🌹 Rose Giving Ravenclaw's Pride

Rose was carrying the roses she received from the organizers, they had cards stuck to them with little messages and a name on the outside. Now she only had to find the person that corresponded with the names. Some names she recognized and she decided to do those first. This name she only recognized because he was the captain of the Ravenclaw team. She didn't know much about Quidditch, nor did she care much about the sport but she knew things like these. Recently they had obliterated her house in Quidditch and thus she knew what this @Lars van Houten looked like. She decided to walk towards the Pitch in the hope finding him there. She had checked the list of when certain houses were going to train and today was Ravenclaw's turn. ''Hello, is Lars van Houten here by any chance?'' Rose said while carrying her roses.

The Quidditch win had made Lars feel a bit more sure of himself. He knew that they hadn't won the cup, but at least they weren't in last place. He was happy about that, and proud of Minnie for getting the snitch. He lingered on the pitch after practice, lost in thought as he stared up at the stands. Soon Gryffindor would face off against Slytherin. Lars wondered how that would go. Would Blake catch the snitch? There was a part of him that hoped so. He snapped out of his thoughts when a girl called his name. He looked at her and then nodded. "That's me."

Rose was glad that it didn't take long for Lars to come to her. He looked older, but he wasn't as scary as some of the others. She sifted through her basket of roses and retrieved a yellow rose. ''I got this rose for you'' Rose said while handing over the rose. ''Happy Valentines day to you!'' Rose said while waiting for the boy to open the rose. Rose heard from the Hufflepuffs that Ravenclaw played great ''Congratulations on the match too, you guys deserved the win'' It was over so fast, not that Rose was into Quidditch, but she knew why people liked the sport.

Lars smiled at the girl as she gave him a rose. He took it from her. "Uh, Happy Valentine's Day to you too." He said. He really thought it was pretty brave of all these first years to deliver roses. He never would have dared that as a kid. "And thanks... did you watch it?" He asked the girl distractedly as he opened the note. He grinned a bit. "It's from my co captain."
