Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y40 S1

Xiuying followed closely behind Branson, hoping to get the opportunity to get her hands on the quaffle.
 
As soon as Branson was close he threw the ball and was pretty disappointed when the keeper caught the ball.
 
Valeria was hoping to hit another bludger and hit someone, but just ended up missing entirely.
 
Sawyer stretched his arms, trying to watch for where the quaffle was from across the pitch.

When the ball was thrown out, Branson immediately grabbed it and began circling back towards the hoops again.
 
Valeria was wondering where all her earlier success had gone, since she was missing so often, but she just kept focused.
 
Xiuying followed closely behind Branson, hoping to get an opportunity to get the ball.
 
Branson managed to nab the quaffle again and Sawyer imagined it would make his life a heck of a lot easier if he could do that all the time against Hufflepuff too.
 
As soon as Bran was close enough he tried to score and was pretty disappointed when he missed.
 
Valeria kept pushing to find a bludger and just kept not getting to them in time.
 
Xiuying grabbed the quaffle when it was thrown back in, and made her way to the hoops on the other side.
 
Sawyer straightened up with Xiuying headed back his way with the quaffle, undecided if he should try his feint again or just guard the hoops as usual after her last successful goal.
 
Axel was still in a lot of pain, and he was getting tired. But he was still doing his best to guard the hoops.
 
Sawyer decided he might as well try his bluff again, seeing as it was practice and all. He switched sides this time though, seeing if he could bait Xiuying into thinking he was leaving the left-hand hoop open for her, grip tight on his broom.
 
Branson flew close to Xiuying keen to try to take the quaffle if he was able to.
 
Valeria completely missed the bludger she was trying to hit, much to her annoyance.
 
Sawyer caught sight of Branson hot on Xiuying's tail, adjusting his position slightly in case he went for the steal.
 
When Xiuying was close enough to the hoops, the Ravenclaw threw the quaffle towards the hoops but groaned a little in disappointment when it didn’t make it through the hoops.
 
Branson caught the ball when it was thrown back and then headed towards his hoop.
 
Valeria continued to search for a bludger, and when she found one, she tried to hit it and then it went wide.
 
Finn did his best to stay steady on his broom as he flew higher, gritting his teeth against the slightly stronger wind up higher as he looked for a bludger.
 
Juniper felt like the game had passed her by for a few moments and tried to catch up to what had happened. She hovered for a second, keeping an eye on the field.

Sawyer grinned when his feint worked better this time, able to move at the last moment to block Xiuying's attempt on goal. Feeling pretty good about himself, he threw the quaffle back out to Branson before leaning back on his broom.

Valeria knew the practice would soon be over and was hoping for one last good hit, but she wasn't getting anything.
