After much decision making over a fake character name I finally made it here.

.. and I only managed half a name. I blame Nicolas!

Due to my interest in food, be it cooking or eating, my main aspirations are to become a Chef; and own my own restaurants.

There isn't much of a back story, other than my recent NVQ Level 2 certificate in Professional Cookery.

The art of roll-playing is all new to me, but I love to jump in head first and try. So here I be.

I so love food - so mucho in common

took two summer courses in baking and cookery at the famous Ballymaloe house here in Cork. Expensive but worth it. I make a mean pie and can make delicious breads and jams and chutneys.

I'm sure you won't have any trouble rping - I was a complete newbie to the rp world and now a year later, ttly addicted. Actually only addicted to HNZ and rping in the HP universe.

I managed to take my course part-time, and therefore free.

I'm looking to go back and study a pastry course, as I find baking to be relaxing; and it brings out my attention to detail.

Where I am, Pastry Chefs are highly sort after. So hopefully this can lead to much needed employment.
