Emori was already enjoying her time at Hogwarts, it was fun and she had been acquainted with the girls in her dorm. They seemed like a wild bunch, a couple of them were annoying and seemed to hate everyone and anything but that wasn’t exactly Em’s problem. It just didn’t seem right for them to take it out on the rest of the girls who were just excited to meet other people and make friends. It was a normal thing. But she also understood the ruckus and noise that was going to occur throughout the year, or seven years, or whatever, and if they wanted some peace and quiet. But they could also simply not be so rude about it. Classes hadn’t started yet, so Em thought she would explore as much as she could before they did, she didn’t know how much free time she would have when her studies began. She was looking forward to it, but at the same time the first year liked to have this freedom. That particular day she decided to be outdoors; she was going to have plenty of time to discover the castle’s secrets. The air was still a little chilly from the winter, although it wasn’t as bad as it was a few weeks ago. The girl finally reached the lawn and when she did so, she smiled, and glanced at other students around her with a mischievous smile. She wanted to do something, anything, but she had to come up with an idea first.

Finn was eager to leave the common room; alongside his robes he had brought his skateboard and tennis gear. Since he didn’t want to slack on his tennis practise, he grabbed his tennis bag and slung it casually over his shoulder. Playing tennis with yourself was nearly impossible and Finn wasn’t ready to go fling a ball against a wall. It was a little chilly outside, but Finn was eager to practise and show his skills. Finn arrived at the Great Lawn and already spotted plenty of groups sitting outside enjoying their first weeks at Hogwarts. While looking around he spotted a girl with a mischievous smile on her face. Finn grinned and walked towards her. ‘’Thinking of causing some ruckus around here, are we?’’ Finn smiled broadly. ‘’The name is Finn, Finn Lockley.’’ It wasn't like now he was sorted into Hufflepuff he couldn't have some fun anymore.

The people in her dorm where a mixed bunch, Millie had decided. Some of them were alright she supposed, but the others were just downright unpleasant. So she’d decided to go exploring. She could socialise with them another time.
The Great Lawn was nice. The fresh green grass was dewy and Millie enjoyed the coolness of the air. There were a few other students around, but there was one who caught Millie’s eyes. A girl, who must be a first year like her. She had a mischievous smile on her face, like she was about to do something. Grinning, Millie strode over to her. “Hello there,” she said cheerfully. “I’m Millie. So, what are you up too?”

Stefan wandered about the lawn, taking advantage of the fresh air before he got stuck with the boring classes. He wanted to confront Lidiya about her house, she said she was in Slytherin but imagine his surprise when she was decking out in scarlet tie. He was about to head back inside when he spotted the girl from the swing set again. He tried to recall her name. Emori. His steps slowed down as he observed what she was going to do. She was later joined by a boy who remembered was in his house and another girl. Stefan spotted a tree not far and went over there to sit, facing Emori and the others again.

Emori turned when she heard someone approach her, and it was a boy who had a grin on his face. Em wrinkled her nose, but nodded at his question and rubbed her hands together again. "Wouldn’t you like to know," she said in response. When he said his name, Em nodded, "Nice to meet you Finn Lockley. I’m Emori," she told him, and it wasn’t long before another girl approached the pair. And then, before she could answer the girl’s question of what she was up to, she spotted someone else walking towards the now little group. Stefan, or something. The lurker from the monkey bars. It was a little weird that he was just sitting there, and Emori wasn’t sure if he wanted to be included or not. She shrugged and turned to the girl. "It’s nice to meet you Millie, my name’s Emori but you can just call me Em. What do you guys wanna do?" she asked them instead of mentioning her plan...because she didn’t exactly have one, but she also didn’t want them to know that yet either.

Finn pretty much found his place at Hogwarts. Before going to Hogwarts he had made some friends and now he had a solid base of people around him. The girl's name was Emori, which wasn't a name he heard a lot. Finn was definetly interested in her plans. ''I am definetly curious, for your plans'' Finn mused. Soon another girl seemed to be joining the group. Apparently her name was Millie, she did seem a bot boring to Finn, but he should at least give her a chance. ''I was actually planning to play tennis'' Finn said while pointing to the tennis bag filled with rackets on his back.

Millie grinned before taking a sly glance at the other boy, who she was pretty sure named a Finn. She turned back to Emori. “Nice to meet you too. I hadn’t really planned on doing anything, just on having a look around.” She looked back at Finn’s tennis rackets. “Tennis, huh? How long have you been playing for then?” While Millie had played a lot of sports, tennis wasn’t one of them, and she was mildly curious whether Finn might let her have a go some time. However, for now, she gazed around the lawn. “You know, this place is a bit too quiet. Maybe we should do something about that.” Millie smiled mischievously.

Stefan saw Emori glance his way. It surprised him that she noticed him already when the others did not. They were talkimg about plans and Finn had a tennis bag with him. His attention perked up when the other girl, Millie, had said something in a way he knew would get them in trouble. Well, not him but Emori and the others. Shaking his head, he continued observing, especially Emori, whom he did not know why he was drawn to the girl.

Emori playfully rolled her eyes at the boy, Finn, as he said he was curious about her plans. Well, it wasn’t really as though she had any, she just wanted to do something fun. If it was mischievous or would get them into trouble, that was still part of the fun. Whoever wanted to join her could, and if they didn’t want to draw too much attention they didn’t have to go along with whatever they decided to do, although judging by their expressions both of them seemed like they wanted to be a part of it, no matter the risk. Which made Em pretty happy. She raised her eyebrows. "Tennis?" Emori asked Finn, almost disbelieving of his plans. Emori had tried once, but she had never been able to stick to one sport. She liked change. She’d tried many of them, but none ever really struck to her as a favourite. She then turned to Millie, "I agree one hundred and ten per cent with you Millie," she said with a nod. "We should definitely do something about it. Did you have anything specific in mind?" The Slytherin caught Stefan’s eye again and she felt a little bad that he was just standing there, maybe he wanted to be included too. "Uh, maybe we should invite him to join us," she told Finn and Millie, referring to the lurking boy a few feet away.

Emori's idea of creating some ruckus sounded way better than a simple game of tennis. Of course he still liked the sport, it couldn't beat having some fun. ''Yeah, I have been playing for four years now'' Playing tennis today seemed less likely by the second. Finn looked around and spotted a Hufflepuff looking at them. He shrugged the feeling off and pulled his attention back to the two girls. ''Mmm, Tennis is fun, but plotting definitely beats tennis every day'' He responded to Emori. Finn listened to Emori and she actually wanted the boy that was spying on them to join. If she deemed him okay, he probably was. Finn was curious what kind of plan Millie had. Otherwise they could always go with Emori's first plan, she seemed to have that mischievous stare from the get go.

Millie was glad that the other two were in on doing something. Now, the only thing left to do was to come up with a plan. When Emori asked her what her idea was, she thought for a second. “Hmm, well I haven’t got anything too specific in mind...yet. I might have some Ever-bashing boomerangs or Dungbombs somewhere in my trunk.” Millie was all in for a bit of harmless fun. Suddenly, an idea hit her. “Well, maybe we could do multiple things? Set off a boomerang and maybe a couple of screaming yo-yos, everybody flocks to the castle to escape the chaos only to have a dungbomb set off on them?” Millie giggled. “Depends. Any other ideas?” She listened to Emori as she suggested that they invite some boy who was sitting under the tree to join them. Shrugging, she turned back to the other two. Personally, she didn’t really like the look of him, but maybe Emori knew him or something. “Sure, Emori, if you want.”

Now they were all glancing at him.Just great. Probably Emori. She was the only one to have known him from before school. He listened in to what they were saying, well plotting, and he must admit, it sounded fun. He would not tell them that though. He stretched out his legs and placed his arms behind his head. "Should you be doing that, Emori?" His words slipped out. He was surprised at himself too. Sure there was something about her that drew him but showing that he actually cared, that was different.

Emori nodded, "Yeah, I believe that plotting beats anything, any day, really," she said with a shrug, and a sideways smile to Finn. She stood by her statement, what was more fun than causing some mischief? Not necessarily to get into trouble, but it would be funny to see the reaction of other students around them. Her mouth fell open in shock when Millie revealed what she had with her, but she recovered quickly, getting her act together. "Millie, that is possibly the best news I've received since coming to Hogwarts," she told her, excitement evident in her voice. "We could start off with that, and see what happens? What do you think?" she asked Finn, referring to Millie's idea. "Unfortunately, we don't know any spells yet, otherwise I could have come up with something else to do too." But Millie's suggestion was tempting. She glanced at Stefan, surprised that he had addressed her. "Well, probably not, but it sounds like a great idea!" she replied. "Which is why we should totally go ahead and do it."

Finn grinned when Millie talked about all the joke items she had smuggled into Hogwarts. These were some marvelous ideas, harmless, but still with some cool effect here and there. ''I think it is a great Idea, Millie'' Finn pitched in while looking at Emori. He didn't care if he got in trouble, they weren't expelling him on day one anyway. ''Where do we start and how do we initiate it, without people knowing it was us.'' Finn wasn't one for the logistics, but he did know what needed to happen to play this safe. He didn't think the HOH would be happy with them if they were caught.

Millie beamed cheerfully as Emori and Finn agreed with the idea. “I agree with Finn, we don’t really want people knowing it was us,” she said, thinking for a moment. All they wanted was some harmless fun, and she didn’t really feel like having one of the professors breathing down her neck this early on in the year. “Maybe we set up something that starts to work when it’s activated? That way we can get far away, or at least far enough to watch and not be suspects,” she thought aloud. “Like you always see in cartoons and books where they put a bucket of water on a door and when someone opens it the bucket falls on their head? Something like that.” Millie rubbed her hands together. She really did like plotting pranks. Suddenly, another thought hit her. “Did anyone save any slime from the sorting feast?”

"I don't mean to pry couldn't help but over hear." Alexis had been out looking for her cat when she stumbled across a bunch of students planning a prank of some sort. She loved pranks and wanted to give some pointers if she could. "I may have an innocent enough idea for you all." She offered up not wanting them to think she was going to snitch. Then her cat walked out from some nearby bushes and she picked him up in one swift motion putting him over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes as he purred.

sorry for the delay guys I have so many alerts to get through!

Emori secretly liked it that the others were looking to her to see if she agreed with what they suggested, before taking any actual actions. She nodded at the both of them. "You're right, that way we might have less of a chance to get into trouble, and let us have our fun." It sounded like a good plan, but they had to strategise. She listened to Millie's next suggestion, figuring it was a safe bet. "Well, maybe we can find someone else to activate it?" It wasn't the nicest thing, but Emori had no other ideas. "No, I didn't, but now I wish I had saved some," she said with a laugh. The feast had been...interesting, to say the least. When Em heard another voice, she turned to it, and noticed it was someone from the dorms. "And what would this innocent enough idea be?" she asked.

Alexis awkwardly smiled. "There's this prank that you can do. No spells and little to no planning. It's more of a jump scare tactic." Alexis said and chewed on her lip. "Ultimately you can scare a group of students and they won't know who it was. It's set up using a pressure sensor."
