Our Political Party

What exactly are we debating? I was under the impression we were trying to come up with a name for our political party.

What's wrong with public nudity? I could make a fortune having people pay me to keep my shirt on.
 
what if younger kids start to do that?
OOh, and I dont want to go blind from the elder people, I'd be scared to go out in public!!!
 
I see nothing wrong with public nudity. If there's going to be a some sort of age restriction on it (as there would be, this being a supposed democracy), perhaps have the legal nudity age coincide with the age of consent.
 
somewhat off topic, but still in the politics section, i was watching Much Music, and there was a clip of Pink being interviewed on the radio by 104.5 and they asked her,
"Would you ever vote for anyone named 'Dalton'?" And she paused, and shes like..

"Ummm, I don't know about that question."!!!!

Haha i just died inside when she said that!!!!
 
I would vote for public nudity...if I would have the right to draw on them with a black magic marker. =)) I'm waay too into all those plastic surgery shows. @-) So, who's running for president here?
 
...erm cecily... it's a canadian Political party that courtney is leader of... :D Americans aren't cool enough for the awesome party.. :p So technically, the Awesome party is running to make the government, and if this happens then courtney would be prime minister... :D

Hey, I started this whole political party thing with Courtney! I even started this thread. :( Or do I not count as an American because I'm a socialist?

Courtney said in the other spam that it would have to be a canadian political party, and then everyone said they'd move to canada... geez...
 
Meh, that works. I can do Canada. :p How long do I have to live there to become a citizen?

.. i dont know... you take a test... and its not like the american test where even americans would fail if they had to take it :p

Holy crap, you only need to live in Canada for THREE years to become a citizen! You also need to be able to speak English OR French, have no criminal record, and need to pass a test. I should totally become a Canadian citizen.

ya... its relativly easy... we can't force people to know two languages, but i thought it's read/write/speak.
 
I checked out the official Canadian government page on it:
Canada has two official languages—English and French. You need to be able to speak one of these two languages well enough to communicate with people. In other words, you must know enough English or French to understand other people and for them to understand you.

They even have a study guide for the test online. This could not be any easier... Now I just need to live in Canada for three years. I wonder if there's any good astro grad schools up there....
 
I live about a half hour south of canada...very strange to go to the mall and see the sign for the freeway. @-) It's like it's calling me...come to canada, come to canada! *cecily packs her bags and hikes to canada*
