately lost sight of it.

Morrie was shocked the slimy boy dared to compare her to an ogre. Annoyanly, she spluttered a response, unable to think of anything good to say. "Well... well, you... you shouldn't speak at all then!" Her response fell flat, even in her own ears. With a huff, she turned and set off in the direction she thought the snitch had gone. It was now of the most importance that she reign victorious and catch this snitch for a second time before the end of training.

Now Ignatius was more determined to catch the snitch again, to prove he really was better. Unfortunately, it wasn't going to be found again so quickly.

Morrie was more determined than Ignitus.

Ignatius wasn't beating her with this performance.

Morrie couldn't find the snitch. At least the pressure was off when it came to the real match.

Vanity tried to find a bludger to hit but didn't see any nearby.

Morrie still did not catch the snitch.
