Rory had been rather lazy about this halloween, like he was about most things but halloween was just not something he did or had done while growing up, so he was feeling pretty satisfied with the costume, he had gotten his sister to tell him what the spell he would need for it, and he had gotten a tail to go with it. The slytherin boy had then gotten one of the professors to then help him, it was just magic, aside from the tail that Rory was wearing, there wasn't much to his costume that was real. His dog ears and nose were fake, they weren't real. The boy wasn't going to put much more effort in, it was more than enough really. Rory grinned to he gave his face a one over and smiled a little, it wasn't much effort, but Rory liked his costume.

The slytherin waltzed into the Great hall, feeling pretty damn confident with himself, he had a slight strut to his walk thinking about how great he looked, there wasn't much to his costume, but he was wearing good clothes and the spell was great, he was so happy with it. Rory made his way to the drinks table and got himself a can of juice. The boy missed irn bru, but he would settle for what the magical world drink he could have here. The Scottish boy was looking for any of the people he knew but, he couldn't see any one that he knew or would want to talk to, he was almost hoping to run into Estelle again, or really to anyone, to show off the amazing magic that he had in his costume. Rory just really wanted to show how amazing his costume was. So much better than literally everyone elses if only because his was done with minimal effort.

Andi wasn't particularly bothered with Halloween that year, but she made any and all effort she could for the sake of eating candy. Therefore she showed up to the Halloween feast in some of her oldest and ripped farm clothes, with a bandana tied around her face, calling herself a bandit, and thinking to herself that it wasn't too bad of a costume considering her lack of ideas prior to that night and the limited options she had in her wardrobe. It was minimal but it was an effort in her opinion. At least enough of an effort to warrant eating and likewise stealing half the candy that was available on the tables lining the great hall.

The first year grinned as she picked up a heaped handful of bertie bots beans, not caring about the flavour as she pulled down her bandana and shoved the beans into her mouth. The taste was a mix of good and bad, causing her to scrunch her face up but not regret the action as it was still candy and therefore still delicious to her. She eventually ended up at the drinks table, reaching for the last can of juice when a boy stole it from in front of her. She frowned and looked up to the boy, eyeing his costume and then crossing her arms over her torso as she said "That was my drink."

Rory glanced up after he'd taken a sip of the drink and was looking at a younger girl dressed as a what he could only assume was some kind of thief, he wasn't entirely sure, it was likely some silly muggle thing that he didn't know anything about because he was just better than all of these people, he was a pureblood with a respectable family who didn't often interact with muggle things like this girl was clearly wearing. but of course the more important thing was that she thought the drink that was in his hand was hers and Rory couldn't help the slight laugh that escaped his lips, "I dinnae see yer name oan it," the boy replied glancing the can over, "I guess it isnae yers but mine," Rory told her, and of course the can was his, even if the girl's name was on it, Rory wasn't going to give it to her, it was his, he was better than her in likely every single way so the drink was definitely his. It was of course going to be his. He raised the can to his lips and sipped at it slowly, "Plus am mean even if it did, it's mine now, yer no gettin' it," Rory said firmly, "What are ye even meant tae be some muggle sh1te?" he asked pointing at her costume, "Have ye just dressed in yer normal clothes cause yer just tae poor tae get any decent clothin'," Rory was noting the ripped-ness of her clothing and perhaps it was just that this girl was poor and couldn't afford anything else, while Rory wouldn't generally make fun of that she had said that the drink was hers, when it very clearly wasn't.

Dressed up as a muggle from the old ages, Estelle had a member of her family to change her hair to a rusty blonde color that suited her, but not as much as her natural black hair. She only wanted to find one person, and it was none other than Rory. He definitely seemed to be suitable company. But, would he ever show to one of these? She made her way through the great hall, ignoring people, while her silvery green eyes looked around for the one that she sought. Soon enough, she saw him with another female. There was no jealously, since he seemed to be mocking her greatly. Estelle found herself a drink before walking over to him. Her gown was exquisite, even if her mocking of muggles would be seen in poor taste. She approached Rory with a small smile on her face, before looking to the other girl. Estelle's face grimaced at her clothing. "What is that?" asked Estelle toward Rory.
