Sydney figured Eric probably wasn't dead, but she had to admit there'd been a moment, right after Eric's eyes had rolled back in class, where she thought he might be. But he wasn't dead, and maybe a stint in the hospital wing would finally teach him to cool his head. She had ensconced herself in the abandoned bathroom, wedged between the wall and the sink where she'd previously test run the flashing ink spell for her last revenge plan against Eric. Tracing the letters, Sydney figured she could hardly be blamed if Eric was stupid enough to actually take off his earmuffs after Professor Carter had seen fit to warn them so many times. At that point it was just survival of the fittest. If he could be provoked that easily it was only a matter of time before he did something stupid. Really, this was his fault and now Sydney was getting told off for Eric's stupidity too. Typical. Clicking her tongue, Sydney dug in her bag for a marker, deciding the old "Eric Holland Sucks" she'd written here last time needed some freshening up.

Noel was dissapointed in the fact that he had been losing points for his house, he didn't want to get a bad name. But he was only trying to help out. He could blame Eric for this too, but in this case the other Gryffindor girl seemed just as Eric. He was wondering why they could not befriend eachother. But than there were two bombs together and ready to explode. Noel decided to leave Eric alone for some time, but he would not do nothing when he saw injustice again. He would perhaps do things differently, but hee would just not let him bully people or the other way around. If he knew that Eric would be a person a victim in need, not that he actually thought that would happen. But on the other hand he seemed to be having a lot of haters already around here. And Noel understood why. Perhaps he would see it someday, that he had to change. He walked through the halls on his way to the Great Hall when he saw a door open somewhere he never had been before. Noel was still a curious person and if he wanted to learn the way around the castle for once he should know where everything was right? He looked around him and saw an empty bathroom and a girl in the back. He wondered for a moment if he had ended up in the girls one, but it didn 't seemed like anyone came here often. He walked over to her to see what she was doing. He had seen her before he was sure. He than smiled shortly. '' Hey, what are you doing?'' He than asked the girl curious, didn't saw from the distance he still stood what she was doing there.

Sydney flinched when the door opened and someone spoke, trying not to grit her teeth when she smudged some of the linework she was redoing on her old graffiti. It was just that Gryffindor kid, though, Noel something. Sydney had seen him around. "It's an art project," She said, lifting her chin and almost daring Noel to comment on it. She'd heard that Noel had been involved with that fight with Eric Holland, and she wondered if they might have some common ground on the Holland front. Sydney didn't really consider Gryffindors to be the brightest bunch, but it seemed Noel had at least figured out Eric was trouble, even if his methods might leave a little to be desired. "Did you punch Eric Holland?" She asked, putting a cap on her marker and shifting to look at him a bit better. If being on the paper had taught Sydney anything it was that you could never really trust the rumour mill.

Noel looked at the girl who said she was making an art project. She was doing something on the wall than it seemed and she looked kind of strange to him. She talked back at least so he came a little closer wanted to see what she was doing than. '' Cool.'' He than said shortly and walked over to it and than read Eric his name. He wanted to ask about it but than she asked him about Eric already. He than grinned for a moment. Were people telling that? Ofcourse they were not with them than. He didn't want to brag about it, because he saw no point. '' Nope do people say that? Just pushed him. Which costed me fifthy housepoints. He was fighting some Gryffindor girl.'' Noel than said if the girl wanted more details she could if she asked. '' So you don't like Eric? Join the club.'' Noel than said while pointing at her art.

Aisa had been a bit frustrated by today's Herbology lesson. She understood disliking someone, but going out of your way to get revenge during a lesson seemed childish and unnecessary. She honestly felt like Professor Carter should have been a bit stricter about it, but she supposed he hadn't heard yet about the same two students disrupting the Transfiguration classroom. She was walking by herself and stopped as she heard voices in this old bathroom she had assumed was out of order. She frowned, then stepped inside to see who was spending time in an old, smelly, bathroom that was out of use. The topic of conversation was actually what Aisa had been thinking about, and she wasn't surprised it was Sydney Townsend talking about Eric Holland. Noel Waldgrave was involved as well, and Aisa rolled her eyes at them. "I didn't realize this old toilet was the headquarters of the Eric Holland hate club. But have fun, I guess." She said. She would leave, but wanted to say something first. "But next time you get some sort of petty revenge on him, you can do it at a time and place where others aren't trying to learn." She said, her voice deadpan. "It's getting old quickly. You shouldn't involve everyone in our year in your business." Aisa raised her eyebrow at the Slytherin girl.

"I know better than to listen to all the dumb gossip that goes around this school, but I know you all got in trouble," She said, twirling the pen in her hand as she considered Noel. After Daintree's help last year, she was starting to learn the benefits of allies at this school, even if they wouldn't normally be people she would consider friends. Sydney snorted at Noel's comment though. "If anything, I founded the club," She said haughtily, tapping the graffiti adamantly with her pen. "I've been trying to warn everyone about Holland since school started. He's a menace,"

Sydney looked up with someone else joined them though, sitting up straighter from where she'd slouched int he corner as the girl spoke. Of course Aisa would think that, she probably let herself ignore all Eric's hostile, ignorant nonsense because they were in the same house or something. Thankfully Noel hadn't fallen for it it seemed. "Eric started it," She said sourly. "So typical of Holland to drag everyone else down with his crap, right Noel?" If anyone had experience with that, it would be Noel apparently. "And I didn't do anything anyway, it's not my fault he's dumb enough to take his earmuffs off in class. You should be telling him off if you're so worried about your education." It was so typical that she would be blamed for Eric's idiocracy. Here she was almost feeling bad that Holland might have really hurt himself, and all anyone could do was imply it was somehow her fault. Serves him right, Syd thought, viciously.
